What a rude bunch of people. They have a filthy van listed on their website. Incited my to come get a bucket and sponge when I commented that it needed to be cleaned. When I called the manager, he said they get tired of being told their vehicles are dirty.I said I have been looking for a long time, was going to pay cash for a van, needed one for my special needs son.I was told it was doubtful I was going to pay cash for said vehicle.He continued to tell me I'm wrong and that the pictures don't show that it's clean. He's right. It shows that it's dirty.There's zero excuse for being rude to a costumer.Terrible terrible customer service before even setting foot on the lot.

Patrick told us that the tires were almost new.Upon picking up the unit, he showed us the wrong way to empty the tanks as well as telling us that it had been thoroughly cleaned and ready to go. Just to have a blowout on I-75 in Marietta, Ga. Upon having the tire replaced, we found out that the tires were 13 years old. Thank God it wasn t the front tire, that would have been another issue.!!They covered their butts by having us sign an as is purchase agreement with out even informing us of any issues with the purchase !!!I m saddened by the way they were so dishonest with us..!!You live and learn, I guess.!!!I d be more than happy to change this review if they would be willing to replace my tires and make up for their mistakes.., they know my number..!!!October25,2023I just got off the phone with Tom and Patrick, all I tried to do was call them and request an explanation of why I was not notified of the issue with the tires on my rv.Tom blew me off as if I was trying to blackmail them. My final feelings are this ,!!!* If you re not comfortable with my review then read some of the others. RVUSA is not the place to go for purchasing an RV. I tried my best to be as cordial as I possibly could but Tom went sideways with me and then hung up on me !!JUST MEAN and HATEFUL !!I m so done with RV Norwalk !!!!! Like Mr. Wonderful would say , (You reDead to Me) !!!!!!!As of Nov. 27 2023, my warranty is still not fully honored due someone by the name of Randy Johnson who told them that I had to go back to the repair company and have them send me another invoice with the mileage on it at the time of the replacement of my tire. This is a new person that has been assigned to dealing with my tire. Tom, Patrick and now, Randy have made this whole process from buying the old tire RV to the hoops I m now seemingly having to jump through.I PRAY FOR YOUR SOULS !!!

I had been looking for a camper for months I saw one online at Rv USA, when we went there to look at it they had sold it. When I told them what I was looking for they went to their other lot and brought it in for me to look at. I was surprised they would do this for me because I said upfront I wasn t for sure gonna buy it. They had it all set up when I got there and absolutely fell in love with it. I bought it and the financing was so easy. Everyone was friendly and very helpful I would definitely recommend them.

Great value and pricing, no hidden charges. camper was fully displayed as functional before i took it and i received propane, water hose and sewer hose at no cost! will return when ready to upgrade

I've never had to deal with a more rude and condescending individual such as "Tom from the financing department". As a North Dakota Oil field truck driver I'm blessed with the ability to put $10k down on a vehicle as soon my next pay cycle came around. But in spite of my ability to bring home $10k after taxes per month and having literally no living expenses, he proceeded to talk over me and down to me as if I was less than and not even worth his time. In a matter of two weeks I could've double the money I was willing to put down, but I wouldn't be interested in the deal even if they reduced the selling price by $10k on their own behalf. Nor would I ever call back to make a better offer. I was willing to purchase the vehicle at face value, no negotiation required. But the Pat the salesman is a wonderful individual and this particular the conversion van was just a purchase on a whim to reward myself for working as hard as I do. I definitely would not recommend RV USA regardless of your ability to net $120k annually or the ability to provide proof of earnings and proof of your of creditworthiness via documentation of prior honored and fulfilled payment agreements. The irony is that the dealership mentions working with customers with bad credit, seems like false advertising. 3k in teenager debt hampered a good deal but Tom from finance ruined any possibilies of me making a stronger counter offer or any future business with RV USA as a whole.Update:Instead of improving upon their customer service, they choose to take me out of context, lie on my integrity, and put words in my mouth. The Owner reply fails to mention that the email was prior to the following conversation that took place where I received the treatment I did from Tom. I don't have to lie about my income, google/indeed "CDL Oilfield Water Hauling" jobs in North Dakota to see for yourselves. I'm just one review a 2.8 star Google rating average speaks for itself as of 10/10/2023. Apparently it's easier to defame a customer rather than to "right a wrong". I've had enough with this entire RV USA ordeal. Hopefully they change the way they carry business in the future.

Honest helpful Staff. I spoke with Pat (Salesman) who couldn't be more polite and helpful even though he knew I wasn't ready to buy. Showed us options anyway and put us in touch with Tom who is the Manager as we had many questions that concerned the truck size, hitch requirements and recommendations as to what might work best for my towing situation. These folks knew I was not buying at this point but took an interest in what I was trying to do. Thanks you guys... I'll be back to buy when I am ready. Prices are right on the RVs.. no guessing here.. no misleading tricks... Just great people, great prices. Refreshing today to find this still exists!

The owner Tom and his son are incredible to work with! This is our 2nd camper from RVUSA Norwalk. The process is painless and quick. We have a toddler and each time Tom has made it a very smooth and quick transaction. We will only buy from RVUSA and have told all of our friends. Great place and even greater people! We love this place!

Probably the nicest and most realistic dealership within an 100 mile radius. Will work with you and help you out when all others look away the second you say you don't have credit. Great place for a first car and to get started building credit.

Called in June of 2023 after storms went through to get our awning fixed on our camper. Someone showed up without anyone being there, didn t get to open up the awning or even talk to them about what was wrong. When I called back someone told me they could replace the arm, because that s all that looks like was broken , when if they would have called us back they would have seen that it was more than just the arm bracket. After calling numerous times, no body has called me back with even an estimate, and now our insurance company has closed the claim, without it being fixed. Thanks for nothing!

Had to replace TV it digital not a smart TV when they said it came with a smart TV, had to replace toilet because it would not flush, clogged every time, put a standard toilet and works fine now, kitchen plumbing leaked all over the floor.o and the truck that delivered my 2023 camper got stuck and i had to get my electrician to back it in with his Old Ford F250 i will not recommend RV USA to anyone.

We looked at a camper they lied and said everything worked until we asked them to prove everything worked than we left a deposit because they had to fix things but than we decided we didn't want it and they got all rude with me, and tried not to give the deposit back, so no not very nice people and they lie so if you go there make sure everything works before you buy anything from them I will never go there again and the finance man is very rude..
