March 6, 2023 I purchased brand new tires from another shop. At the beginning of August I had some parts that needed replaced resulting in the need of an alignment. Due to needing to leave town before I couldn't get into my normal shop, I Went to this company for the alignment. Today I just dropped my car off to the original tire place, thinking the blown tire I got last night was something I ran over. My 2 back tires are still great!! Wonderful treads left. Lots of miles to go. They would pass for a good used tire!! But my front 2 are very low, and I have no suspension issues to be causing the alignment issue. Error by Tire Choice. Will NEVER use again!!!

I can t say enough about Troy and the guys at Tire Choice in Norwalk, Ohio. I have had many positive experiences with their customer and have always been so happy with the work. Numerous times myself or a member of my family has called in just to ask questions and they ve walked us thru how to check for certain things. They work hard to make sure if there s any issue it s addressed promptly. They don t pressure you to do work you don t need but they take the time to educate. I drive from another state to get my vehicle maintenance done by Troy and the guys at Tire Choice in Norwalk.

This shop has gone downhill. This was a great place for service when Troy was the manager. Worst oil change service I've ever experienced. For starters, the tech that started my service left in the middle of it. My car just sat on the lift for a half hour or so until another tech came back from lunch I'm guessing to finish it. The fluid to off service that I was offered for a fee and accepted wasn't completed. When I got in my car after service was "completed", my glove box was laying on the floor. Upon starting my vehicle I could instantly tell something wasn't right by the startup sound. Long story short, my car isn't running the same as when I took it in and there was a loud pop somewhere in the engine bay. I took it back to tell the manager and and he had the tech look at it, he didn't see anything. Then they remembered they didn't put my cabin air filter back in or do the fluid top off and the manager brought out some washer fluid. I asked the manager "Steve" to document my issue/complaint but I doubt he did. The whole fiasco was roughly 2 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change appointment and I'm afraid that my engine could possibly be damaged. I filed a complaint with the corporate customer service agent and I'm waiting on a call from the district manager. I've happily gone to this shop for 3 years with 3 cars. I don't now how I could possibly return with any confidence after this experience.UPDATE: It has been over 2 months since the oil change fiasco and have yet to hear from the company after filing a complaint with their customer service department.Tire Choice, DO BETTER

This place is a joke. Came in on 12/23/23 purchased 4 new tires. Next day my tmps light came on and stayed on. My car is 3 years old and my tire sensor worked perfectly fine beforehand.I talked to Tony on Saturday 12/23/23 and when I called this morning on 12/28/23 and mentioned my problem he claimed he didn't work Saturday. This man straight lied to me over the phone until I showed up in person.They have slow incompetent mechanics ( well people who call themselves such). I told Tony that perhaps they never reset the system and he got defensive.Now I'm stuck calling the Hyundai dealership and getting a new tire sensor and install for another $200.Seriously I've always hated taking my vehicles here. Every single time another issue arrives after they "work" on it. They need to start drug testing their employees, these methcanics are shady and take no accountability for destroying your vehicles.

Won't ever go back here again! Last year got a new coolant reservoir put in and now it has a pin whole in it and the coolant keeps leaking out. Went over to tire choice bc that's where I got the reservoir at and asked if there's a warranty on it and he told me no and I would have to pay $350 for a new one and that's at the discount price! Wth why is there no warranty that they put on a year ago! Never again!

Dropped my car off on a Friday for a tire rotation and hoped to get exhaust work quoted and work completed while out of town. Picked the car up on Monday and none of the work was performed, not even the tire rotation. A big waste of my time.

The workers here are all super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Troy has always quoted me a fair price and they do good work. You guys need voicemail though! I had to miss an appointment and have to get back in there. Your phone system since your no longer Monroe is a little wonky..

Troy and the guys who work there are amazing! Even after stopping in right before they are closing, they were still willing to help me. They have never told me that things needed fixed with my car when they didn t and always try to get me the lowest price possible. When I need air in my tires, I pop in and they never hesitate to help. They are upfront, honest guys!

