Great experience, we have waisted so much time going to Walmart and waiting for hours these guys have great prices and are extremely fast and great prices! We didn't even have to get out of the car to get our oil changed,they filled our tires up and checked all of our fluids! Excellent service!!These guys know there stuff as well!We will be back!Service: Oil change

Service was fast and efficient. Employees were very knowledgeable and personable. They were able to get my vehicle in and out in a timely matter. They were not trying to upsell for no reason as some places will.

Horrible service. Super pricey. They were rude and abrupt from the moment I pulled in. It was 4:40pm, the main dude was like "these newer chevys take a special oil its gonna cost you over a hundred dollars, feel free to check around town and if you still wanna come back we take last car at 5:20. Lol, didnt say hi, honestly didnt even look at me, wasnt sure he was talking to me at first. I said, well, I planned on it being around 80 so inflation must of got it, so how much exzactly, he runs the numbers and said $92, I said, ok go ahead then. He puffed and told the downstairs guy to go ahead. Then just yells, left, right, brake, reverse, literally wasnt even turning my right turn signal on yet when they yelled "all good", lol, no way they checked it all, didnt put iti n reverse yet. The dude didnt top off any fluids, put my sticker on crooked. I mean, cmon, a crooked sticker isnt a big deal, I know its petty, but, the service overall was so horrible, and it was almost 100 dollars, i at least want a straight sticker, and he made me peel the old sticker off myself. Didnt put air in my tires, I mean, yea, I get theres a conveneice fee, but whats the fee for having some damn courtesy. Absolute trash, I kinda wanna get in the guys face that helped me and see if his attitude changes a little bit, never going back, i dont care if the owner calls me and gives me a free oil change, I hope he does so I can explain how terrible he's running the place actually.Service: Oil change

Went in for an oil change and the tech checked the sticker versus the actually mileage. Turned out I still had 2000 miles before I needed an oil change. He checked the oil and topped it off. Then told me to have a nice day. I asked him "Don't I owe you something?". He responded "No your all set" and I was on my way home. I commend him for his honesty and customer service. I took my ford explorer in to get an oil change, I knew that opening the hood was touchy and I informed them of this, long story short when they finished my hood would not latch properly. I was told go get it fixed at a repair shop called company and they said contact store manager. Would not recommend as I have heard other stories of discontent.Service: Oil change

It is pricey compared to changing your own oil but it is well worth the saved time and mess. They do a great job and are done in under ten minutes. James the manager is very friendly and has great customer service.

Great service and has good oil . With lots of other services. Plus free fluid top offs between changes. Great for those who do not want to deal with changing it your self and do not want the hassle of getting in with a garage. They keep track of all your routine maintenance. Worth the money. Also no pressure to get things done you are not ready to have done. Great place to have in Norwalk.

These guys are great. The last place I got my oil change at screwed up my skid plate and the constant driving tore it to shreds. They went over and beyond to fix the issue, even though they didn t have too! Best service I ve had for an oil change.

I am a resident of Norwalk and have visited this particular business quite a few times.My most recent visit was this past Saturday afternoon May 5th at 2:00pm. I went In for a standard oil change. Both guys working were very nice and attentive. The one gentleman told me that my blub on the drivers side front end was burned out. He offered to fix It and I was surprised and thankful.Long story short he informed me that It was fixed and good to go.So $72.00 dollars later was done. When I got off work that evening around 1:00am my headlight no longer works. I did and do appreciate him offering to fix the light. If you are unable or don't know how to fix the light don't touch the light. So now the light Isn't working and I have to go back up and see what he did to my light. I now will know that If I am at a oil change place they can't fix lights.

Fast service, friendly staff, fair prices. I will be taking my jeep here for every oil change. The techs are very knowledgeable!

Service was subpar. But the price, wow. $41 for an oil change with semi synthetic oil. This does NOT include the oil filter. They charge $10 for that. Now we're at $51 before tax. Now I needed a new air filter. Usaully, that's just over $5. They charged $15! In the end, with taxes, I paid $70 for an oil change. And to make matters worse, they forgot to check my tires. Way overpriced for the subpar service. Way too expensive.Service: Oil change

Their motto is 10 minute oil change and they definitely live up to that. Very polite staff didn't have to get out of my car at all and they did not high pressure me into other things

I LOVE GOING TO PIONEER QUICK LUBE NORWALK! I live in Sandusky and will make the drive to use this business. I can't say enough about these professionals! They are fast with the oil changes, tire pressure checks, top offs, AND they even change out bad bulbs in your tail lights if you need them to! For me, the service is worth the drive!Services: Tires, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I got right in and the staff was friendly and seemed efficient. However, $90.00 for a 5 quart synthetic oil change and filter is ridiculous.
