We picked up a newer civic for the wife from these guys. The price was fair and the car has no unforseen issues. They are an honest dealer and were up front about everything and no hidden fees at the end, something you don't see now days. The purchase was a breeze and the price did not change when they found out we were buying it outright. When we need a newer car again we'll definitely be checking them out.

If I could give New Haven Auto Sales 10/5 stars I would. My car buying experience couldn t have gone any better. At New Haven they treat you like one of their own, and are fair on their pricing. No shady salesmen here at all. I was able to get my truck at a great price, after trading my car in for it. Can t say enough about these guys here at New Haven!

Craig and the rest of the crew at New Haven are absolutely phenomenal! They are very knowledgeable, patient with customer questions, and 100% fair and honest. They will help you get financing and set you up with a reliable, affordable car. If you have any problems, they take care of it immediately. Everyone there was genuine, kind, and friendly. I was impressed with their professionalism and service. Simply the best experience I've ever had when buying a car. Highly recommend! Don't shop anywhere else for your vehicles!

I have purchased my share of cars over the years both new and used, and not one sales person, nor inventory compares to New Haven. Jesse and Craig are two of the most honest and genuine people I've encountered in this business. They say what they mean and mean what they say. If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle, you want honesty and fair prices, if you can get to New Haven I promise you won't be disappointed. Hecks even if you don't find what you're looking for, the experience alone is worth it. Plus it's THE PLACE OF FREE ICE CREAM.

Can t say enough about how great this experience was. Took my mom there for a new vehicle. This is the exact opposite of the typical car buying experience. They are transparent, honest, and great to deal with. They gave her a very fair trade in value, a great price on the new vehicle, and were thorough during the deal. Strongly recommend Craig and Jesse for your next purchase - they will treat you right.

Absolutely recommend! Craig and Jesse are 2 of the absolute most genuine people you will meet in the car sales business! We drove 2.5 hours to look at a 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L AWD and ended up going through with the purchase, the vehicle was very clean inside and out. These guys are straight shooters and will tell you how it is honestly compared to big corporate dealerships who try to screw you out of every last dime. When I shook Jesse s hand after our purchase I then told him we will go nowhere else to purchase a vehicle and if they get a truck in that I am looking for it s well worth the drive to give them my business again. Thank you Jesse and Craig! I hope to do business again with you in the near future, you guys are amazing, keep it up! Army Strong!

We have purchased a truck and a car from New Haven, and I can't imagine going anywhere else! The guys at New Haven were amazing from start to finish. No high pressure sales, very honest and ethical and the prices were spot on and competitive. They stand behind their products and they mean what they say. When they say they will take care of any issues for the first 30 days, they mean it! We recommend all of friends and family to purchase their cars and trucks from New Haven. I can't say enough about the service and the integrity of New Haven Auto Sales. They have our business from here on out!!

Amazing experience, straight forward guys. We won t go anywhere else for vehicles and we drive 2.5 hours. We would much rather give our business to a small genuine business such as New Haven! Craig and Jesse are amazing genuine guys that were absolutely worth the drive. If you re out there reading this and think man it s a 3 hour drive Idk if I want to make that long haul, I m telling you It s worth it and you won t regret it. Shout out to your son who is joining the Army soon , Jesse! Thanks again!

A very comfortable & pleasing auto dealership company.The two fellas that run the place were very kind & helpful, they don't follow you around every second you are on their lot but do acknowledge you are there & are readily available if you need assistance.It's a very clean & pleasant place to visit if your in the market to buy a vehicle.Only downsides I seen was they do have a mens facility but no womens, however there is one just across the street & I wasn't to keen on the fact that they use motor oil to shine the tires.Other than that this place has a great selection to choose from & their vehicles are very nice & the prices are decent as well & the fellas are friendly & nice.I do give it a 5 rating over all.

The sales people are very nice and considerate. They make sure that if any recalls are on the vehicle it is already fixed. They give you the car fax without asking fornit.
