The gentleman that helped me was very patient and polite. They changed my tire quickly and had the best prices. Everything went so well that I ll be taking my car back for a few other things. Thanks for making the transaction smooth.P.S. If you have anxiety/social anxiety this is the place to be! I didn t feel judged nor rushed. It was one of the calmest I ve been in a new place. Thanks again, see you all soon.

Love this place! I've went to them for tires, muffler work and an alignment! they're super friendly! I'm always 100% happy with their work and prices!! definitely recommend!! & the best part, if you have to wait, Wrencher the cat is amazing entertainment & company!

I am recommending this place to every single person I know. BEST PRICE ANYWHERE for tires, alignment, and oil change! Mike was SO KIND and professional, great work, great tires, great service, great everything, if I could give this place a million stars I would!! Everybody go here for all your tire and service needs I cannot say enough good things about this place. Mike goes the extra mile for his customers and that is rare these days!! A million stars to Vans!!!

I was very pleased and happy with my visit the last 2 days and the gentleman was very friendly, helpful and kind and very respectful and went over an estimate on the best way to go and saved me money on the tires and upcoming services I'm going to need for my vehicle and I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place to everyone I know! This my new, go to, tire & service place.I felt that I was treated with respect and they accommodated me in a most reasonable amount of time.Prices were competitive.I have recommended Van's to family & friends because of their quality workmanship.

I took my car in for rear brakes and was highly satisfied with the service I received. The staff is super friendly and the prices are fair. They are not pushy or trying to make as much as they can off of you like other shops I have been to. I also really like that they send you a text with pics and info on anything else they found that needs done. I will never go anywhere else.

I enjoyed waiting at the shop today with the kitty. Friendly staff. Price is reasonable for a front end alignment. I was impressed that the technician took the car for a drive to see if they're any issues during my second trip there with another vehicle. He found major issues that would make getting an alignment useless. A list of repairs and parts was given me and my money was not wasted on an alignment.

The young man that helped me was very courteous and helpful when dealing with all the rebates. Made sure I had all the proper paperwork and help me get the credit card for additional credit. The only complaint I have and it's really not a big complaint is that it took a little longer then my appointment was set for. But was no problem for me cuz I'm retired. And they were very busy. I ended up going back on 12-5-2023 because I heard a noise after the work was completed. They checked everything and that the noise was coming an thing on my car. They were wonderful checking out right a way. And go me on my way. Again a wonderful job.

I went into Vans for 4 new tires, a specific brand with a high mile warranty, since I drive a lot of miles!The employee actually showed me another tire with many more miles for cheaper!He could have sold me exactly what I was looking at, but instead passed the savings on to me.Well done! Great service!

Our experience with vans started on Black Friday 11-24-23 we had purchased 4 new tires and an alignment. Our appointment was at 9. We dropped the car off around 7:30. Was told it would be about an 1.5 hours but maybe a little longer which we were fine with that. We called at 11:30. 3out of the 4 tires were on the car.. called back at 1 tires were on waiting for alignment. Received a message around 3:10 vehicle was finally done.. over 6 hours for tires and alignment. Go to get car. Was told the tire changer broke and it damaged our rim. They would replace it with a used one which we were fine with. Didn t expect a new one. So was told the place was not open until Monday. Ok that s fine. No word Tuesday, Wednesday so finally call on Thursday to find out what is going on, they sent the wrong one and had to get another one sent. Should be any day. Friday no word called Monday morning - no rim yet, should be there today called Monday evening still no rim. They call Tuesday morning rim came in. Went Thursday morning to have it put on car. Very friendly, and apologized for the mess, super fast putting new rim on. After getting the car back . I noticed something didn t look right but had to get to work, later inspecting it rim does not match the other 3.. but I am to the point don t care anymore. I am not going back.

Needed tubes in my trailer tires x 3. Finding someone that could do an 8" rim was getting difficult. Checked " VAN'S" an was informed they do smaller tires and rims. Dropped the three off and they were completed in a short time. Saving me a lot of trouble and heartache. Thank you all for your response in a timely manner

Very pleasant experience. They are very professional and courteous. They don't try and sell you on things you don't need. They will however tell you things you should have done. From the inspection. But their is no pressure to do anything else they find the choice is yours. I will be going back to get my other tires changed soon.

The availability to get your car in was a big plus for me. Blew my tire at 12am on a Sunday and was there at 730am Monday. I appreciate the extra they did do and warned me to also fix

I scheduled an appointment one week prior to my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m. I dropped my car off at 9:45 a.m. and returned at 11:20 a.m. and they haven't even looked at it. When I dropped it off they said it would be ready before noon and I explained to them I had another appointment at 1:00 p.m. I would expect my car to be a least pulled inside and started in 1 hour and 20 minutes after I dropped it off. I went inside and asked for my key back so I could leave. Once they found my key I left, they didn't say a word to me, no explanation or reason why they wasted my time. I know customer service is gone in this country and Vans is no exception. Will never return or refer anyone to Vans. I need new tires for both of my vehicles and for sure won't be buying them from Vans. I know Vans could care less but I hope I can spare just one person from my experience. Waste of my time.

Vans was recommended by a co worker! We got new tires installed for my daughters car. They gave us great customer service. We were able to wait during install.Best prices around. This is their second round of professional service for my family. The week prior we purchased a new set of tires for our Durango R/T. From here on out, won't go any where else.

They were very quick and professional with the purchase and instalation of a set of tires for my car. They installed all 4 tires and did an alignment in less than 2 hours with no issues. I will definitely be referring everyone to them as well as continuing to take my business to them.

I will never take my car anywhere else. Yes, the wait may be a little long but that just shows me that business is booming for them and with good reason. The staff is wonderful, very down to earth while still being professional. I've never had any complaints about the service I've received or the price I've paid. I almost hate recommending them because they are so busy now but I drive all the way from Sandusky to have my car serviced because they always treat me right. It's important to trust who's working on your car, you're literally putting your life in their hands and I can't say enough good about Van's.

Thy did not have the tires I order in stock. They made it right by putting 4, better brand tires on my vehicle for the originally agreed upon price. I will definitely be taking my vehicles back to vans auto service & tire

Been bringing my vehicles to Vans for a few years now because they continue to do fantastic work. Simple oil change and tire rotation, the team had me in and out in 20mins. Friendly staff, affordable prices. Can t go wrong with Vans
