Awful is where I ll begin. 1.5 years waiting to hear back about the paint defects that came with the vehicle. I finally walk in and get help. 2 weeks no response. Finally drop the truck off a full week of not working on it and they make me return the loaner car because i was leaving for vacation. Bring the truck back in for them to not fix everything and break my bed cover. About 3 more weeks before i hear back and take it back in. It was mostly finished to the point i said i m fine with it, even tho i wasn t. Then i try to redeem my ford points and get charged $210 more than i was supposed to pay and they wanted me to come back in on my time again to fix it. Theres not a single part of this dealership that is any good besides my sales rep Chad. Highly suggest steering far of this place. Sad thing is I'm still under warranty so I may have to go back even though i feel incredibly uncomfortable there now that I've had to be a difficult customer so many times.

I would stay away from the service department I had no issues with my car whatsoever until I got it back from them for doing cosmetic and windshield repair on my car from the hail damage from tornado. Not even having it a full week it starts acting up right after the first rain we had since I got it...come to find out my Power train control module is water damaged and full of water. The other ford dealer I took it to cause I was already skeptical of this one they noticed the plastic shroud protecting water from getting on there and in wasn't fully back on and person who replaced windshield never put it back on correctly which would lead to the water damaged I got and was exposed to. They deny and deny which stuck me with $2550 to replace that alone and which also because of that might need main harness replaced so an extra $3000 minimum on top of the $2550

My experience was very pleasant. They took my car into as soon as I got there.The service guy went out in that 4 degree weather and obtained all the info he needed as soon as soon as I got there he had me sign a contract and showed me the customer waiting room where it was clean and warm and there was coffee. I fixed myself a cup. There wasn t enough left for even a small cup after I made mine.Within about 5 minutes two salesman came in for some coffee and saw it was almost gone so they made another pot. I m assuming this is one of the rules.This is quite a long review but I think if the service is good then people should give a good review and if they do have complaints then go to the service manage and work it out. Thank you Bauman for the great service. Another bonus was after the mechanic checked my car over all I needed was an oil change and I was out of there in less than a hour .If I have any complaints it would be the lighting in the waiting room was too dark too read by.

*They are getting 1 star because of their service department, not their sales team*I bought a 2020 Ford Edge a week ago today with 32k miles on it. After the test drive I told my salesman that there was an issue with the front end that could be out of alignment. My salesman made arrangements for service to align the vehicle to fix the issue. I get back the vehicle and my steering wheel is having bump steer issues. I set up another appointment and they tell me I need new tires and say they did another alignment. The bump steer issues continues as I drive. Anybody who knows anything about cars knows bump steer is not caused by worn tires. It s an alignment or other suspension related issue. The tires were worn however they were not worn to the point where it would cause stability issues.Today I went to bell tire and they did an inspection on the car. Not only were the tires okay on the car, they never did an alignment on the vehicle. Everything is tight in the front end and nothing was found to cause the alignment to go out of spec within a week. They just didn t do it and tried to get me to buy new tires from them instead of fixing the issue they agreed to fix. After Bell put the alignment within spec, the issue was gone.Bell Tire also told me they are constantly having to fix alignments they do because they either lie to their customers and not do them at all or they are not putting them in the incorrect specs for the vehicle.DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! Drive out to Waterville and use the Ford Dealership there.

Bought a nice low miles Toyota Tacoma at steal price. The people where very patient with the whole Bank Transfer and handled all the paper work for me. They even covered the tax for me. An excellent experience. Would recommend to anyone.

I have gone to Baumann in Oregon for three oil changes on Saturday. Each time, the service and feel of appreciation has been exemplary. From the moment I call to schedule the appt, then check in, to paying for the service with the cashier. Now that is consistency! Thank you Baumann employees!

Paid almost $1300 to have electrical issues fixed and my rear brakes fixed. The second I pulled off the lot my fixed issues popped right back up and now my car has a constant abs light on & deactivated traction control. When I called to ask about it I was told I had to pay another $250 for more diagnostics. Unreal.

