Have taken both of my new vehicles here to have new tires mounted and balanced, with an alignment. The prices are very fair and the service is absolutely excellent. I'll only be going here for future alignment and tire needs.

Was in town for a few days and needed our blower motor installed. After calling two other local auto repair shops, Williams was next on the list. They were able to get me in the same day and were done within a few hours. Friendly people and great customer service. Great to have heat and AC again!

Quick, knowledgeable, affordable, and friendly. I think the lady there put a spell on me last time I was there though, she just kept talking and I didn t even know what was going on, and she kept calling me her daughter. #witchyvibes joking! Although she does call herself Witch Vicki Great people, I won t go anywhere else!

Was on my way to work last Tuesday, stopped to use the restroom, got back out to my truck, won't start. After a hour or so trying everything I knew to do I got a hold of my insurance company, who sent a tow. Called my work place and was recommended having my truck taken here, which was convenient because it's next door to my work. Called Williams, told them my situation and that I was having my pickup brought to him. He called me later that afternoon, told me the problem. Was repaired by Thursday at a reasonable rate, and ready for me to drive home when I got in Saturday. No complaints, top notch work and service

Oil change, tire rotation, topped off fluids,checked filters and did a visual on all brakes for about $50... And all within an hour ..... Nott too shabby...

One of our vehicles broke, so I called at 7am Monday morning when they opened. Spoke to a really nice gentleman, he said to bring it on out and they'd look at it right away.A few hours later they called, gave the price and said it would be ready towards the end of the day. To my great excitement he caked back about 4 hrs later and said it was done!Fast, friendly, and good price. That's why we always take our vehicles to Williams.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. Worked on my truck for 3 weeks and said they finally fixed all issues. Went after hours to pick up the truck and take home and the engine light came on. Took truck back following week to see what else it needed and allegedly needed new head gaskets. Sold the truck to a co-worker who bumped into a mechanic from Williams Tire who proceeded to tell him that the head gasket was blown because they wanted the motor in the truck for a project car. What they seem to be a family repair shop is a scam just for you to put a bunch of unnecessary repairs into your vehicle and then try to quote for more unnecessary repairs to get you to sell your car to them. Great workOrdered tires, came in early and they called me right away to get them put on. Worked with me to make sure I still qualified for the rebate. Once I dropped my truck off they were fast and efficient in getting done.

I always take my car to Williams NTA and only them. They do excellent work at an excellent price. Very trustworthy and honest. I would highly recommended them to anyone. Jim and Vicky you're the best!

This was a completely bad experience the last two times I've been here. The first time I took my Jeep in there to get the brake lines done and they replaced all the brake lines besides the one that was broke when I originally took it in. And then question me afterwards. and then I just took my car there again went in on a Monday and told him exactly what I needed they scheduled me on Thursday. And then I didn't get my car back for 3 weeks. and found out they didn't put all the springs in my back drums brakes. So I will definitely have to say business-wise they absolutely suck. And their mechanics are absolutely horrible. I mean they had my car and didn't even take the battery off to reset the computer after redoing the fuel line fuel filter and dropping my fuel tank. Everybody knows you disconnect the battery before you do anything. And they don't even do that ever or even check their work that they have done. So watch yourself I would choose somewhere else

First off it was a horrible experience. I've been going there for years. But the last couple years it's been absolutely horrible. You make an appointment and turn in your car and three weeks later it's finally done. And the last time I got my Jeep done I had all the brake lines done. And when I got it back me and my family were on a drive and lost all my brakes. And here in the notice that they didn't replace the brake line that it was regionally broke when it went in.

This place is amazing. Great price on tire replacement! They do everything here. I just had two tires put on and it was only $40. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service at a reasonable price.

Only been there once someone told me they were honest people. I go there to get my muffler fix they tell me the whole thing is better off replaced and I'm like ok that's fine. The problem was they said the parts were hard to come by and expensive and it was going to be well over 1000 dollars. I found brand new front end to back end muffler set for less than 300 bucks. If you look like you dont know what's going on they may try to rip you off because there is no way labor would be well over 700 dollars for replacing a muffler

Great service in a timely manner, and the prices are great.After being told by Firelands Chevrolet that my vehicle needed an alignment i decided to go williams tire and alignment for second check good thing i did, there nothing wrong with my vehicle thank you to all the staff at williams will take all my vehicle needs to them from now on.
