Find a different Auto Zone the service here sucks. I walk into a empty shop on 1/16/24 and asked for a headlight and with not one person I am told to wait! For what someone else to enter your empty shop? I asked again and again told to wait. I left and took my purchase of a double pack of lights oil for car and one other item to your competitor! I pass this Auto Zone every Mon to Fri and I will now ALWAYS pass this shop. I worked retail 30 years and the costumer is the most important person in your shop, not checking in stock or taking your break. So maybe the person there last night can give the shop 80 bucks from there pay to cover the loss from their worker screwing off rather then taking people's money!

Nick and Dakota were so helpful getting the best headlight bulbs for my car. So professional. Because of them, I downloaded the app and will shop there again!

I went in to have my alternator checked, turns out it was a bad battery even though it was only 2yrs old. They diagnosed the problem and had the part exchanged under warranty. They even swapped the battery for me and in under 15min I was on my way!

There was a older guy that works here he didn't want to help or do anything at all he was just rude till the boss came out and helped us

Visit 01/21/24 - better experience. Called ahead re: turn signal bulb. Advised in stock. Purchased without issue, tap pay worked this time. Young man also went out & installed it for me as mine was just 2 screws to get to it but I was thankful and grateful to not have to do it myself in the cold. Revised 2* to 4*Previous visit:Sold me wrong part for reverse/back up light bulb. Had the backend all apart and had to return to the store, got static because I had no receipt (bought that very day still in package & their bag) for exchange.If the service rep had known how to replace the bulb I could have avoided it all.In addition I went to 3 Auto Zone stores in 1 day and none had working "tap pay" which was the reason for the 2nd trip there. The 3rd to get the right bulb

First time customer here and me and my wife are impressed with the service. Bought a jump starter kit today because our vehicle suddenly did not start. They also gave us a discount for first responders which I did not totally expect. My go to shop for vehicle needs!

Exceptionally good service. Kim was awesome and helpful and changed out a bulb for me that was very hard to get to. Always go to Autozone for your needs.

Ashland Rd location seems like they never have what I need. The Lexington springmill road had everything I needed plus the beautiful sales associate helped me out with everything I went there for and even though we had a little trouble finding the last thing I was looking for she kept a smile and a great attitude and that kept me from being upset.

I do not shop this Auto Zone. But I go here on Thursday's and Friday's for the food truck, 4 Flippin Monkeys. Great burgers, brains, chilli dogs. Try it out, great flavors. Andrew is awesome

Amber D at Auto Zone on Lex/ Springmill was a huge help today with getting the correct Caliper and Brakes I needed. I'd highly Recommend her for any and all sales in the store. This Woman knows her"STUFF" . So in saying that I want to give her 5 stars. Thanks Sooooooo much AMBER D.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Manager was extremely rude over a little mistake, that could have been easliy avoided. Was fixed by the CUSTOMER and continued RUDE response was recieved! Do not shop here!!!! Workers nor management does not care about your well being.

Went into AutoZone lastnight with a problem with my brake light being out and this nice gentleman named Jeff Tishue went above and beyond to help get it to work he did a fantastic job and he's a great worker .. I would definitely come back to this store

The staff was nice. But 9 times out of 10 autozone doesn't have the parts I need, and I can get them other places faster, or they are over priced.
