Had a code pop up on my way to Medina, OH. They said to come on by and they would at least plug into it to see what's going on.They got me in and diagnosed my issue and got me fixed up and on my way.Excellent service for me that afternoon. Thank you all! I know it doesn't always go that smoothly as busy as shops are.

Top shelf customer service.My alternator belt went out and I made it here to get a new one. Changed it in parking lot and when I was done, the batteries were too weak to start the truck. Went inside and talked to the service manager to ask for a jump start. He dropped what he was doing, came out with his personal vehicle, and hooked up to my jumper cables to give me a boost. He also wouldn t let me pay him for his time. That s the way customer service should be done. Just that simple act alone makes them stand out above the rest!If I m remotely in the area, I ll go out of my way to give them my business in the future!

We purchased a truck here and I have to say that it was the best dealer experience I have ever had. If ur looking for a truck give Gerry Billinghurst a call he will give u the respect and professional service you need. Thanks again guys.

Gave them a star because I had to listened to the lead tech cuss out one of the younger techs. Way to go teach, not discipline the younger guys Robert your a piece of work
