Great experience at the Norwalk Walmart Auto Dept. tonight 1/2/24Needed a tire replaced bad. Called ahead explained my problem. Staff got me in and got a new tire on quickly. All the staff working in the auto dept were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Saved the day. I needed an oil change right away and they were the only mechanic within 20 miles open past 5 pm despite other small shops advertising being open till 6 pm, they weren't actually open when I called at 5:10 pm. Called Walmart around 5:45 pm and they were open til 7 pm. Customer service was polite and professional. Car work great.

Dont ever plan to bring in one tire that can take literally not even 2 minutes to do and they want you to wait 6 hours for them to do that one tire

Walked in and there was no cars being worked on. Asked to get two tires put on my wife's car. They said no problem, took all my info, and told me about 40 minutes as there was no one before me. There was about three other customers lined up behind me to get there cars serviced also. My wife and I proceeded to get groceries. It took us an hour and ten minutes to get our groceries and get checked out. We get back to the car center and they had even started on our tires. Our car was finally ready two hours from the time we got there. So almost three times longer than what I was told my car was finally ready now that all my frozen food groceries are defrosted. When I complained about it I was not even apologized to. Never again!

Yesterday I went to have 2 new tires put on (which took double the time they told me). Today I woke up to one of the brand new tires completely flat. I was very upset and had to have someone come out to put air in it to make it back out to Walmart to find out why and how this could have happened. Was not pleased with what happened but they were very willing to "fix" the problem but we'll see if it's actually fixed... I will not be a returning customer (unless I'm flat again tomorrow)!

I ordered my tires 2 weeks ago. I have gone in every day to get then put on and there was always at least a 5 hour wait. I don't have a ride so i couldn't stay. I took my car in today to get them put on. They told me that the sticker on the inside of my car was wrong. That isn't right because the manufacturer didn't put the wrong sticker on it. They didn't tighten the lug nuts tight enough and my car was making noise all the way home. My fianc� tightened them with his fingers. They could have come lose and i would have gotten into an accident. NEVER GO TO THE WALMART TIRE CENTER!

Replaced the two tires there six months ago. Went back last week to replace the other two. They replaced the six month old tires and left the bad ones. Alignment guys caught it. I have no recourse and I should have checked, BUT HOW DOYOU NOT SEE TWO BALD TIRES???Service: TiresService: Tires

Been trying to speak to someone in Norwalk Ohio automotive center since 2:30 this afternoon but no answer. It s now 4:45. Taking my business elsewhere

I was told it would be about a 20 minute wait. When I got there I waited for 30 minutes just to be seen and when I was seen they told me they were full for the day. So I drove 15 mins to get there, then waited another 30 to be turned away with no service.

Good place for very basic services like batteries and tires. The staff can be a little rough around the edges bordering on attitude. Generally busy so that may explain the 'tude.

I was told it would be a 3 hour wait just to have my tires checked. I couldn't take my car and come back. I had to either sit there and wait 3 hours or have someone pick me up.

Terrible customer service. They make it feel like you re inconveniencing them by asking them to perform their job. Only plus is they are open on sundays.

Weights fell off tire had to rebalance all 4 tires. They didn't clean rim's before putting weights with adhesive on.

The TLE at this Walmart sucks!!!!! Tell me why every time I go there they make it seem like its impossible to get an oil change due to varying wait times but when I go to Fremont Walmart which has nearly the same population of people... they get me in right away? Wow way to suck Norwalk Walmart !
