We are totally impressed with the service we have received here! This is the first time we've owned a BMW and they have answered all our questions and serviced the vehicle expertly. Very professional and knowledgeable and courteous. Great bunch!

My Man had his car towed there for work on his BMW, we arrived to see the vehicle before getting it towed back to our address (that they didn t even care to spell right) and Mark didn t even think to mention that they didn t put the grill back on the front by the bumper, we went back to ask him about it, and tell him that we have pictures of how it arrived to them and he said with a attitude well we take pictures too! As if we was lying about that and then didn t know what happened to it and had to call to find out (unprofessional definitely worth telling someone) and then started getting loud with us while showing my man the pictures. (They put it in the trunk..) why didn t they put it back on though?? Just unprofessional to talk to a paying customer like that mention the owner heard everything and didn t even try to deescalate the situation.. we will never be returning.

Scheduled service online, quick response from Mark. Dropped the car off and got a loaner, took 2 minutes. Before 10AM car was diagnosed, and they knew the issue. Job finished before noon and I could go pick up the car. Easy appointment setting, work done timely, loaner car was huge help.

The Men of Koala Motor Sports are superbly thorough tecnicians of all European Sports carsThe service is neither fast nor inexpensive, but sll service has a 100,000 three year warranty, so time and money are about as relevant a consideration as Rime snd Math were to Albert J EinsteinThe finicky BMW s and Audi s are worked on with the German precision of its very own engineer auto makers !There IS NOWHERE else to have one s 2003 Z4

We've been bringing our BMWs here for a few years now and they have always been able to get us a fast appointment and they're super friendly and knowledgeable about whatever issues came up over time and or if I just needed the oil changed. We definitely recommend using them for your BMW maintenance.

Received a mailer advertising Audi repair. Called Mark for comparison pricing on drive shaft repair for my Q5. Pricing was much lower than dealership and another Audi specialist. When I had a problem with my BMW that went beyond what I can fix I trusted KMS to take care of it instead of the dealership. The service was great and they were very quick. The helped get my car back to working again and didn't break the bank doing it. They are in my book your best option for all your BMW needs

Greg was great at explaining the needs for my E550. Repairs we done same day and car is running better than before. His techs took the time to figure out a good solution for my noisy tire issue without simply saying buy new tires. These guys really have a passion for the German cars. Definitely highly recommended service resource for your German car.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Plain and simple, if you love your BMW like I do...this is your shop. True enthusiasts here and the work is first rate. I have been a customer for years with multiple cars...never once have I ever been disappointed.They do everything from simple maintenance to complex engine repairs. No repair is too big or complex.

First time there, got an oil change for my mini cooper. They were so friendly and professional. Dropped off my car in the morning and it was ready in just a few hours! And they WASHED my car !!! Great service, great price. Nice to have somewhere local that we can trust with our BMW product. We will be back!!!

I've had two great experiences with KMS. The first time my drive shaft separated from the transmission on my 750i. Not only did Bret and the guys at KMS fix the problem they also went to great lengths to try and save me some money on an unexpected repair. The second time was a simple oil change and a brake flush and that went great also. I especially like the new water bottle in the cup holder when i got the car back.Thanks again Guys!

Great place to have your BMW serviced. They take their time when diagnosing an issue, and fix it right the first time. Like anything in life, you get what you pay for. KMS is certainly not the cheapest place to have your BMW serviced. It is however the best, and for that I'll happily pay. This place is worth the trip.

Very honest , upfront, professional , and clean people! Took my BMW to Classic BMW and I was told the cost would be $3300. Koala diagnosed the problem immediately and charged me under $400. So appreciative and would recommend them to everyone I know .

KMS is the best choice for independent BMW repair shops. Brett and Greg are very professional. Their prices are reasonable and they offer a 3-year warranty on work done. My BMW is in good hands with them.

Great experience. Purchase a 2009 BMW 135i last fall (Aug 2014) from a dealership that was traded for an Audi S5. This spring I began to experience a loud noise from the right front tire. After inspection, the front tires showed signs of excessive wear to the inside. Suspected the vehicle was out of alignment.The vehicle has a full KW V2 suspension system and I was concerned a dealer may not have the experience to adjust it properly. After a conversation with Brett at KMS I knew I'd found the qualified service center. They realigned the suspension to BMW spec per my request (found to be set for racing) and provided a complementary inspection. It handles better than ever before. Also provided a loaner car for convenience.Brett & Pete are great to work with and took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend KMS for your BMW service needs.

Great experience! KMS diagnosed the problem quick and had my vehicle back the next day! They had a loner vehicle at request and made the process very easy. They even showed me the defective part that they replaced and explained why it was malfunctioning! Which in my opinion is above and beyond service. Additionally they have a service rewards program to save money on future service! I will definitely be using KMS from now on as my go to mechanic.

These guys know there stuff and are very honest. I had a situated where another service shop tried to fleece me to fix my BMW. KMS quoted me a much more reasonable amount without trying to throw in tons of erroneous work.Would highly recommend them.

Great knowledge and customer service!! I stopped in unannounced for a light bulb replacement. It was in fact, the fixture that needed replacement. The gentleman at the desk spent about 15 minutes with me to resolve the issue, without interfering with the work going on in the garage.

Great company to use, I needed the plugs changed and I had another problem that they fixed. After taking my car to a dealer (who shall remain nameless) who told me they knew what the problem was but weren t interested in fixing it, Koala found out what was wrong and FIXED it. The car runs better than when I first got it. If you see a grey boxster pulled over by the police for speeding that s me. I have another large service that needs to be done and Koala will be doing it in the fall.

A few months back. My car broke down away from home. Based on the online reviews and the recommendation of the local tow truck driver I took my car to Koala motorsports.I was impressed by the clean shop and professionalism of the staff. I got the strong sense that they took pride and are passionate in what they do, from how they treat their customers (me) and how they treated my car. If I was local I'd definitely come back for future service needs.

Koala Motorsport is the incomparable BMW and Mini maintenance and repair facility in the greater Cleveland area. As an independent repair facility customers receive personalized attention. Your car will benefit from the BMW factory trained mechanics and BMW diagnostic equipment. They have BMW courtesy cars (and one Mini!) for their customers' convenience.I have three cars that are used in very different ways and the Koala Motorsport team keeps them all in great shape. I have been a customer for 12 years. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else and have recommended many friends to do the same.
