We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude from Spitzer Mansfield and Anthony McQueen. Anthony provided incredible service during the pre and post sales experience. Anthony located the vehicle with the options we requested. He even delivered the new Jeep GC to our house. We highly recommend Anthony McQueen.

Car shopping was never a favorable experience BUT shopping at Spitzer in Mansfield was pleasant and enjoyable. Our sales rep, Ron, was informative, attentive and honest about all the pros and cons of selecting the right vehicle for our needs. It was a cold windy day and cars-of-interest were driven into the service garage for us to examine. Once we committed, the process was quick and Ron patiently sat with us in our new purchase calmly explaining each feature. We highly recommend Sptizer in Mansfield.

Kendra Weaver was very professional and knowledgeable. She made sure to keep updated on the progress of my service and the video She made and sent to me was nice. Never had a dealer send a video of my car being serviced. My car is a manual and the dealer I bought it from didn't have anyone there that could drive a manual. I let Kendra know is was manual just because not many people know how to drive a manual anymore. She had no worries about it.

Kurtis Swab is the best!! He is honest, and didn't give me any back and forth trouble like I have experienced in the past at different dealerships. I had forgotten my garage door opener in my trade vehicle and he went to go get that and also found some of my prescription glasses, and got those to me as well. He is responsive, and truly listened to exactly what I wanted, and he did just that but better than any of my expectations. He will always be the one I go to, and I recommend him for anyone who wants the best experience at a dealership. You can tell he cares!!! Thank you Kurtis!!! :)

Nathan Collins was everything I expected from a salesperson in today's world. He was responsive and easy to communicate with. When I informed him of my schedule, he accommodated me by bringing the vehicle to my home for a test drive. I loved the experience and look forward to doing business in the future.A year later, I still feel the same way about the dealership. The vehicle is in for service today. I'll update later if needed.

Purchased the 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sport and Anthony Mcqueen was the best. Made it the easiest and quickest process I have ever experienced when purchasing a car. Highly recommend this dealership.

Just taking a moment to commend Service Advisor Kendra Weaver for her excellent service during my recent visit to Spitzer Motors of Mansfield. Kendra ensured my appointment was handled in a timely manner, explained the service performed and arranged courtesy transportation to and from the service center. She was courteous and professional in all aspects and provided a pleasant experience.

The team at Spitzer is wonderful! Tiffany and Tim are always friendly and knowledgeable! They work very hard to get you the best service deals available. We have both our Jeep & Ram 1500 serviced there, and we won't go anywhere else!

Kendra Weaver did an excellent job assisting me . I was 10 minutes late to my appointment. She assures me it was ok. I showed her the coupon I received in the email to use. When it was time to pay she told me she had found a better coupon deal and gave me that one instead. And my services was cheaper than expected.

Kendra Weaver was an absolute professional and a sweetheart! Took the time to verify some prices for me that she didn't have to do, but she did. The showroom of the dealership was immaculate. The service on my vehicle was done in a very timely manner. Great experience!

Called to set up appointment. Was able to schedule for day and time I wanted. When I arrived Kendra Weaver was there to greet and check me in. She went over what was to be done at this appointment. Offered for me to wait and coffee and snacks were available. She came personally to tell me things were done. She went over the issues found, had estimates ready for me and discussed options.She is a very pleasant person to work with.

Once again, Anthony McQueen was amazing! This is our 2nd vehicle we have purchased at Spitzer of Mansfield and we will return for any future purchases! Anthony is not only knowledgeable but down to earth and not a bit pushy! He listened to our wants and needs and went above and beyond to check off all our boxes! We left completely happy with our purchase and our experience! The entire staff was very easy to work with from dealing with a trade in to signing the paperwork! Highly recommend!

I was greeted with a smile and very professionally. My vehicle was inspected and took in to be serviced in a timely manner. Everyone was very nice, I waited in the waiting area snacks and drinks were provided. I definitely recommend SPITZER

Great customer service from salesman Kurtis S. Very nice and listen to all of my concerns and wants. Very down to earth and professional at the same time. I told him how much I wanted to pay a month and what I would like to put down. He quoted me and it was exactly around what he said it would be. I love when a salesman is upfront and honest. He made my overall experience wonderful. All the other staff seem nice and sweet as well. Thank you all.

I've bought my last 6 vehicles from spitzer dealerships. I've always been treated very well. But the mansfield store is above all others. I had an awesome experience when I got my new 2020 Ram 2500 diesel from Matt there. Quick, easy and out the door in less than 2 hours. He searched all over to find exactly what I was looking for and sent someone to upper Michigan to pick up the truck before I had even looked at it. He told me it was no big deal of it wasn't what I wanted and that he would have no problem selling it if that was the case. I walked around the corner and as soon as I saw it I knew it was the one. Love at first sight! Truck is amazing and I could not be happier with the service that I recieve at this dealership. I absolutely will be back when its time for a new car or truck!

I live over an hour away, I called talked to Anthony. We worked out a deal over the phone, great communication made it easy. He was super helpful and easy to talk to, had us in and out in just an hour! Would drive 2 hours to get a car from Anthony.

Overall excellent experience with Spitzer and phenomenal service from Kurtis, our salesperson! Sent an inquiry about a Jeep we were looking at, and he responded right away with the information we were looking for. Quick and easy process, even over the phone and internet. So far, the fastest I've ever been in and out of any dealership I have dealt with in the past. If your looking for a new vehicle, go visit Kurtis!
