Took a work vehicle in for a recall after being ignored for a year by a closer Chevy dealer. From the initial phone call til the lady brought it around for me I felt like that whole dept. is top shelf! Will definitely go to them in the future and even curious what they have on the lot.

I was totally impressed with the professionalism I experienced with the service department at Firelands Chevrolet. The service advisor I worked with (Shasta Duncan) was so kind and thoughtful. They took care of my warranty issue on my 2020 GMC Terrain.Plus, they gave me an amazing loaner car. They made me feel like they wanted me as a customer and friend for life. I couldn t be happier with the wonderful treatment I received today at Firelands. I will definitely have all work done there. Thank you.Service: Oil change

I always choose Firelands Chevrolet Buick for all of my service needs. The women in the service lane are extremely friendly and are very knowledgeable. The team does an excellent job explaining the services and reviewing all of the work that the technicians did during the appointment. I called around to other chevrolet dealerships (mistake on my half) in my area and no one was able to get me in until a week later. My check engine light came on and Firelands Chevrolet was able to get me in the next day, I also had them do an oil change while my vehicle was getting serviced. My car is running 100% better now. The service representative Beth was extra helpful keeping me updated on my vehicle as well as waiting on hold for over 20min to speak to someone regarding my extended warranty. Friendly, fast, and great experience! Snacks, chips, muffins, water, coffee all available while I waited! Comfortable chairs with large flat screen TV! My first choice for service!!
