They will not change your oil filter and sometimes even manage to strip an oil pan. Better off doing an oil change yourself.

What I love best about Walmarts Auto people is that they don't try to get you to spend more on unnecessary things. I have had nothing but great experiences with them!

Would not repair my tire. Said the hole had to be center of tire tread. Was off just left of center, not like it was anywhere near the side wall.

Apparently no one there knows how a phone works. I've called multiple times a day for a week to get ahold of someone about an oil change but no answer. This auto center is not that busy.

If someone would answer the phone it would be a miracle. After trying for an hour I called Goodyear. My call was answered promptly. I got the appointment I needed and tires at a great price. Do yourself a favor. Like everything else with Walmart, the tire service a joke.

I worked at Walmart and always got great service in the auto . They are all hard working and friendly service. But I wanna tell you all the people are so loving and kind BUT the managers are so rude and treats the workers like we were nothing . Trust me if you got anyone who is rude its going to be A MANAGER thats a fact!!! I get all my auto care there and they are so loving and kind d if you got someone who isn't pleasant at all YOU GOT A MANAGER!!!!!

So sad there's always a long wait time and then once they pull my car in they always say there's something wrong with the pan plug. This has happened on four separate vehicles I always have to go somewhere else

My daughter recently purchased a new set of tires from this location. 17 years old and just recently employed. She was very proud to make a major purchase. She stated that the tires, did not look new and that they made a noise. I went with her back to the center. The tires were checked and we were told that they HAD NOT been BALANCED!!!! So they supposedly balanced them. They had the nerve to try to charge my daughter to balance them LOL The next day, I drive the car on the highway.....the tires ROARED like a tiger! It s annoying and embarrassing!!!!!! I called the tire center and I was told that there is NOTHING that can be done once they are driven off the lot. So now my daughter has lost her hard earned money on a full set of absolute junk tires and Now I will have to go elsewhere and buy her another set...message to all DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM WALMART

Ontario WalMart's auto center is an absolute joke. A person I know took their car there for an oil change that they were told would take about an hour because there were two other cars ahead of them. 1 hour and 45 minutes later, the car hadn't even been pulled into the bay. About a year ago, the same person took their vehicle to the same place, and after an oil change that took 2 hours, THEY LEFT THE PLUG OUT! The car subsequently lost oil, then overheated the next day. They took the car back and told them what happened, and they laughed and put the plug back in. Who the hell is running this place? Is anyone? Who hires these kinds of idiots?

I came in at 5pm on a Sunday a hour before close and wanted to buy 4 new tires. (About a $400 sale). The sales clerk helped me pick out the tires and began to ring me up. Before the transaction was complete the clerk got the service manager and asked him "if they had time to put the tires on"? Now, it's about 5:15pm (they close at 6pm), and the service manager says "Well that's going to run us over 15 minutes till 6:15ish and I'm scheduled to leave at 5:30! and I'm clocking out! Plus that would put one of my employees on overtime". That's when I said "If you don't want my business I'll gladly go somewhere else". Then the staff said " ok we will sell you (put on) the tires". So then at this point I inform them that I also need 3 lug nuts along with the $400 tires. (They have a sign---Lug nuts $2 and I had 3 missing). Wouldn't you know it, then they said "they don't have my lug nuts (dodge truck lol) and hardly ever stock the ones I need and will not put the tires on". The biggest retailer in the world didn't want to pay a guy 15 minutes of overtime or carry a $2 lug nut thus causing them to not being able to make a $400 sale!!!! Long story----I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN ANY Walmart.

They change your oil for cheap but grab whatever filters they have laying around from other oil changes n slap in onto your car n say its brand new I confronted the "boss" n he said no I just had oil on my hands when I put it on yet its got dirt build up from being on a car already. Screw them won't go again even if the oil change is free shoulda just did it myself dirty bastards

Went to the Ontario store to have a set of tires warranted for road hazard tires were lifting tread and they told me I would have to buy them online and they could reimburse me part of the warranty but not all and they wouldn't even pay for shipping they told me I had to go to Sandusky and do it with them they wouldn't want to do it

The auto service department failed to give me if a specific tire was available instead I was told that the tire was discontinued I went to Graham automall and they were able to provide me with the proper service as needed all they needed was the name of the tire.

Bought two tires on sale $80 a piece good price 235.75-15s unfortunately too busy to mount tires were still good price

The customer service lady is horrible. She was very rude on the phone. All I did was ask for a price for an oil change. I will definitely be going somewhere else lol

Never will I have them rotate my tires again! They stripped 2 studs and can't fix them there!

The lady was very all rude and the workers did not want to help people that was there because if the started to help some one they would be able to go home In the hour

1 star is 1 too many. this place for tires is a joke. Stick to sears, goodyear, hamad, firestone, pepboys! anyone but walmart!!!

Been here MANY times with many vehicles w/o major issues. Just don't use Fix-a-flat and expect a plug. Other than that A-OK in my book.
