I usually have good service, but today really pissed me off. I bought a motor mount earlier this week, it turned out to be the wrong one, so i went in to exchange it and they wanted more for the right one plus a shipping fee. I agreed but before i got my change back i decided to just get my refund and check elsewhere first. They refunded all but the shipping fee, and i was like nothing was, or was going to be shipped because i cancelled the order the guy said it was policy. Needless to say it pissed me off. Talking to a manager tomorrow. They better give me good news

I stopped in to get wiper blades and a fuel treatment. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. not only did they help me in my decision making, they actually put my wiper blade on. I always struggle with that. it sounds silly but I do. but they gleefully came out stuck it on and wished me a nice day. I'm going back probably in a week. I suggest you do the same.

Shop the Norton store frequently. There are friendly and helpful sales associates on hand. Store always is clean and organizedNice displays on accessory items.

Walked in and two employees were behind the counter looking at the computer. I stood six feet from them for a minute and wasn't even acknowledged. That's HORRIBLE customer service. Pro tip: when your competition is an 1/8 of a mile down the road, try having basic customer service skills. I will not be returning to this location. F-

Very disappointed with this place.Trying to get parts for my car is like pulling teeth. One minute they had it, then when I go get it they tell me it's the wrong part.. Then they get the part I needed and find out when I get home to install it on the vehicle that it's the wrong part. Thing is, the part they told me was wrong was actually the right part.So I'm not very impressed with this location anymore.

Always have what I need, if not they can usually get it next day. Always greeted when I walk in and the employees actually know cars.

Travis helped me with just about every bad thing that went wrong in my car. Very knowledgeable staff and highly recommend. Super friendly.

Rocky start to a new store but they got it down now. New team members all around some are quirky but it's the best place to shop
