Just purchased a vehicle. Shawn is an amazing guy. He really works with you and always helps you. I am very happy with my car. I would recommend everyone I know to him. Thanks again for my vehicle

Bought a Truck From 2nd Chance Auto, and had a blast working with Shawn. he did a wonderful job. And even made me laugh. Yes the truck was dirty, And Yes it needs some work but i bought it anyhow. Shawn made me feel like i was his best friend, I'll be buying from him again. Thank you Shawn for everything. and no i still can't count to 20. Lol inside joke.

I tried to buy a car with this place when my ex and I split (jan 2018) and he no longer allowed me the car.When i went there the car I was looking at only had "minor" issues. It needed a tube I gave them a 500 dollar deposit waited for my car which they insisted needed new breaks that they claimed to had also fixed yet my peddle touched the floor.3 days after driving the car the car over heated and the heat went out in the car.When i took the car back they wanted to charge me another 700 for them to fix what the didn't fix.Even told the owner himself I herd nothing but bad reviews but I needed a vehicle and he was the cheapest in the area (now I know why).Do not even send your worse enemies there.

Very willing to work with you. Friend was buying vehicle (4th vehicle from him & upgraded each time), owner drove it first after inspection & noticed some things wrong. So he had replaced the brakes, rotors, calipers, put a new strut on it & some misc. things. Very honest!! Btw, his family buys from him also.

I have not done business with 2nd Chance yet but I plan on doing so my experience at his shop was good. I have heard many bad things from here, but from my experience so far, he seems easy to work with and was one of the only places in the area willing to work with me, due to needing a car unexpectedly and fast, regardless of the outcome based off that experience alone hes ok in my book.

Bought a 2006 Jetta from this guy. When we test drove it we noticed some hard shifting and when we mentioned it he made up some story about how it just needed a flush. A month later the trans blew. Paid 2400 for the car and it's going to cost 4200 to fix.

Very pleased with the vehicle I purchased. Was very clean on the inside and everything that was wrong was fixed before I left the lot. The salesman was very professional in every aspect. He explained everything during the paperwork process. Explained in detail everything that was required of me as far as paystubs insurance an so forth. Very pleased with the service I received at 2nd chance.

This company has Excellent rates on all services and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. RECENTLY TRIED TO BUY A SMALL SUV FROM THIS DEALER. THE CAR WAS DIRTY ON THE INSIDE AND UNDER THE HOOD, WAS LEAKING OIL, AND HAD A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON, ALL OF WHICH THE DEALER PROMISED WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF WHEN I CAME TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE. WHEN I CAME TO PURCHASE THE CAR, IT WAS STILL DIRTY, WITH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON. I'VE BEEN LOOKING AT ALLOT OF USED CARS, AND NONE WERE PUT OUT, TO INSPECT OR TEST DRIVE, WITH THOSE CONDITIONS. ANYWAY, AFTER INVESTIGATING THE CHECK ENGINE CODE, I TOLD THE DEALER HE WOULD HAVE TO COME DOWN IN PRICE IF HE COULDN'T GET THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT OFF (I LIVE IN LORAIN COUNTY AND HAVE TO PASS AN E-CHECK). IT COULD OF RESULTED IN A BLOWN ENGINE. HE SAID A FEW HUNDRED LESS IS THE BEST HE COULD DO. I TOLD HIM I WOULD HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT, BUT WAS STILL INTERESTED. A DAY OR TWO LATER, AFTER FINDING THE SAME CAR WITH A REBUILT ENGINE, LESS MILES, CHEAPER, AND IN MUCH BETTER CONDITION, I INFORMED THE DEALER I DID NOT WANT THE CAR ANYMORE. IT HAD BEEN ON HOLD FOR ME BECAUSE OF A $100 HOLD DEPOSIT I PUT DOWN, WHICH I NEVER GOT BACK. THE DEALER THEN BEGAN TO YELL, SWEAR AT ME, AND LATER TEXT ME ABOUT HIS DISPLEASURE WITH THE SITUATION, SAYING 'I SHOOK HIS HAND' AND 'WHERE HE'S FROM THAT MEANS SOMETHING', AND THAT HE 'HAD OTHER PEOPLE OFFERING MORE ON THE CAR' THAN WHAT I WAS OFFERING. I NEVER SAID I WOULD BE PURCHASING THE CAR IF HE COULDN'T GET THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT OFF (WHO WOULD), AND I DON'T KNOW A USED CAR DEALER WHO WOULDN'T TAKE THE BEST OFFER AVAILABLE. AND IF THAT WAS THE CASE, HE SHOULD OF BEEN HAPPY I DIDN'T TAKE IT BECAUSE THEN HE COULD SELL IT AT THE HIGHER PRICE THAT WAS OFFERED. I'M SURE THERE WAS NO OFFER THOUGH. IT WAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. HE WAS OBVIOUSLY JUST TRYING TO MOVE THE CAR ON SOME SUCKER. BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME. WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD.

This place should be shut down. They roll back odometers, they sell unsafe vehicles, and do not take care of their customers. One vehicle they sold had a tire fall off and offered no assistance to the customer saying "it was sold as is"

Missing a salesperson.. lots of cars, not sure of the prices but I do know a Pontiac suv sold for 1200$ so it seems they have reasonable payment options.

Me and my wife have had no issues with the owner he has been completely honest with us on everything and continues to be to this day...thanks for everything you do for us it's must appreciated!!!

My car was broke down on the side of the road at my house and the owner was buying my car and kept saying day after day he was gonna pick it up and it took him weeks now i have to pay $140 in fines because he is irresponsible and dont keep his word never do business with these guys ever