David Baer is a lousy Salesman. I gave him all my info 2 weeks ago. Have been waiting for an Answer. I guess when you have bad credit they just toss you to the Curb. I'm trying to buy a large van, I have 6 kids. He has made 0 effort after the credit report was ran. Sad

I ve bought multiple brand new vehicles when this was Mathews. Since Bauman took over any experience with them from trying to purchase a new vehicle to any service work has been horrible. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone

Great experience there..Staff are very friendly and I got to sit in a Maserati they had on their lot in February got to get pics of it too! I will come here for my first vehicle purchase for sure. (Pics are of the Maserati I sat in)

Had a great, attentive experience, not pushy! Very happy with everyone that I encountered. I love my new Focus! Thanks Sonny and Mike! I will definitely recommend Mathews Ford!This is an update, still love my focus. I did however go back yesterday, 3-22-21 to get an oil change, I arrived at 1700, they would not do it, they said they were waiting on a 1600 appointment and a 1700 appointment, obviously the 1600 appointment wasn t going to show being an hour late. They could have took me and did the oil change, instead they chose to lose business and future business. Unfortunate!

I was satisfied with the service from your dealership, but I could not understand why you could not accept a cashier's check for the specified down payment. The vehicle is running well, and we have not been contacted yet by the dealership in Michigan as to when to come in and have the camera repaired. I was happy to have the truck delivered to my house and Justin Canfield did express his appreciation for the sale. Thank you.

I called to get an appt for an oil change on a Saturday. They promptly scheduled me at 8am. When I arrived the attendant immediately took my key fob. Went to have breakfast next door at a Bob Evans. When I came back to pick up my car, the attendant went to the desk, got my key fob, and said "here you go!' The whole experience exceeded my expectations, primarily due to the outstanding customer service!!

I've stopped in here a few times for service appointments. I admit that I'm not the most experienced when it comes to scheduling service appointments.So I've had a little trouble with scheduling what I need in advance.The service however is professional and doesn't take a lot of time.

It has taken 7 weeks for my moms car to get fixed from the repair shop at Batman Ford. She was told it would take one to two weeks. She had nothing after two weeks and we have been calling to check on this ever since. We have called repeatedly and they have lots of excuses about insurance or otherwise! It is a shame that they would do this to an 80 year old woman who s car was damaged in a tornado!!!!!

I had my F150 in for service last week. I was experiencing intermittent hard brake pedal. At my last oil change I was also told my brakes were in the yellow range so I asked to get the brakes changed. The brakes were changed but when I got home the hard pedal problem still existed. I went on line and searched this problem. Numerous articles popped up including a Ford recall 15FN05. The problem is with an electric vacuum pump and vacuum hose harness with several check valves. I have purchased 15 vehicles at this dealership going back to Bill Miller, Sutphin, Mathews, and had all subsequent services done here. I expected that the technician would have looked up my symptoms and saw that Ford was well aware of it years ago instead of just charging $1000 to change the brakes and hope the problem went away. This is not the service and knowledge I expect from Ford! It turns out I am past the cutoff date for the warranty but not the mileage but the service rep said there was nothing he could do. The parts for this repair are $920 plus labor. I believe that Ford should at least offer some assistance since I had to troubleshoot the issue myself since the technician did nothing plus I must now spend another day with it being repaired! I hope this is not an example of how Baumann treats long term good customers!I want to update my review from several weeks ago and recognize Ray Campos, service advisor, who genuinely listened to my comment and concern. He went above and beyond the call of duty to contact Ford Corporate and set up a call for me. The Service Department Management decided to install the recall repair equipment today on my F 150 truck under warranty at no cost to me. Thank you Baumann Ford and especially Ray. 5 s

The service was acceptable, unfortunately, the customer service was terrible. After losing my keys (or more likely giving them back to the wrong customer) I called five times over the course of a week to ask on how this issue would be resolved, and each time, my call went unreturned. Finally, after going into the dealership in person, they agreed to replace my key. They wanted me to leave my car there another day (aka, impose on family and friends again so I could get to work). Thankfully, Ray in the service department offered to have my car picked up from my work. He was wonderful to work with, unfortunately, I would not recommend Baumann Oregon Auto Service as a whole.

Their service department is a joke. My Ford Edge has been there 3 times in less than 2 months for same problem, paid almost $600 first time, had to take it right back, they said the codes just needed clearing. Few days later had to have it towed there AGAIN for SAME problem they tell me another almost $600, call me a few days later tell me $1353 to get an estimate emailed to me for $1324!?! Charged me double for parts! Just had it towed out of there, they've completely lost all confidence I had in them. After buying 3 cars from there, never again. I was a very loyal customer, shameful.

Great experience start to finish with the purchase of our expedition.
