Always have well maintained equipment. Cheapest prices around. Love to keep it local for business. The 740 skid loader is a beast

Equipment is well maintained. staff rolls out the red carpet. They are reasonable and fair in prices and in working with you. They setup to work with professional contractors and home owners. We have had to rent from other companies when working far out of town, and it reminds us of how efficient Cardinal Power is. I could go on. For any contractors looking- this is the place.

Rented a skid loader with tooth bucket . When it was delivered it had smooth bucket . They told me the tooth bucket went to another customer .( must been more important than me cause I ordered well in advance) so they brought me a bucket with a bolt on tooth attachment that was garbage . And they told me they don t understand why i wanted tooth bucket that smooth would work just as good . Wrong they are clueless about the right tool for the job . I call a week later and nothing , they clearly don t care about me and what I want . They just give you the junk they have sitting around . I don t like large rental companies, but looks like back to sunbelt , at least I don t get junk for top dollar . Stay away from here unless you want to rent junk

I rented a concrete saw that was faulty in its ability to cut through common aggregate. I returned it and made my complaint known to the manager. I also asked him if he had a place where we could check out the saw together to prove or disprove my complaint. The manager was extremely rude, impatient, and threw the paper receipt on the counter for me to pick up and leave. He was not willing to further discuss any other options to resolve the issue while i was there on location. He did tell me that they test all the equipment when it is returned but was not willing to show me the test area/pad for concrete saws. I have done business with them in the past with know problem. However this was a very bad experience and because of it I had to spend more money at another rental company to complete my project. My advice to others is to test their equipment before renting.

These guys are very knowledgeable and willing to help figure out a solution. Glad to have a shop like them in the area. Went in to look a mower and they showed me this Husqvarna Automower which is really cool.

Bryce was a fantastic help to me! I was looking for some equipment for a remodel and he was able to answer all my questions and give me just the right equipment I needed. He was just a fine young lad and a great employee overall. I will be sticking with Cardinal for all my rentals as long as he s there

Cardinal Rental helped me get the right tool for the job. Bryce specifically was able to get the tool I needed at a fair price so that I could incorporate it into my customers estimate. I would recommend Cardinal Rental to anyone looking to rent any sort of tools or equipment. Best part is that it was a quick and easy transaction for pickup and drop off.

Reached out looking for parts for my IS5000 Ferris mower. Had no stock and was going to check availability and call me back. 1.5 weeks later no call. Ordered from Hilltop Lawn & Garden instead. . . Reason for review is it s not the 1st time this has happened to me with them.

Made a reservation for rental equipment, drove 30 miles round trip, using PTO from work, to pick it up, and they rented the equipment to someone else that morning. Could have called to let me know instead of wasting my time and fuel, or offered an apology.

I want to provide feedback on our experience this morning with Cardinal Rentals in Ontario, Ohio. We went to look at zero turn mowers and worked with Erik. The financing process was super easy and we got the exact Ferris ISX3300 my husband wanted. We didn't expect everything to go through so quickly so we weren't prepared to take the mower home, but Erik allowed us to borrow a hitch, trailer, and tie down straps. The mower was cleaned off and loaded on the trailer for us. Everyone we spoke with was terrific and provided phenomenal customer service. We will absolutely recommend this Cardinal Rental location to everyone!

I rent tools there all the time. Great people to deal with. The number 1 guy to talk to is Jeremiah he is awesome and is the reason why I rent there. When going there ask for Jeremiah and you will be impressed with the service and equipment you get from him.

They had the lift that I needed to cut the tree down leaning over my house the machine was fully charged they went over how to use it very easy controls really nice guys will most definitely be using them again for future projects

Do not have anything serviced here. I sent my mower into have the steering fixed. This was the only issue. I also asked them to service the mower. Change oil battery etc. got it back the drive belt was slipping. Sent it back to them. Fixed the drive belt got it back again mower wouldn't start and you had to push the gas pedal all the way down to get it to go. Sent it back again they adjusted the gas pedal put a new battery in. Got it back mowed once with it. Won't start and now my mower deck won't turn on. Will be seeking legal options!!

Bought a ferris zero turn a few days ago. Elliot and all the guys gave amazing customer service and accommodated every question or request I made and had same day delivery. When I mowed I noted that there was a minor issue with the steering and they sent someone to my house in half an hour and fixed it on the spot. I went to several of their competitors and couldn't get the time of day. Buy here!

Went in for a couple suggestions on what I should get for a project I was tackling at my house, Bryce helped me and was very knowledgeable and suggested just the right things for the job. Would definitely recommend Cardinal!

We brought in our walk behind for for oil leak and told 1 week to repair...... it wasn't ready for 3 weeks so we paid and took mower home and it still has same oil leak charged over $600 for work not completed took it back and they said that they would need to charge us again to fix the leak we already paid to have fixed. And I call that theft. Terrible service and experience taking it to trained professionals at Voss bros

The pickup crew missed two deadlines that we had established over the telephone. The first time they missed, they didn't even call until 2 hours after the window had closed and the next day they were almost four hours late picking up my mower. Both of the time frames we're times that they had set up, not times that I had set up.Then to top it all off, they planted one of their signs in my yard without my permission. Even if they had asked me if they could plant a sign in my yard, I am afraid that I would have declined until I would be able to review the work that they are actually going to do to my mower.I think it's a pretty ballsy move to just plant an advertisement in somebody's yard without their permission.I wonder if they even have a permit for the signs that they are distributing all over town? I think I would be doing a public service to find out whether or not they have a permit.

Great place to rent needed equipment. They had items that other rental places didn't even have. From smaller items like a floor roller to larger items like box trailers and even a dump truck.
