They took me in without an appointment. I had my wife and my daughters with me. Checked my car and when I felt it was my turn to pay I was told the check up was free since no services were rendered. I was so shocked! I insisted on paying, but was told to enjoy my day. I would highly recommend this place.

The owner is hands down the best mechanic I've ever done business with. I've taken multiple vehicles to this shop, and the problems are always diagnosed quickly and accurately. In some cases, the vehicle was in another shop first and they couldn't find the issue or was severely misdiagnosed. Prices are always clearly communicated, and on multiple occasions he has saved me money by performing the cheaper but correct, honest repair. I am completely satisfied with the work once getting my vehicle back on the road. I have moved out of the area, but still bring my vehicles to Loyal Oak Automotive and will continue to do so. Some examples of work performed - drum and disc brakes, suspension parts and stability bars/tie rods, distributor cap, tires, wheels, U-joints, window motor, oil changes, etc.Services: Tires, Auto power window repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

These guys went OUT of their way to replace tires, rotors, and pads on my wife s import. Even after she accidentally gave them the wrong model year which delayed their ability to complete the work, they chose to stay late n order to meet their deadline. All of this after they diagnosed the error instead of turning a blind eye and playing ignorant. The operated with integrity and real class which, in the service industry, especially vehicles is hard to find. They ve made lifelong customers out of our family. I WILL recommend them to all my friends and family!Services: Tires, Brakes

Can't say enough good things, Carmen worked with me through a snowstorm and even kept in communication after hours to get my car to his shop and fixed. His diagnosis was spot on from what I was told by previous mechanics. When he laid it out for me he had everything individually priced and had no pressure to fix all of it, he let me know all my options and left it up to me. The car was done earlier than expected and when I got to the shop I found out he did a couple other small repairs at no cost, he truly went above and beyond. The parts and workmanship are guaranteed and even come with a warranty that will help you get work done to your car if there's a problem anywhere in the country. The bill didn't break the bank either, was very pleased at the work/cost ratio! I was very impressed, I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. He could have ripped me off because I thought my gas leak was coming from my fuel pump. Carmen got under my car and said no it's your fuel filter. Thank God it was a much cheaper fix than I had anticipated.I always appreciate honesty first and he was an honest guy. I have more stuff for him to fix in the near future.

Carmen offers OUTSTANDING service and is not only extremely knowledgeable, but is very nice. Considering what all needed done to my vehicle, it was very quick. This is the only shop I will take my cars to from now on and you should do the same!

Came in with what I thought was a major problem. Turned out that it wasn't and not only did they fix it, but they gave me options on how to proceed. Honest, super helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that things are right for you. Was thoroughly impressed and will be coming back for sure.

I was traveling across the state this past summer and broke down in Norton Ohio. Both front wheel bearings went out and locked up on me. Carmine was great to get me back on the road the same day. Typical small business. Waited ten minutes at the counter and not a sign anyone was there. Maybe just too busy and did not need my business. It s okay I ll go support someone else s community.
