Not able to change a battery in a 2009 VW beetle. After putting in the first one. Took in on warranty. Walmart could not do either after dropping off and waiting. YouTube shows you how fellas.

Bought a battery that seeped, got it home and it had a crack that worsened. Took it back immediately; they told me I was out the $200 on it. Never again will I waste my time with them.

ROB & DAVE were very helpful and got me taken care of quickly. I was literally in and out within 15 mins. They replaced my old battery ( 7 yr old, it was a 5 yr warranty battery that I had bought from them 7 yrs ago,....got my money worth I guess.)Good job guys!Woodville Road Battery Wholesale!

They offer warranties on their car batteries! If you have to come back for a new car battery, and the old car battery you bought from them didn't reach it's warranty life expectancy, then they will give you the credit difference. So worth it!!! Note: Anyone that's ever had an alternator go bad, then had to get a battery right after that will totally understand.

This is an awesome place for your Car and Marine Battery needs! Prices are cheap and they aren t trying to make a quick dollar. I had to buy new battery cables for my boat and for 4 wires I paid about the same price for 1 at Autozone just saved over $100!!!!! Highly recommended!!!

Can t say enough about the employees there, they were helpful and friendly. They got me fixed up with the right battery for my solar set up on my camper. But DANG, the temperature today was 95 and there was no air conditioning in the store. The employees had no ventilation and were in direct sunlight, it had to be over 100 in that building. That s how dogs die in cars. WTH???

Incredibly rude. I was recommended this place by a vacuum store to get a new charger for my sweeper. When I pulled in they acted like I was bothering them/wasting their time, offered no help, and said the information I had (wattage and amps) means nothing. Horribly rude.

Battery was good for couple months or away for winter and never held a charge again. 3 days after 1 year, I took in and they never called me back to inform me about battery. I called and was said was a bad battery i would have to buy another. Maybe go to another place where they care about the product they sell their customers......

Went in with a bad battery that was supposed to be under warranty and was told it wasn t the battery and needed to take it to a mechanic. Took it to a licensed mechanic and the battery had no charge and was bulging, no issues with anything else. Worst customer service I ve ever received.

I got there a bit before it closed and the guy there helped me out. I was so thankful for his help he switched my old battery in with a new one in no time. I couldn't thank the guy enough. I was very happy with my experience there, I'll be going back the next time I need a new battery, also suggesting this place to my friends.

Sent a friend there to have a simple repair made to his vehicle that would've Took them 5 minutes to perform, All that was needed was a simple battery hold down installed on a battery which was in a very accessible place & they stated that they "DIDN'T HAVE THE TIME TO MESS AROUND WITH IT" they weren't polite...so the vehicle was then taken to another local battery place which is extremely close to battery wholesale and they performed the job in 5 min & didn't charge him anything..........

The guy there was super rude Probably will never buy another battery from you guys again take I was rude if you didn t like his job go get another one you like not like you had a super rough job this is behind the counter I ll probably tell everybody I know not to buy a battery there go down the road better battery place

They didn't try to sell me a battery I didn't need. Instead they offered a better solution. Service was great, fast and pricing was reasonable!

Ok so I needed a new battery like STAT so I pulled up in my 2013 Corella and they had my battery tested changed and cashed out in 10mins wow!! Great service !!!
