Be careful. They will bill you twice a month for your monthly subscription. I was being hit for 35 bucks on the 12th and 27th of each month. Needless to say I canceled the subscription after they failed to refund. Well as it turns out they only told me my subscription was canceled after they stole an extra payment on the 27th of March. Low and behold I see a charge on my account this morning April 12th. Had to call my bank and put a stop payment on this shady business. Watch out everyone!

It did the job. The car was clean after I went through the car wash. They wanted to buy a membership. I just wanted to get a car wash. Unfortunately, I can not offer an opinion on comparing the it to other car washes.

Scratch machine!! The cleaning arm was hitting my truck so hard it was rocking it. I wouldn't recommend taking bigger vehicles through at all.

My first time there and I got the $18 car wash. It didn't clean a lot of my car but the man wanted to make it right and had me go through again.

Don t wash your car here if you want this for your aftermath of washing it here! If you want the Enamel of your paint to look like this!! On each side of the car. $1K in damages for a new paint job.

The car wash here does an excellent job on my car. The vacuums are very strong and FREE! I have never had any issues here. It's always busy here but never a wait. Courteous and polite staff.

Definitely gets the car clean. It might be a hair too expensive, but the vacuum cleaners are free and they another of suction

Does a pretty good job for $10. Leaves a lot of bugs and does not do well on the wheels, especially the left front. There has been an improvement in cleaning the tailgate.

This car wash is unique in that the employees manage to get customers' vehicles through like an assembly line. There were several vehicles ahead of my vehicle, yet in no time, my vehicle was in the bay and washed, soap,rinse, and dried. The prices are very reasonable. I paid $17.00 for under carriage wash, and full body was and towel dry. Because it's fully automated, I didn't have to dig in my purse for a tip. Sometimes, at other places, a person would wipe down with a towel, and there were dirty or wet spots on my vehicle. I love this place in Ontario, Ohio. It is located in an easy to find and access facility. The employees were super to work with. They answered all my questions and made sure I made the right selection to meet my needs

Car looks clean the brushes don't beat the car like some car washes do. Could use a pre wash at the entrance to the wash before going through. Vacuums could use a little smaller end to get down between the car seats and the door crevices over all I am pleased on how my vehicle looks. Will return for more washes on my vehicle.

I won t be going back, not for a very long time after a incident that took place on May 1, 2018 while I was going through the car wash. When I go to Buckeye Express Car Wash, I always do what I m suppose to do when I go into the car wash, make sure the sun/moonroof is closed, all windows are closed and put the car in N. Will guess what happened, the car behind me forgot to put their car in N and left it in D or a malfunction occurred with the conveyors. Their car rear ended my bumper and a few seconds later my car got rear ended again. After I pulled out of the car wash and parked where the vacuums are, I got out of my car and took a look at the rear bumper of my 2017 Honda Civic, that s when I noticed the dings that we re left from where my car got rear ended. I went and told the people inside that work at the car wash. Think god, the incident was caught on camera of what actually happened. The video was turned over to the insurance and I wasn t at fault for the incident that took place. I think there is a real good chance that Buckeye Express Car Wash is at fault for the incident that took place that day.UPDATE: My 2017 Honda Civic is back to normal as of May 11, 2018 after minor repairs were done on rear bumper by MMG Collision Center I took it in on May 9 that morning and got it back on the afternoon of May 11. The dings from someone else s front bumper no longer exist.

Car wash is great & I love the cloth dry feature. The monthly/automatic plan is my only complaint. The system reads the license plate of the car you register. Multiple issues with that system where I've had to sit there holding up the line & have an attendant manually search for my membership plan because "it's not picking up your license plate"

Cracked my windshield. The representative that called me back after they reviewed video footage was extremely rude and basically called me a liar that the equipment did not crack my windshield. I'm very surprised at the dispute. 130.00 windshield is nothing to replace. However taking responsibility for the damage would have went a long way.

