Did great with my Chevy Malibu changed all 4 of my door speakers with hertz brand. And a Sony Apple/android radio! Absolutely in love! Great job with installation only 2 hours!

I had done business here a few years back for an install. Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. I rolled the dice on buying at Best Buy recently due to free installation for radios and backup camera. Big mistake. Got screwed over by Best Buy three times over a 6week period. Kyle from Car Audio Designs was able to get me in same day AND had the materials needed in stock, unlike Best Buy. Not only did I shop local , I got great service and a professional installation job. Highly recommend these guys over Best Buy or any other box store.Thanks Kyle.

We've been doing business with Car Audio for the past five years. Great service, friendly staff. No issues if we have to take something back to be fixed or replaced. Today another starter and heated seats. We have purchased several remote starts, and no complaints.

Family owned and operated. Jim (owner) is a great guy, and has been doing work on our vehicles for decades now. Very professional and knowledgable in his craft. Tint, audio, remote starts. One of my favorite businesses. We are blessed to have him in town

Son lemme tell ya, Car Audio Design just redid the whole sound system in my truck They also did some interior led lighting for me. The installation was brilliant. This Colorado BANGS now! 2 6x9, 2 6.5s, 2 2.5s, and a 10 on 700 watts. Very nice work! P.s. the guys stayed over to finish the job and were awesome!

I'll never go there again. The owner (Jim) has a bad attitude, talks about customers behind their backs, in front of other customers. He lies, and, doesn't seem to know what he's doing. If you want something done right, for a reasonable price, go somewhere else! I could go on, but, that's enough.

I ve had many things done there. Headlights, tinted windshield and remote starters. They all have been great. I ve had a few problems no-fault on their own, however, they have made it right every time. You can trust them to do a great job for you. I ve recognized recommended this, so many of my friends.

Guys charge top dollar for everything they do and work quality is horrible. Had a head unit replaced and they left a complete rat nest of wires that were connected with the cheapest connectors possible. As well as, busting the plastic under the dash to make it all fit. Do not recommend using them for anything

Simply the Standard for Pristine Car Audio that will surely put a Smile on your face!! When you discover your favorite music the way it was engineered to sound! This place does a lot of vehicle enhancements. From driving lights to car alarms with remote vehicle starting. I was pleasantly surprised by exactly how high end this place can go. EDIT: This place is a joke. My review says it was posted 5 years ago when it was posted 9 years ago. The response from the owner asking me to call and discuss this further is a joke. I called to discuss this situation but he had no idea what I was talking about cuz those responses are auto generated by a stranger.OMG where do I start. The experience we had with this business was so very terrible! We paid over $600 for a remote start and amp install. First off, the professional installer called off sick the day of my install. The install of a remote start and an amp took 4 hours (was quoted 2 1/2 hours) come to find out it was the owner who did the very unprofessional install and provided very unprofessional customer service. The remote start would not start the car (had to disconnect the battery), remote would not start until Buick unlock button was used, tapped into the heater blower motor (heater would now only work on high) bypass function kept the car from starting normally. Tweeters were hot glued to the dash, who on earth would want that done? Tweeters were wired backwards, tweeter wiring was ran thru the fusebox causing the wires to be pinched.Tweeters were ran to the head unit and not the amp . Nor did they have capacitors to block low frequencies. I paid for 8 gauge wiring for the amp and he installed 14 gauge which is substandard. Amp was not installed under the seat as we requested, it was screwed to the subwoofer in the trunk. Amp was not properly grounded. The amp cable running along the dashboard was spliced with electrical tape. The wiring in the trunk was VERY sloppy. The fader did not fade. Dash was not reassembled properly, missing fasteners. Driver side kick panel is now hanging, as well as the valet switch. I was not offered the rear defroster option nor any other options. The trunk strap was broken off and just laying in the trunk. It was intact before they did any work in or around the trunk area.My husband was more than capable of doing this work himself but I wanted to pamper him and give him a Valentine's/Anniversary present and have the work done by a "professional" and I use that term loosely. When we went back two days after the install we asked to speak with the owner and found out that he was the one that actually did the install. He denied ever doing any work on our vehicle. He jerked the subwoofer around pulling on wires and such, acting in a very childish manor. We tried to discuss all of our concerns with him and he just denied that any of those things happened. We shared our typed up list with him and he threw it in the trunk. He ended up just walking away from us. It was all I could do to keep my husband from following him because I didn't feel like having to deal with the cops that day. I've never met an owner of a business who acted as unprofessional as this man did that day. It is clear that he remains in business because he basically has no competition in the immediate area and people don't check/post Google reviews. DO NOT do business with this person/business. I would highly advise anyone looking for car audio/tint work to look elsewhere and make a drive out of town to a more reputable business. Don't waste your time and money doing business here.

