They did a fantastic job on our Durango s collision work. Courtney was the best ever to work with. She went above and beyond keeping us updated and making sure we were completely satisfied every step of the way. I unfortunately have had to have collision work done numerous times over the years and Fred Martin Collision Center did the best collision work and repair that I have had done anywhere ever!!!! Thank you FM!

I've had insurance work done here 2x for the same issue ...I was rear ended....only rust on my car is from this "repair" work.

I've had 3 vehicles repaired there and they will really do a good job to take care of you. They have an excellent warranty on the work they do. Highly recommend giving them a shot if you need help.

They replaced and painted my front bumper. The price was reasonable, but when I drove off the lot, the check engine light came on after 15 miles of driving. They had damaged the active grill shutters right behind the front bumper. To be fair, I never called them but what ticked me off was when I went to go and try to fix the issue myself. They broke the clip that holds the sensor in. They put it in anyway knowing they broke it and never bothered to tell me or fix the issue. The body work was good, but it doesn't matter if they break other parts on your car and not fix them.

I was in my first accident and had no idea how everything would go since I was hit. I called Fred Martin Collision and they handled everything for me. They had a rental ready when I arrived and even cleaned and vacuumed my car for me. They did such a great job I can't even tell my whole back end was replaced.

They did a great job on my car and my mother in laws car. You couldn't tell where the issue was. The staff are very friendly and answered any questions that we had.

Car repaired through Progressive Insurance. Great body work and very timely. Car looked brand new. HOWEVER BE WARNED: REMOVE ALL BELONGINGS FROM YOUR CAR WHEN YOU LEAVE IT THERE! My CD case with approximately 50 CD's was taken from my car while at their shop. They have "security cameras" which showed nothing but case was IN THE CAR when dropped off and was NOT IN THE CAR when returned. Obviously something happened while "not on camera". Manager offered $30.

Fantastic service and extremely professional experience. They made a very unhappy experience as good as it could have been. I know where I am going for my Rogue from now on!

Don t waste your time contacting these people for just getting doors painted, etc. They don t return phone calls, after telling you they will call you back. Was never told to come in.
