I needed a storage unit ASAP. I spoke with Zack he was friendly and extremely helpful. The process is done over the phone, it was fast and I was accessing my storage unit within 10 mins. The units are spacious and clean. The facility is clean and easily accessible. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I very highly recommend Ohio Self Storage. I needed a Storage unit fast and I had one within an hour. . The property is very clean and secure. Also the staff was so very helpful.

Recently needed a storage unit and reached out to ohio storage there website was simple but informative which I liked.i got in contact with Zach who helped me throughout the process. He was nice professional and knowledgeable and I had no problem with Any step of the rental process. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a storage unit in the area

Excellent customer service. Zach responded quickly with available sizes and prices to accommodate my needs. Everything was handled right over the phone/through email. The process couldn't be any easier! Zach checks in from time to time to make sure all of my needs are met. The prices are very reasonable as well.

I worked with Zach over the summer. It was my first time ever using a storage unit, and he was always helpful and would respond to any of my texts and questions within minutes. The process was a little chaotic, mostly due to problems on my end, but Zach always found a way to help me through everything. I also had the pleasure of briefly interacting with another employee, Beth, who was also very helpful and sweet. If you're a college student in the area looking to store your belongings over the summer, I 100% recommend here!

This is the first time I have been in need of a storage unit so I didn't know the first thing about finding one, the process, etc but Zach was so helpful through the entire process, making it easy and painless. He answers all of my questions almost immediately and is always very pleasant and thorough in his responses. Would highly recommend to anyone in search of a storage unit.

Zach has been amazingly helpful during my move. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that I was able to access my unit and move in easily! My unit was very clean when I moved in too! Highly recommend!

Diana and Zach were very helpful with me getting my first storage unit. I chose this place because of the reviews and I m glad I did. We were able to set up everything over phone and email. And I could have started moving in that day. My unit is very clean and there is a security gate so I don t have to worry about my belongings. Zach checked in with me about a week later to make sure everything went smoothly. I d recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent customer service,Zach was extremely helpful and his response time getting back to us in regards to renting a unit was really quick. As well as sending an email to take care of payment. Zach even went as far as to text several days later to make sure all went well moving our belongings into the storage unit,which was quite unexpected and very nice of him to do. Highly recommend Ohio self storage!

Ohio Self Storage has excellent customer service. They are easy to contact and quick to respond. Had some minor issues with my unit - they went out of their way to resolve it, plus resloved it above and beyond my expectations

Hubby and I moved to Ohio in July and had super challenges finding an apartment. When that was finally accomplished, OMG, it was half the size of the house we were used to living in in South Carolina! We needed storage and fast!!! After phoning several places, we were lucky to score successfully with Ohio Self Storage only three streets from the apartment. Beth in the office worked so diligently with me to get the correct size unit for our needs, all the while being careful to not overdo it to hold our cost down. What a wonderful surprise that was!! We arrived with our UHaul and unloaded into the unit. It felt like home...clean, secure and totally safe. Fast forward 6 months, we have just purchased a home and have been able to move all of our belongings into the home. Upon our termination of the storage unit, Zach was the most pleasant and accommodating experience ever! He congratulated us and wished us good lucking, making us feel like he truly appreciated having had us as customers but also cared that we were going into our new chapter of home ownership with warm wishes. If you are looking for a storage facility, Ohio Self Storage is the right place!!!!!

Zach was extremely helpful and patient when it came to answering the many questions we had because my husband and I had never needed a storage unit before. He provided pictures and details for us and responded very quickly to our questions. We liked the fact that we were able to handle paperwork and payments through a secure system from the comforts of our home. The facility is clean and well maintained.

We highly recommend Ohio Self Storage, LTD because Zach is friendly, professional, and a great communicator! The Ohio Self Storage unit in Norwalk, Ohio was our 1st choice because of how secure and well kept the area is. We are happy to give 5 stars to Zack and his team for continued great customer service! Thanks Zach for being so quick to reply to my texts and explain any questions my husband and I have! This is an EXCELLENT PLACE to store your stuff!