I have had car audio design install both stereo s and remote starters for me. Not only was they able to beat anyone else s price their work was impeccable. Very highly recommend these guys, people you can trust working on your most valuable asset besides your home.

Brought my brothers car in with all the required parts per someone one the phone from the store.They quote 120 for install and when I go to pay they say I didn't have the right parts even though someone there said the part numbers were correct. So they charged 50 more dollars for parts just because I bought them from Amazon and not them basically. I always try to use local businesses but not this one anymore terrible buissness practices. I get I used amazon for the parts but still wanted to use local buissness instead of best buy for install never again.

I had them install a backup camera that I had picked up at Autozone. They seemingly did a good job and it worked for about 3 months. With the cost of the camera and the install it was over $300.00. Pretty much a waste of time and money. I would say if you don't already have a backup camera do without! I maybe should have called them to see if they would trouble shoot it, but I didn't so I can't speak to their customer service. However while I was there they were very pleasant to work with.

We had a problem with our headlights, the previous owner jacked them all up and broke some stuff. They were able to fix the problem very quickly and professionally. I had no idea what to do with the system that the previous owner installed but they dealt with it and were very nice about it as well. I highly recommend them!

We've been using Car Audio Design for YEARS on all our cars within the family. Erick Belmer has always had clean rides, so I followed suite and they have tinted and done sound work on all of my rides I've had throughout the years. Jim, Kyle, and the rest of the staff are great and would recommend as your one stop shop.

They have tinted the windows on everyone of my cars and it's always a great job. I have my old Wrangler scheduled for a new sound system this weekend and I have no worries it'll sound great and be professionally done.

Horriable attitude problem. I missed my appt because they were booked two weeks out. I k ow my bad for missing .y apt but I called the second I remember-Around the time of my second appointment. Well I asked if I could come in and pay and reschedule. The price was $350 per car but I was getting a discount since I was bringing in TWO cars. So I asked for the price when I called back and he said I dont get one now because they did nothing "all morning"...I find that hard to believe because you couldn't even get me in for my second appointmentAnd said you were super busy today. Dude was being a d.... So I said that's fine I'll take my business elsewhere. I'm going to tell EVERYONE about how horrible the customer service was and how over priced they are, NEVER go there. There is a reason they are Better Business Bureau Accredited!!!

I have had car audio design install remotestart systems on at least 6 cars and have never had a problem with any of their installations. Several installations were on new cars because some of the original equipment in cars is inferior to what Car audio has to offer. Most of the time their price was the same as original equipment installation prices ,but had farther range or distance from which one could start the car. I am planning on another installation by them within the next week. They are very knowledgeable and provide first class service.Sincerely , Jerry Pittenger

It is great to be able to visit a local shop where you can deal with someone that is an expert in audio and get amazing service. I highly recommend visiting Jimmy for installations of any kind. The audio in my car is night and day compared to the stock system.

You know I must say I agree with what the other guy said. I got my audio from there and that was hooked up great and fast but they do charge wayyyyyyyy to much for tinting because all I needed was the 3 side windows tinted on each side of the vehicle not the front or back and they told me at least $300 when every where I have called said no more then $200 flat so not exactly sure why they think they can charge so much.

These are some great knowledgeable guys here never had a attitude problem with them i went out there to get my amp tune and didnt even charge me so i decided to pay him half any ways but something going wrong i had mr amp tuned twice on two diffrent speaker sets. And both sets coils burnt the second set was 500 dollar speaker

i was happy at first after the installment here but after i found out from a Chevrolet dealer on what car audio design did to my brand new after market headlight assembly broke the bracket to where you bolt it in and used to screws to mount it in. i didn't give them any right to damage my headlight assembly. i read there policies i dont want store credit. i would like part of my money back from what they did. you dont just damage someone elses stuff and get away with it.

Never made it there but talking all the phone could def tell dude has an attitude problem . just needed one window re tinted cause peeling up 30 DOLLARS to remove it and 80 to retint. Not going here ever , has a retail business with an attitude problem nah .

Went in to get a quote. Was told an amount and when I returned two weeks later the price for the same install tripled because I talked to someone else. When I said I was given a quote already they claimed that the first quote Was before any custom work.I went back a third time and asked again how much for the same install and my price was different yet again. Sad that honesty can't come first. With this company being the only one in the area that does custom audio installs they can quote you whatever because there is no one else to compare it too.Worth a drive to Cleveland or Columbus if you want an honest price.