If I could give the business a zero star I would. I read the poor reviews and thought I ll give it a chance anyway. That was my first mistake. I recently purchased a certified used 19 Toyota Rav-4. Which was in good condition. After using the car wash I noticed chips in my windshield that were not previously there before. At least 4, 1/4 sized chips spread out on the windshield. I called immediately and they had me come out the next day so they could take pictures . The female employee took pictures of smudge marks, not the chips. They call me a few days later to tell me they reviewed the tape and none of their equipment was malfunctioning. Obviously a lie. My question would be how could video footage show 1/4 sizes chips of glass being removed from a windshield. This company does not care about integrity at all. The woman on the phone was short and refused to listen to what I was saying. It was pointless even trying to hold them responsible. NEVER take your car here unless you want scraps, chips, and scratches all over your new car

Used to be 5 stars until my car came out with scratches. I think their equipment is cleaning with a bit too much exuberance. Prices are about the lowest around, and the service is excellent. Monthly plans are available, and the vacuums are a nice touch.Note: the blowers only half dry your car. You'll need to use the free towel to finish the job.

My husband surprised me with Buckeye Car Wash for my new car. Staff is very friendly. Great care of our car needs, even free bug protector, air freshner. And its fun to go through. Price for all your car wash care "spot on* Towels included. Only change is the towels, not as good or thick as the other towels. Still my favorite wash.

When this car wash opened up last fall, it was fantastic, and not because they gave u disposable towels and air fresheners. I even bought a membership that renewed itself every 30 days...I went today and it was awful...I feel like they have cut their washing chemical strength in half...i had to go thru twice just to get off 1 day old bird poop...i went inside to talk to the manager to unsubscribe from my membership...i was not asked why I no longer wanted a membership, only if I wanted a receipt...i will NOT return, and this car wash is getting a 2 from me...

I have had a membership here since they have opened a couple of years ago and their service is always fast and the car wash is always great. sometimes I feel as if they line the cars up back-to-back-to-back-to-back to close for my comfort. If for some reason the person in front of me stepped on the brake I would not be able to respond due to the fact that my windshield would be covered with soap suds. I can't imagine what kind of a mess that would be. again, not really a complaint as much as it is just an observation. Let's put a little bit of space in between these cars.

This is a good carwash if you just need to knock the surface dirt off your car. Unfortunately the machines cant replace a hand wash when it comes to getting bugs and tar and sometimes it misses my whole tailgate and back bumper. I usually have to go over my var to get the spots it missed.

My husband purchased a high priced package wash and it didn't get the car clean, however the attendant let us go thru a second time. It was a little better. We won't be returning. Only gave 3 stars cause of the employees

Half of the vacuums don't work and sometimes there's no one outside handing out the towels and car freshener like today when I was there to get my car washed. Other than that, not a bad place to go.

Dirty car in, clean car out. Different price range for different levels of services. Free vacuums are available even if you don t wash your car that day. Today I noticed an area by the vacuums where you could scrub the baked on bugs off, it ll be handy next time if I need it. There is also a monthly price option. As always a free air freshener!

Owner constantly is firing and hiring new people almost has went thru all of richland county by now. I can say even on the district level the amount of turn around in staff is unbelievable. I would not work here!Car wash 1 out of 5Overpriced costs you $18 for something that costs the business 20 cents. But be careful about your clearcoat will destroy and scratch your car.There is so much damage some to cars in buckeye express car washes. Constantly having to pay customers to get there car repaired!Nothing is ever replaced the drying towels sent replaced how they should be and spread dirt from car to car.Don't support a business who does not support your community!

Paid for platinum wash, tire shine didn't get applied. I called nobody answered so I left a voicemail, no return call. Went back and was told I would get a free wash. Returned a month later and the district manager told me It was to long ago and would not honor the wash. Go to park avenue carwash, they vacuum and dry your car for the same price.

Great place to get a car wash. I use the bronze pass during the summer for $18 dollars a month. It makes it so much nicer to just cruise on up and go right through the gate. They also have free vacuums.

Fantastic place. We buy car washes by the year and there's always someone attending for any help and to give us towels and free air fresheners! With my husband's job.. we're always washing our vehicles!

It is a little expensive and you always run a risk when going to a car wash that uses equipment that comes in contact with your car. That said, it is a good deal if you use it weekly and have the subscription. Frankly I have four kids and I use the free vacuums almost every other day.

Great car wash. Prices are fair and the staff there is good. All paying customers get to use the vacuums for free. Plus, you get a complimentary air freshener and towel. Highly recommend!
