I bought this van from gordans truck sales last thursday, the lady was very understanding an helped me get into a car with 600 down w/o trade. Havent had a problem with it besides we fixed the crode around the battery and now we have to get a code to work the radio. I give them 10/10 respectful employees.

I highly recommend going to Gordon s. My son got his first car there yesterday and they were willing to work with him when no one else would. My son ended up in a safe reliable vehicle and that s all any parent could ask for!

I stumbled into this car lot on a horrific day. My daughter's car broke down 150 miles away, we had just moved to Mansfeild and I had very little money BUT needed a car for my college kid desperately. I was honest about my circumstances, lack of a real budget and need for a car. I also told Gordon about my experiences buying lemons and my fear of repeating this especially at such a critical time. Gordon was very kind and understanding. He even promised that if I had any issues he would do everything in his power to fix any problems even if it meant refunding my money. I was shocked by his promises and his willingness to keep my business. NO CAR SALESMAN in my 30 years of driving has ever promised me anything for my business. They usually keep reminding m that the cars are bought " AS IS" which we all know really means "Buy at your own risk" Needless to say I bought the all Black Monte Carlo cash, drove it 160 miles that day and that car ran like a top 2 years until my daughter sold it for 500.00 more than I originally paid for it for her . I was mad because that car should've came back to mom!! it was sporty ,solid ,paid for and a runner smh kids. .

My daughter bought a car on Monday. Within 24 hours the check engine light came on. Hooked it up to the scanner and there was 15 codes stored. Which means the codes were erased and issues not fixed. We returned the car and got a refund after a couple phone calls from her dad so they knew they weren't taking advantage of a young girl trying to make a way in this cruel world. I don't find it very good business when there was no honesty from the beginning. I would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here.

i had a very poor experience trying to buy my first car!! they sold me a piece of junk car. i hadn t even had the vehicle i has purchased 24 hours before the check engine light on, thankfully my dad have a computer scanner and it said that they were either stores or permanent which mean they had erased before selling the car. FIRST BUYERS AND ANY BUYERS DO NOT GO HERE. they re lucky my dad was being nice to them because he s not gonna have someone screw me over.

I was losing hope on having a vehicle after hearing no from so many dealerships because of my credit and employment history. My mom pointed out Gordon s shop on the way to lunch after what seemed like the most stressful day. We stopped in and within an hour, I had been approved and been out the door with a truck. It is a great vehicle and is in perfect shape.

I just bought a 2001 jeep wrangler off this dealership, I know the jeep is a older jeep. I knew that going into the deal, But when u have a car/truck you just bought and less than 48 hr's the transmission goes out on you, stabilizer bar was almost broken, oil wasn't changed (even tho i was told it didn't need it) heat stopped working. I really hate leaving bad review but this is something I think ppl need to know. I love my new jeep, i really do but when you have this many problem this soon after a deal. That's a big issue, The dealer was even like, "if anything happens after sale its on you"! Now i see why he said that. I didn't give one star bc they were really nice ppl.Good luck to anyone that goes here for a car!

My wife and I had been looking for a pickup truck for a few days and we have been set on something specific... an early 2000's Toyota Tundra. We used to have one some years ago and we thought finding one now... that was decent... would be a big order. My wife especially has had her heart set on this model.So, when we were cruising the used car lots this past Saturday, we were going to settle on something. But then we drove up to Gordon's lot and there was this beautiful 2004 Tundra. Called the number for Gordon and he showed me the truck. I drove it, checked for rust, got some history on it and settled on the cash price.129,000 miles on it. We bought it. Didn't hesitate. Got it home yesterday and my wife was inspecting it carefully. No rust. She was convinced it had a repaint at some point but there is no evidence of any body work or repaint. Super happy.As far as Gordon and his wife Chris... I feel they are very honest. For example, I was considering this truck and a Chevy Colorado he has on the lot and Gordon was quick to point out the problems with the Chevy (compared to the Toyota)... he could have sold me either truck, but STEERED me to the better one! I like the fact that this is THEIR business and this is their bread and butter. They make a great team.I would not hesitate to refer family or friends to this business. Great to deal with!

Purchased a truck through Gordon. Seemed to be a very fair and reputable dealer. Before I purchased my truck I asked for three things to be done.1. Change the oil2. Wash the truck3. Full tank of gasNone of my requests were furnished by the dealer. This is standard practice for dealerships in and around this area. Also the memorandum title has not been delivered to me via U.S. mail, dealership has had 30 plus days to do so.Side note: I am facing major implications cost wise for the truck I purchased.***BUYER BEWARE****

I bought a suv from my aunt that had bought it through gordons, and honestly this is by far the best used car i have ever driven. Its a 2003 and yes it has little minor things wrong with it but it runs good and has never left me stranded. If you want a good reliable used vehicle i recommend going here first before anywhere else. Thank you Gordon's for a great vehicle

Don t waste your time or money!!! Dealer will tell you something just to get a car sold, they are nice and friendly to you. But won t do anything if a car breaks the next day after sale
