Ray at the Collision Center was super smooth and very responsive. My truck was brand new 2 weeks out of the dealership and I got my front quarter panel smashed in from a hit and run. Turned the truck in on a Monday and was completed by Friday same week and saved me from anymore rental issue. LOVE the Collision Center!

I give Firelands four & three-quarter stars. The work was very good and the people were friendly and easy to talk with. Just don t be in a big hurry to get your vehicle back and you might have to call them if you don t hear from them when they say they might call. They will treat you fairly. I do recommend them and I would go back.

They did a fantastic job on fixing my Chevy Silverado after a deer collision and very pleasant and professional staff would definitely recommend them and will use them again if need be but hopefully no more lol

I was rear-ended. The work Firelands Collision did on my truck is perfect. Extra damage was discovered after the original estimate and because Firelands has onsite adjusters, anything extra was added seamlessly. Megan in Customer Service is top notch. The other guy's pretty good too.Over all, if you need repair work done on your vehicle this is the place to go.Service: Auto body & trim repair

The office & repair personnel were very accommodating. Kept us informed when there was a change due to a parts delay. I had some body work done on my truck after someone hit the right rear quarter panel. Hit and run, the offender did not leave contact info. Firelands Collision Center did a great job and handled everything with my insurance company.

Horrible experience and have heard other nightmare stories as well!!We drove a car to their location for them to give an estimate after a fender bender! Well I guess they took the car apart without permission for their inspection then deemed a 70,000 mile car that was drivable totaled!!!! When we told them we would be taking the car else where after seeing their paperwork of 4000 in parts and 8000 labor Cost being way overpriced and led the insurance to believing the car should be considered totaled they then began to tell us they needed paid to put the car back together even though that was done on their end. So we had to pay them $250 for them to not even work on our car but for us to get our car back. We found a much more reasonable business and professional that said they would be able to do the work for much less and will also be able to fix the so called totaled car! We definitely will not be back and will not be sending business here.

Highly recommend Firelands. They did an amazing job on my BMW M4 Heritage edition. The vehicle came back flawless. Needless to say I will be recommending them to everyone. The vehicle came back in a timely manner. They provided an estimated completion date to which they met without issue. Best body repair work I've ever seen. During a long career in Law Enforcement I damaged my share of cruisers plus my personal vehicles and this repair on my wife's Ecosport platinum was like none otherYou could not tell that there was any damage. And their customer service at taking us around the vehicle and checking off all the work to MY SATISFACTION, was very professional.

First and foremost, I would like to stress that the 5 star rating is for specific individuals.....and **NOT** Firelands Collision Center as a whole.I'm going to gloss over a lot of detail to keep this short. My adventure began in August of **2022**, when my Jeep was severely damaged during a deer strike. I took it to FCC (Vermilion location) because it was close to home. After an extensive stay (expected), I was notified at the end of October I could pickup my Jeep (minus one part that was on back order).When I arrived I noticed the Jeep was not in the best of shape, incorrect parts had been installed, and an alignment wasn't done. I was told all of these issues would be taken care of when I brought my vehicle back to have the backordered part installed.Checking periodically via email, I was informed the backordered part delivery date kept getting repeatedly pushed out.November, December, January, February, and almost all of March go by. I emailed FCC to see if my vehicle repairs were "ever" going to be completed.At this time, I was notified that my file had been lost during the transition of the body shop and personnel from Vermilion to Norwalk.Enter...Ray Karres of FCC, (Norwalk location). After learning of my situation / experiences, he immediately picked up the ball and got all of the issues holding up the completion of my repairs taken care of. I was kept up to date with how matters were progressing, and my Jeep was finally whole again after a short period of time.A special shout out to Jack Laraway of the Firelands Chevrolet new car dealership in Vermilion as well, as he volunteered some special services to help rectify the initial unsatisfactory results from the body shop.Again, the 5 star rating is meant for Ray Karres and Jack Laraway, and not the FCC general business. Had an estimate done at Firelands Vermilion but somehow the vehicle ended up with these thieves in Norwalk. Weeks past the delivery date they had vague story about the vehicle being in the detail shop then the 'qc shop'. I had to give Vermilion Firelands and ultimatum to get my truck back. A week later a rubber gasket is flapping in the wind. My gas cap is missing. Had to hire another shop to put the baffle /gasket back in correctly. They billed me for parts they never installed (original parts were marked). Charged for repairing a bumper that was not even damaged. Ended up with some other bumper (missing my camera bracket and Ohio license plate...still attached to my original bumper?). I explained that they charged for a pair of steps but only replaced the damaged one, not the opposite side. They said "The insurance company made them do it". Nonsense. This was a cash out of pocket repair. No insurance company involved. They then stated they would reimburse for the missing step. They never did. Run, don't walk away from these crooks! Vermilion or Norwalk. I suspect they are of the same ilk.Service: Body & Trim
