I am so grateful for the honesty and integrity of Tom s Auto. My jeep Wrangler was having issues, and I took it to them for repair. They fixed what was needed right away, but they also let me know what fell under the Jeep power train warranty so that way I wouldn t have to pay for services that were covered by my warranty. They even took my jeep to a dealership so it could get the warranty repair, since that is the only way the warranty would cover it. They were very upfront about the issues, and their prices, and kept me informed every step of the way. They are well worth their knowledge and skills, and from now on all of my vehicles will go to them!You guys rock :)

Recently did a decent amount of wiring work on my vehicle. And am very please with how everything went down and the quick turnaround he had with it. Definitely knows how to treat customers and keep them around for future work.

I recently took my SUV to Tom's for a throttle issue. They came highly recommended by a local transmission business owner. Wow, these guys are fast, reasonable, and know their stuff. This place is a hidden gem! Thank you!

I recently had my work and personal van serviced at Tom's. The staff was amazing to work with. There were several things that needed done. Fixing the window was the main priority. Before they completed additional repairs they called and went over pricing and even advised if something wasn't necessary. Daniel and his staff have a customer for life. An absolute wonderful business. I called them after many recommendations. I'm pretty new to Ohio and had some bad experiences so I was nervous about finding a new garage. Daniel was patient, very kind and seemed very compassionate. He repaired my brakes at a reasonable cost on his day off. I would and will recommend this business to everyone. I am 75 years old. I have been an auto body man at a new car dealership years ago and went thru a 6 months GM Fisher Body autobody repair course. I have also worked on many of my cars over the years changing engines, rebuilding transmissions etc. I am a college graduate and a infantry combat veteran with 7th Cav in Vietnam. Was also an aircraft mechanic. So have been around. Getting old so can't crawl around under cars any more so hire the work out these days. I don't personally know these people at all, but I have used them twice in the last year for big repairs, one on a 2009 Mercedes and another on a 2009 VW Touareg. THESE FOLKS ARE HONEST HONEST HONEST and COMPATENT and REASONABILITY PRICED, also friendly. What more can I say except all that is hard to find in an auto shop these days. I hope thay stay in business.

Upper echelon professionals at this shop. Had them do a cam, DOD & VVT delete, and header install. They took outstanding care of my vehicle while doing the work. Keep me updated on progress when a few issues beyond their control arose. I moved back from retiring from the military and it took some time to find a shop. I talked to Tom personally and felt like we were long lost friends. The team at Toms auto has become the only shop I trust with my truck. I send all of the people I know or I hear their way for any maintenance. Both of my vehicles have been serviced at Tom's Auto and they did a fantastic job on the first one and on the second one they gave me a great diagnosis I stopped there to let them know what I had found after the diagnosis it was spot on, thanks so much guys!

I always take my vehicles in to Tom s when they are in need of repair and am always incredibly satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism of the team. They tried to take advantage of me because I was handicap and couldn't do the job myself. Handicap scooter lift installed 500 bucks, got it done for 50 bucks elsewhere.

Will never come here again and I recommend if you're a woman dont go by yourself. Brought. My Kia sportage here last year to get rear brakes done and come in to be surprised the bill was higher because they changed the rotors without even calling me to see if I had the money to do so. I dont make much and have 3 children no assistance and to me it's wrong. If they would have called me to explain what was going on it wouldn't have been so bad but they were just replaced and I had to pay for it. But what I'm more upset about is apparently I was sold cheap rotors because now I'm having to replace them a year later because they are rusted.

Slow and inaccurate. Was told many times my vehicle would be ready by end of day and it wasn t. Also a lack of communication, seemed irritated when I checked on the progress of my vehicle after it being in for almost 2 weeks. I always had to call them even after being told I would be called back shortly . Not impressed
