I can't recommend this shop enough. Hands down the best muffler shop in and around Akron. I needed a part of my muffler fixed and I was in and out within half an hour. They quoted a very cheap price as well and it is reassuring to know that you're not being scammed unlike some other shops that are way overpriced for no reason.

I was able to get my car in during my lunch hour. They ve fixed my car before and I was out within 15 minutes. Great group of guys. Felt very comfortable. 100% going back, customer service like that doesn t exist most places.

Great price, awesome people, even warranty muffler lifetime, and exhaust pipe for a year replaced from converter back for a little over $300 and my mechanic was going to charge me $1200 to do the same thing!

The fairest friendliest place I ve ever gone. I ve been going here for years and always treat people with kindness and you can be sure they won t over charge you! Had to go today because one of my mufflers was hanging. They put it on the rack immediately started to weld. After he was done he lowered it and told me what I would need in the future! No charge! I will definitely be going back to get suggested repairs!

Exceptional service and cost! Ritzman was recommended by another mechanic to fix a hole I had in my exhaust. I showed up, pulled in, had it fixed and was on my way within 30 minutes. I was referred to Ritzman Muffler by my regular auto mechanic. (Shout out to Easterling Brothers of Barberton!) I just needed a small section replaced between my exhaust and muffler. I pulled into Ritzman Muffler around 8:30am (Tuesday morning) and they had me pull right into the bay and checked things out, confirmed what was needed, gave me a price, and in less than 20 minutes I was pulling my (now very quiet) car back out of the bay and driving home. No appointment needed. Quick and efficient.Service: Exhaust

I've been coming here for years. The prices are fair. If the fix is super quick, they have even offered no charge in the past. Just had my exhaust fixed, which took a bit of time, but they were training a new guy on the welder. Solid work as always.

HUGE Shout out to Tyler, Professional and even let me watch while he was Welding, Autozone, Advanced Auto, And NAPA were all charging 80-126$ for the Flex pipe.. they charged me $100 total for labor and them replacing the pipe, was there less than 30 minutes and my car sounds like a butterfly now, no joke if you heard the car from when the pipe was busted in half to now you wouldn't believe it's the same car, Best $100 spent, THANKS AGAIN TYLER, U THE BROSKIE!Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair

What can i say I've brought two cars here in the last year and Rizman is the best in the business. No BS, all real. Tell them what you want your car to sound like and they will do it. NO up sell or tying to give you what you dont want. And they always say if you dont like it tell us so we can fix it!! I will definitely be back for more years to come!!!

The man that served us was rude a.s could be. Didn't properly communicate where he wanted my husband to pull to and proceeded to yell at him and then talk about him when he pulled away ( I was sitting in the office so I heard it all). We also witnessed this man yelling at another mechanic and yanking tools out of his hand. We drove off without getting serviced. Absolutely appalling.

Ritzman muffler was great my girlfriend's car had an exhaust leak from the resonator tube breaking off from the muffler.We took it in they inspected it and quoted us 50$. They took only 40 minutes to fix it while we had ice cream next door.They were really nice and professional I appreciated their service.

Went to a different location and they said I was looking at hundreds of dollars worth of work went here and he was very through and fixed everything for a low price and very quickly spent only 35 mins here! I will forever bring my car back here. Left them a 5 dollar tip. It s not much but I appreciate the authenticity of his work and his honesty.Service: Exhaust

I m car was stolen just before Christmas but recovered after 3 weeks, Dave s zGarage recommended Ritzman muffler that is the second time I ve been here and though I had a better experience the first time and better welding quality

I had a very specific issue with a stuck O2 sensor in my catalytic converter. They listened as I explained the situation, took a look at it, showed me what the issue was and came up with a Plan A and Plan B. They were completely on the up-and-up and resolved my issue in no time flat. I will absolutely bring my vehicles here for exhaust work and recommend My Friends and Family too.

Labor quality is good but the parts materials they use for exhausts pipes & mufflers is beyond poor.. 4 of our vehicles were brought here & each one has had to be replaced yearly for the last 3 years, if I ever go here again I will be buying & bringing my own parts for them to install... their mufflers & pipes burn out & rust out & the hangers alway rust off at the weld connection point...u will Not get 1 year out of an exhaust system from here period!
