Ron Stephan was excellent...a true car consultant (not sales person) who worked with us to find the right car. We greatly appreciate the time he spend showing us options, conducting test drives, and helping find the perfect model, color and equipment level. I had a great experience at Spitzer Kia in Mansfield. This was my first experience at a dealership and Jack Ehrmantraut was very helpful and patient with me! He helped me go through many options that I had and let me test drive multiple different cars so I could see what I was interested in. He was very helpful and I would highly recommend him to others who are interested in buying or leasing a vehicle!

I had to get a new car after totaling my Seltos. I knew I had to have another Kia after the last one and I called Ron Stephan. He s sold us our last two cars. He s fantastic there at Spitzer Kia. The whole team is. My wife and I will be going back to see Ron anytime we need another car. You won t go wrong going there.

I can't say enough about this dealership. Customer service is second to none. I drove 2 hours for a specific trim package and color that my Kia dealership (not going to say names) was not able to assist me with getting. Tyler Hamm with internet sales was so helpful reassuring and informative. Our sales associate Maria Dines was a pleasure to work with and the process was seem less. She took her time with me helped me set up my phone and personalize car settings. I would recommend anyone looking for a new Kia to go here!

Had to make a stop here because my daughter bought a new Kia here and forgot something and when we walked in, we fell in love with a Kia Sorento on the showroom floor! We made a very unexpected purchase. Beth Gray was our salesperson and she is amazing and so knowledgeable about our car. She took the time to set up my phone to the car and went through all the features with us. The process was amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend Spitzer Kia and definitely ask for Beth Gray when you go, you will not be disappointed. We love our Kia!

Anthony was extremely nice and worked with us even though we can be difficult buyers. We had a lot of questions and he had all the right answers. Easy to work with and got us a fair trade in for our truck. Amazing customer service from Anthony!

Jason Meyers was my salesman. Super helpful, willing to go above and beyond for customers. I drove over an hour and a half and was greeted by Jason as soon as I pulled in. Very happy with my purchased at Spitzers Mansfield of a 2024 Kia Niro. The process was painless. There weren't hidden or excessive fees in the pricing. My purchase came with free car washes at their facility and the engine and transmission have a lifetime warranty.I respectfully suggest giving Spitzer Kia a chance if you are looking for a vehicle. My sales rep was Ron Stephan and the entire team at Spitzer Kia made for a good experience. I even used their Service dept for my older Kia and was completely satisfied.Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised with my car buying experience.

Called two days prior to reserve the Kia I wanted, showed up and they had everything ready to sign and ready to go. Process was quick and painless and the sales representative Beth was very informative and a delight to deal with, would definitely recommend her to future customers 10/10

She was the first dealer out of the many we worked with over the past couple of weeks to get us physically into a vehicle as part of our shopping experience. When you re making an investment like that it s important to sit in the cars, to get a feel for them as much as it is to crunch the numbers.

I was looking for a car before Spitzer was opened. I found new cars there under $20,000, so I decided to buy from them. Unfortunately, my other car broke down on me, so I was submitting all my information before the dealership opened. Ronald Stephan contacted me as soon as they opened, I was approved, and he started showing me cars as soon as I got there. He was very friendly, showed and explained all the details of each car I looked at. I had a very good experience at Spitzer. I have purchased new cars from other dealers; however, this dealership demonstrates integrity, does not lie, and contacted me after a few days to make sure I was happy.

While waiting for my 2021 Kia Forte to be serviced, I walked over to the sales area because I had questions about what to do when my current lease ended. I went to the first person I saw standing, and it turned out to be Ron Stephan. Ron greeted me in a friendly but professional way and answered all my questions. More importantly, he let me guide the discussion, and I never felt pressured to do anything I didn t want to do. I told him what my wife and I were looking for in terms of a different vehicle. We d had nothing but good experiences with Spitzer Kia and our Kia Forte, so we never considered another dealership or another kind of car. In conclusion, we leased a 2024 Kia Soul. Ron made the whole process enjoyable, and he did everything he said he d do. Ron is a great guy!! Highly recommended him!!

Jason Meyers @ Spitzer Kia once again has done a spectacular job for my family. Our first purchase was a Kia Seltos for my husband. We love it. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, kind, & very easy to work with. He's not your typical salesman, not pushy at all. Naturally, when my stepdaughter needed a new vehicle, we knew where to go. Once again he helped us & she was introduced to a Seltos. She's extatic, driving her first NEW car!Thanks Jason

5 Stars from me! I bought a 2024 K5 GT-Line yesterday, and it was a great experience. I had just prepared to test drive, but working with Jason Meyers, I found the car and features I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I ended up leaving my old car there for the night and had trouble getting an uber today. I live 30 miles away and they offered to pick me up to get my old car home. Overall, just great service, I had no problem paying asking as I had a good experience and the car was about on par with MSRP. One last thing...at least check out the panoramic sunroof if you get a K5.

Was one of the most quick, easy and stress free car buying experiences we've ever had! Remington Thompson was our salesman he was nice, not pushy at all which I really liked. He went through everything very thoroughly and took the time to sit in the suv to explain how to work everything and answer all my questions. I shopped around at numerous dealerships before coming here and this was the best deal I found. I got the payment where I wanted and the exact suv I wanted. They know how to treat their customers here and will take care of you! We love our new Kia Sportage! We highly recommend Remington Thompson for your car buying needs at Kia Spitzer Mansfield!

Linda Briggs was my customer service rep at Spitzer. I dropped off my van to get the doors fixed on a Monday. They had to order parts that didn't arrive until Wednesday. They found out the part was the wrong one so they called me Friday to schedule a time for the parts to be installed. But they had my vehicle the whole time so it didn't make sense that they tried to schedule. There's a lot of miscommunication but regardless of that, I was treated very well and they apologized for everything and gave me a discount even before I asked about it.The people who work there are doing very good, but they need to hire way more people. Every time I called they didn't know where the person was that I needed to talk to and one time they said they were running around like a chicken with their head cut off. They need more help.

I had a very pleasant experience with Ron Stephan from Spitzer KIA of Ontario. Ron was easy to talk to, personable, and by far offered the best most comfortable car buying experience. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a new car, to go see Ron at Kia of Ontario.

I purchased a used 2021 Honda CRV from Spitzer Kia Mansfield. The car was clean! Which to me, is a big indicator of the quality of cars on the lot. I test drove cars at several large dealerships in the area. Many of the cars at other dealerships were very dirty.The sale went smoothly. My conversations with my sales rep Ronald Stephan we're very good. I didn't feel pressured at all. And most importantly he didn't make me wait around for hours. Highly recommend!

Recently had our 2023 Kia Soul in for clear coat paint protection. Linda Briggs was our service rep, she was quick and efficient and even got us a loaner vehicle while the service was being completed. Kia did a great job on the clear coat, looks fantastic! They've treated us with respect, courtesy and patience while at the dealership plus a lot of laughs. They did a great job on our trade-in to be able to purchase the new kia! On October 17th I took my new Kia into Spitzer Service to have a dimming rear view mirror installed that I had ordered. I was met by Linda Briggs. She explained what was necessary for the installation and told me it would take an hour. She was very kind and courteous and walked me to their waiting area. I was so pleased the installation only took 45 minutes and the mirror works perfectly. I would recommend Spitzer Kia for fast friendly service.

This dealership was great to work with. We were looking for a 2023 Sportage Hybrid and Jason Meyers was very helpful in finding this car. He kept us updated with delivery time and was helpful in answering questions on this model. We were so thankful to find this car dealership.
