I had brought my wife here so I will leave her review belowPainted Cowgirl is an absolute gem! From their stunning selection of western wear to their exceptional customer service, every aspect of my shopping experience has been top-notch. I was in this store this afternoon. We had been to 3 other stores looking for boots the service was horrible. We get to this store and we had the nicest lady to help us. All the workers were very nice. My brother was up fro South Carolina and couldn't believe how nice the service was. It was totally worth a hour and 30 minutes drive.

Today was the first time I ever stepped foot in your store, and you guys get a 10 out of 10!! I ordered an outfit on line and I wasn t sure if I was keeping the jeans or not. They were slightly baggy and little more faded than what I wanted for the occasion I ordered them for. I came in to try on a size down and see if you had something a little darker. Right away when I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. The nice young man up front told me where to find the women s jeans and also told me the basic layout of the store. When I got up stairs there was a nice young lady working and as soon as I walked around for a few minutes she offered to help. I told her exactly what I was looking for..and she nailed it. It took her a while because I had something very specific in mind but she looked through everything until she found what I wanted. I would have never found these jeans because for one, they had frayed ends and because they were too long. She said don t worry, we hem jeans here for free, and once we hem these up to your size the fray will be gone and these will be exactly what you are looking for And she was right! She didn t just send me downstairs with them, she walked them down to the counter and told the girl exactly what needed done and had them all pinned and ready to go. They were also very affordable. The selection of items and customer service in this store are amazing. I am too much of an online shopper because I typically hate the retail experience. Today was the exception! Thank you and keep up the good work. PS: after I came home and got my husband occupied, I placed another on line order thanks for helping me find the right size!!

I loved this place, the employees very friendly and dedicated. A real jewel in this place made by artisan hands, honestly a treasure of great value in quality that you will not regret.