This is my first ever storage unit and everyone was so helpful and they even reach out to you personally if you need anything else! Good rates, great people, clean storage unit. I feel safe with my things here. Highly recommend!!

As a brand new customer, I am thoroughly impressed by Zach's overall helpfulness and professionalism. He has been extremely helpful in organizing the delivery of my items from a moving company, and has even gone as far as sending me videos as to how exactly the gate will operate to prevent me encountering any troubles. I find the commitment to making the entire process as painless as possible for me to be impressive, and I am very glad I chose this company for storage. The ease in paying for the unit online also has been especially appreciated, as I have small children and this kind of convenience is especially helpful. Thank you for your help, Zach! If anyone is looking for storage, I highly recommend you utilize this facility.

This is one of the fastest, easiest and by far the most pleasant experiences I've had during a transaction, probably ever. Zach made the whole process simple. He was thorough, professional, attentive and kind while helping me out. The unit location and the unit itself is clean and safe. Very good location. 10/10 on every aspect of getting this unit. Highly impressed and would highly recommend!

Loving the storage unit! It's in a fenced off area, the units are clean, and the prices are amazing. It's only $95 a month for my 15'x10' unit. The customer service is the best part though! Zach messages you directly making sure that everything is good to go for your move in, and makes the process extremely easy. It's hard to find businesses that really take care of their customers, so that alone would make me recommend this place to people.

We have used this storage facility for various family members for years and keep coming back when the need arrises. Continued repeat business says a lot about a company. The units are clean, well maintained and protected and our belongings were kept safe and secure for us giving us peace of mind. The owners are very friendly, willing to help and responsive to messages. I would 100% recommend their business should you need clean, safe, secure storage for your treasured belongings.

I never dreamed it would be so hard to find a winter home for my prized 1965 survivor car! My prized possession,and I had to put it to bed ASAP. The Only place that was helpful, accommodating and responsive to my needs in the area was Zach at Ohio self storage. He told me he would have a couple spots open soon and kept me up to date as to availability. He has been in touch with me constantly regarding every aspect of the storage. Service is Amazing!! When something wasn t perfect on the first unit, he put me in a better one right away. He made sure I could get my car in as fast as I needed to and whenever I needed to. The paperwork and payment were just as fast and easy. Even when I had a slight mishap putting the car away Zach was unbelievably understanding and helpful. We won t talk about the mishap. Lol. In a nutshell, if you have storage needs of any kind I would recommend ... and only recommend Zach at Ohio Self Storage! I m at the Norwalk facility but I m sure that the service would be as good at any of their locations as long as it s in Zach s hands. Thanks Zach for helping me find the right home for Pearl . 5 stars all the way!

It's a nice gated area at a fair price for the different sizes. The property is well maintained and clean. The only thing I would fix is the code keypad on the inside. I think someone hit it. You really have to hangout the window in a compact car to reach it. Management is quick and great. I like the options available to pay.

I would highly recommend this facility. They returned my initial phone message within a few minutes and we had access to a unit within the hour. Their promptness, thoroughness and professionalism is greatly appreciated. We will definitely be using them again when the need arises.

Zach is an incredible guy helping me in a very short notice, I really like the Norwalk location due to its secluded spot making it feel comfortable to keep expensive things there. My unit was very clean and easy to function. Any questions you may have, Zach is very quick to respond and awesome at explaining. couldnt ask for a better experience working with him

Ohio Self Storage is a great place to store your valuables without worry. It's great with code entry for security. I've been a customer for roughly 15 yrs. Still have the same unit I've always had without an increase in rent. I had an issue one time with the door being hard to open, Zak the manager had it fixed within the next couple days. If your looking for a storage facility with code entry for security and piece of mind look no farther. I highly recommend Ohio Self Storage.

We've been using Ohio Self Storage for a few years and have been very pleased. The prices are reasonable and any time I've had to call the office they have always been nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for storage units near their locations.

Within 5 hours I called to request information to rent, was greeted with flexibility, accommodating logistical support, and it was done completely remotely. 10/10. The storage area is secure, private, and good pricing!