The staff here are very kind, personable, and full of information, they will help you with the best deal out the door that is suitable for you and your situation. I came in at a time that was very unexpected due to a screw that was in my tire and I had to be in Cleveland at 8 the very same night. I had already been on the search for 4 new tires due to my work travels. Troy was very patient in helping me find the right tires with great benefits, and my tires were replaced with an alignment this very same night I'm very happy and highly recommend Tire Choice!

I've been to this location 4 or 5 times, and it has always been a pleasant experience. The staff is very helpful, and friendly! They can usually get me in by appointment very quickly, and sometimes even instantly. I've gotten brake jobs, tire repairs, and oil changes. They have always done quality work, and they do it quickly. I trust them to examine the issues and give me an honest assessment and price quote. My most recent visit was a tire puncture where it was leaking air slowly. They managed to find the pin hole puncture and repair it within 20 minutes, and I was back out of the door with only a $14 charge. I would certainly recommend this location!

Very very disappointed norwalk ohio tire choice place needs cleaned workers sitting around I watch the guy who was changing my oil he was sitting around on his phone most of the time other guy who checked me in sat around smoking n looking at something I should not have been waiting this long only plus thing is no one was here so got in before my appointment time. Very sad lobby looked dirty

Will never return. Got a oil change and when I picked up my car I was charged almost $145. She said I signed the paper with the quote and then went to show me and said she must had forgot to have me sign it. First off she is very rude and you can tell she wont take responsibility for her mistakes. I have been there and delt with Troy many times and paid abut half that. The girl with the blue hair had helped me and honestly this girl cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs and I don't think she has a clue what day it is or where shes at.Said I needed tires on my car with 6400 miles and a alignment. Took it back to my dealer and was told nothing is wrong with my alignment or tires. We will not be back. Don't like to be lied to

Crazy prices. 93$ for oil change. Quoted over 500$ for a brake job that another local shop got done for 290$.

Don't take nice wheels here unless you want them scratched up. Took nice painted wheels for my sports car here and they scratched them up pretty bad and threw them in my truck carelessly. Additionally the wheel weights were installed very crooked and uneven. Wouldn't recommend for aftermarket wheels.

I ve had Tire Choice work on 2 of my cars I ve owned and I ve never had a bad experience with them. The owner s super nice, and was always able to help me with whatever was going on with my vehicle. Had my tires done twice and each time, they did a great job. Even fixed my exhaust shield for free once. Always able to fit you in to their schedule at a decent time too. Great shop!

They saved the day for me when I found a nail in my tire. My car was in and out in under 40 minutes with no appointment. Very polite, friendly and fast service. Would highly recommend and I will do business with them again.

I had a wonderful experience here because when I called at 7 in the morning, they got me in ASAP despite not having a appointment. They helped me figure out my other issues on my car and wrote it down in a list so I can properly price my future visits.

This is a good place. They took care of my car right away without jumping into my wallet. The mechanic let me know of the existing problems and took care of them. He also let me know of something that will need future attention. I'll continue here

My service on 5/31/22 was Fantastic! I feel more safer that when I went for my regular oil change they found some issues. It was taken care of promptly and the staff was excellent to take care of my issues! Thank you again! -repeat customer! Highly recommended!

I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation at 9am. I asked about the estimate time of completion. The guy at the desk assured me that it would be completed by 11:30am. I planned my return for the vehicle at 11:15am. The same guy at the desk told me that it should not be much longer. At 12pm, I got the keys to my car. The guy at the desk excuse was that he had a new guy on the job. The comment cemented my confidence more in lack of competence and efficiency. This place promises and then just does not deliver. Hope being new, there is a great sense to improve and impress the customer.

If you're on a budget and need good and quick service, this is the place to go. I've come here for my two most recent oil changes and I'm really happy with the service I've gotten. They let me know both times that I would be needing a battery soon, and gave me the price, but I appreciate the fact that they weren't pushy about it. I did decide to get the new battery the second time, and they still got me in and out really quick and at a fair price.
