This place does great work. I go here for my oil change. My dad has them work on all his company trucks. Haven't had any issue with them. Service is great. They do well at working on vehicles. Also nice they let you park a vehicle here if you have one for sale. Inside is nice and simply laid out as well.

Took my daughter's car in a few months back. Lots of things needed fixed and and the mechanics did an amazing job!! Lucas is great too, always takes the time to explain things and really has helped me out. I greatly appreciate his amazing customer service and his willingness to help in anyway. The staff is amazing!! Thank you!!!

Took my car to B&N Automotive, this morning. My ignition switch occasionally was not releasing my key when I turned it off. Mike took my car into the shop and a half hour later Rick came back with computer printout saying that the manufacture has extended their warranty to cover this repair. I then called the dealer, and now have an appointment next week for the switch to be replaced at no cost! From my own online research, this is a repair that could have cost (parts and labor) up to $800. These guys are super. I give B&N Automotive 10 stars on a 5-star scale!

I have taken my car there several times. They treat you like family. From the moment you walk in to a thank you note in the mail.i have even got a hand written holiday card from them. Mike is amazing

My vehicle broke down on the interstate and had to be towed to this location. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The mechanic and the office person as well as the salesperson all did a fantastic job. Even though my previous vehicle died and I was vulnerable they seemed more than fair and helpful. REAL& HONEST REVIEW.Thank you guys!

I called to see if this place could do some engine repair IE. water pump on a Mazda, its a lengthy job and i had been having trouble finding a place to take on the big job. they said they could do it and told me to drop it off the following week (aug 4th) i left town for a week but called them the following week just to get a timeline..i got the whole we are backed up on other jobs at the moment but well get to your soon. no problem i knew it was going to take over 15 hours and it needed to be assessed .so a month goes by and i didn't hear form them so i stopped in... the gentleman behind the counter told me that they think it needs a new motor. but the guy who looked at it wasn't in and they will call me...got nothing from them .after 7 weeks i didn't hear from them once about anything. so i finally just went and towed my car out of there.haven't had the manager call me to say anything by way of an apology or sorry to lose your business.well i wont be sending them any further business and even this message has been long overdue.Service: Engine repair

Absolutely love this place!!! Took great care of my car, great prices and explained everything to me before going ahead with repairs! Even came and picked up my car so I wouldn't have to leave work!! Will definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Headlight and assembly replaced:They got me a great price on a used headlight. I didn't want to pay the new price. They also did a diagnosis on my vehicle and saved me from getting costly repairs.

Great prices and very friendly people. Will always come here to get my car serviced on. Took a tire there today and they had me out the door in a matter of minutes and were the cheapest i found in Norwalk. Recommend these guys to anyone.

Went there to buy a car I had in mind, it ended up being sold as I pulled into the lot. Mike showed me a different car I had my eye down. He was honest and up-front about the car and what he'd offer. Bought the car and was out within a half-hour. Perfect car buying experience in my eyes. Will come back next time I need a used car.

Amazing customer service and analysis of issues. Was able to properly evaluate time of project and fit in between scheduled appointments due to that analysis. Highly recommend.

I have been going to B and N for many years. I live in Norwalk and would drive to Milan when they were at that location. I was so excited when they came to Norwalk. They are honest and very helpful in every way. They are very easy to work with, they are very accommodating.

Car broke down on highway had it towed in middle of night to B&N . It was the fuel pump. Very high repair bill and it wasn't fixed correctly, but since we were from another state we can't keep taking it back till it's fixed right.
