Great experience at this dealership. Brittany and Sal were fabulous to work with. I contacted Brittany about a vehicle and even though she was off, she had them get it ready for me to test drive. Sal was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I wanted to purchase and went through every feature with me. In just a couple hours I test drove, got financed, and drove away very happy! I look forward to continuing business with them in the future.

Very impressed with customer service at Don Tester Ford in Norwalk; esp with salesman Michael!! He worked very hard on obtaining vehicle we wanted & was very prompt in responding to questions. Friendly, home atmosphere; will definitely be returning here for future purchases!!

I had my Ford F-150 repaired at Don Testers over a year ago and I have not had any issues with the repairs they completed. The staff there are friendly and willing to communicate to make sure you are satisfied with their work. I would recommend them to a friend.

Would not recommend for service I had a check engine light on for the turbo under boost so I brought it in and they told me told me it was the turbo waste gate solenoid so I paid to fix it and not even 500 miles after getting the car back the check engine light came on again for the same issue but this time service told me it needed a turbo replacement so it seems like replacing the waste gate solenoid for the turbo was a waste of money. They did not offer any help of sort when it came to replacing the bad turbo

Not very good they left my oil plug loose my own oil filter loose and they didn't put my pan back over cover the motor I got home at oil everywhere but take it back they do nothing about it they said sorry
