This was after they fixed it three times. Still chipping out. I knew from the get-go it was going to be a problem they didn't want to replace the door. Was rear-ended and the dent was on a factory crease and they assured me that they could fix it no problem without replacing the door. I had my tailgate replaced and it took a week like promised and they were able to use the glass from my old tailgate, meaning I was able to keep the sticker I had on the glass! They also cleaned the inside and outside of my car before returning it to me and it was absolutely spotless!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I have taken several cars to them for repairs over the years. Always top notch service. My car is always returned to me clean inside and out. The repair work is perfect. The car always looks like the incident never happened.

Unfortunately I was recommend to this place to have some body work done on our sons truck after a minor accident. I didn t know I needed an appointment for an estimate (no big deal at all) so I went in asking to make an appointment and it would have been 3 weeks out. The lady (Tina)that was at the front was extremely rude! When the other gentleman was asking information to write down she made the comment it doesn t matter she s not going to get it fixed here When I told her I was I just needed an estimate first to turn over to the insurance then I was questioned on if I was even going to actually get it repaired. I went there shortly after they opened and she was that rude and unpleasant so I can imagine how she would have been towards the end of the day! Needless to say I left and went to Fireland s and had a much better experience! When talking to others nobody was surprised that I had the experience I had at Angie s! I ve heard the quality of their work is great but if your also looking for great customer service I would stear clear of this place!

I was referred to Angie's by my auto mechanic who was concerned at the type and amount of damage done to the underbelly of my car. My vehicle was immediately put on the lift and inspected. The underbelly was destroyed and the radiator supports were gone. My car was unsafe to drive so Tina immediately got to work on getting me a rental that i was able to pick up before end of business day. They kept my car and worked with my insurance company.As they had other vehicles ahead of mine it would be a while before they could get to it. Thankfully all my parts were shipped quickly.Angie's Replaced the underbelly, grill, light fixture, radiator & supports of my vehicle. Tina handled everything for me with a smile on her face. They did a great job and it was finished ahead of time. I would highly recommend this company.

I have had work done on my vehicles here before but this negative review stems from my recent visit for a quote in Oct 2021.I had an appointment for a quote.It was immediately clear the woman doing the quote was dismissive, rude and did not even want to schedule my work. She made some complaint about they would have to book me in Dec 2021 as if to far away, then she tried to talk me out of if it because of cost. After the awkward quote she continued to try to walk away and end the conversation telling me they would call me to schedule. It is January 4th 2022 and I still have not been contacted. I have spent thousands of dollars here and was about to spend more just to make a damaged door look perfect but for what ever reason my business is not wanted here. With this type of neglect or deception I don't think I can continue using this business. It's a shame too, the gentlemen that I have worked with in the past were amazing and I trusted them with my vehicles.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Punctual, professional, and considerate, my experience was a wonderful one. I was given a detailed explanation on everything and also was immediately informed of a delay when it was known. They did their utmost to get me ready for my long trip to South Carolina and did a fantastic job. My car made the trip and back, everything in perfect working order and I couldn t be happier. Keep up the great work.

They took really great care of my car! I had it in for an auto body repair and when I got it back it looked brand new. They also cleaned the inside of my vehicle for me. I had to use one of their rentals for a couple of weeks and they only charged me a flat fee of $30 which is super cheap! Only conditions is that I brought it back with a full tank and did not smoke in it. Really great company, really great workers!

They correctly identified and corrected a twisted frame on 2016 f250 that was bought from a big dealer. The truck had an 1.5" inch lean. The dealer "inspected" the truck and passed off the issue. It took ONE YEAR yes 1 to get our 1997 Jeep Wrangler back. We hired them to replace the frame that we tracked down bought and had the frame shipped to them. We PAID for the repair up front. Every single time we called the excuses were the same. ,We have a lot of accident repairs, so they put the Jeep behind their insurance claims season after season. One Year. Crazy

Quick, professional --- and the work performed was outstanding. My vehicle was done as-promised with no delay. (The detailing upon pick-up was a very pleasant, unexpected surprise...) I highly recommend Angie's!

NEVER AGAIN, the work they did on my car was not worth $4,500 and it wasn't even done right had to go back for them no weld something they forgot to weld on the door. And the parts they replace within the months they stopped working. ....I can't believe this people are still in business.REMEMBER THAT?UpdateApparently you don't keep track of the cars you work on Bill. You must be confused, I was there a second time for almost an hour waiting for you guys to weld the piece to my car together, which you guys left a horrible smell in my car, you didn't even air it out.This is when I complain to YOU about the work and generic parts YOU put on my car. YOU said, it was my insurance that insisted on those parts". So You claim. Have parts that stopped working shortly after you guys worked on my car, now have your generic parts falling apart. Thank you for that...When it comes to the third time I was there NO I am NOT confused and no, no one else has worked on my vehicle but only YOU guys.Thank you for the trashy job.

After replacing the passenger door panel was unable to be open the door from the inside. Upset they didn't test their work. Other customer complained of unapproved work being done. Very Nice but not the best at communicating.

I only gave this... establishment a one-star rating because there was no option lower than the worst service concievable availabile to choose. Truth be told the perfect review for Angie's is to take whatever "five-star" ratings this chop shop has recieved in participation -kindgergarten smiley stickers and livestream me tossing them into a wood chipper. Because THAT is what this place does to any hopes of a professional transaction being made. At the stellar price of your arm, leg, and the promise of your firstborn- this crock of a shop will ensure any mediocre attempt at their job sets a bar so low you won't have to find out further down the rabbit hole that they don't insure any work or crazy things like that because common sense is never there to begin with! Oh and if you made it this far? They make the arrangements to sweep EVERYTHING under the rug so you don't have to worry about tiresome things like saving your money, having SAFE or RELIABLE transportation from A to B, or even walking away with a functioning vehicle. Seriously, may every red light sense your dense presence and may every sip of soda bring to mind old hot dog water.
