If you ever have the unfortunate experience of being in a car accident, choose Collision Pros as your body shop. My SUV was rear-ended and had significant damage to the bumper, rear hatch, and tail lights. They were phenomenal to work with and went above and beyond what I expected when repairing my vehicle. Everyone I spoke with at Collision Pros was friendly, professional, and passionate about the work they do.

I had a little run-in with a shopping cart and scratched up the front bumper of our car .. We took the car to the dealer, thinking they had a body repair shop, they didn't .. But they recommended Collision Pros .. So we went over there and talked to Jack (the owner), and before a quote was even given, we knew within 5 minutes, this was the place to have our car fixed .. Not only was the quote very reasonable, but they saved us money as well .. They have loaner cars, so we didn't have to rent one .. I have never seen thank you cards and/or letters of appreciation and thankfulness at a repair shop of any kind, but you will here .. And they deserve each and every one they receive .. When we went to pick our car up, I was amazed at the attention to detail they took .. Not only on the repairs, but to the unasked for complementary detailed cleaning of the car, it was spotless inside and out, and I was truly impressed .. If you need any type of auto body/paint work done, We highly recommend Collision Pros. Can not recommend Collision Pros enough! After a mishap with the side mirror of my new car, Jack was kind enough and talented enough to save the day! I was heartsick at the thought of replacing the mirror. But thanks to Jack s knowledge and effort he was able to snap things back in place. I am confident that he was honest about what he was doing and that everything would be ok. A very nice young man! Highly recommend

My name is Terry. The antenna on my truck was ripped off when my garage door c�me down . The roof of my truck was dented in �nd the back of the truck cab was scratched up pretty good. A dealership told me to go to Collision Pros. I talked to Jack and Dave at Collision pros and they said they could fix my vehicle like new. When I pick my vehicle up, my truck was in spectacular shape. You couldn't even tell that the top of my truck cab had been damaged. It all look brand new. Jack and Dave answered all my questions when I first took my truck to them. They were patient and explained everything thoroughly. I would easily use collision pros again! Terry P

Collision Pros did an amazing job on my car! At first they thought they were going to have to replace the rear quarter panel but I got a call from owner Jack and he said his guy felt confident he'll be able to work out the dent without cutting up the car so we went that route and it turned out awesome! Can't even tell anything happened! Thank you so much for doing such a great job!

I had a rewarding experience at Collision Pros. I stopped in after Jack was recommended by my Ford dealership. The paint was peeling off the back bumper of my Ford Escape. Jack took the time from his busy day and repaired it right then. He was friendly, professional and personable. If my car needs body repair in the future, I will definitely contact Collision Pros. I give them 5 stars!

We have had several Jeeps worked on by Jack (the owner) and his employees. Just as other people have mentioned we knew as soon as we walked in, we were at the right place. Jack truly cares about you as a person and not just as a customer and actually gave us his personal cell phone number! They are very meticulous in their work and won t return your car until it s perfect. We ve been very impressed with them and won t be taking our cars anywhere else but Collision Pros for any type of work needed. Our 2011 Corolla got rear ended by a tow truck (no, it didn't have to tow us afterwards). Jack, Dave and others at Collision Pros did a first rate job with the repairs and they handled most of the insurance and rental car arrangements. Would highly recommend them for both the quality of their repair work and their knowledge and willingness to help with insurance communications to make this as painless as possible.

What seemed like a probable total loss from a front end collision, turned into a what looks like a brand new car again!My car dealer, Dan, at Summit Toyota recommended me to Collision Pros.Collision Pros ( Jack and all staff I encountered), made sure I was fully satisfied with the repair results and handled arranging my rental from pick up to drop off.The staff is very personable and attentive.I highly recommend this shop!! A somewhat late review but I needed assistance with my 2023 Corolla back in May and Jack went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to address my concerns and made sure I was well taken care of. His commitment to customer service is second to none. HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for all of your auto body needs!

Collision Pros Should be called Collision Pros with great employees! These guys are the best from top to bottom. Very awesome employees and Jack is the best to work with! I had a complete paintjob done on our 2015 4 Runner and they also do great work on collectors vehicles too! Had the rear bumper installed on my baby! Cant just let anybody work on that one! Took my car here after it was hit in the right rear in an accident. My car was fixed through the other person s insurance.Collision Pros did a phenomenal job repairing my car, and dealing with insurance. When I met Jack to pick it up, he was incredibly helpful and kind. I will certainly come back here in the future if needed.

If you are looking for a fast, honest and articulate auto body and repair shop, look no further than Summit Collision Pros located at 2131 Wadsworth Rd., Norton, OH 44203. Jack and his crew extend great customer service while quickly accessing, researching and providing an accurate estimate. Anyone who has ever needed auto body repair or maintenance can tell you what a headache the process can be while attempting to fight the insurance companies and or maintain the OEM integrity of your vehicle. When discrepancies arose, Jack was willing to stop the process and invest a lot of additional time, effort and phone calls to find the right information and solution, at the lowest cost, for my make and model. Now, we all know that this just doesn t happen very frequently in today's world without a fight. Destress and put your vehicle in the hands of people like jack at Summit Collision. Let s face it, integrity and common sense just isn t common anymore.

Jack and the team did us right and got my 2008 1500 looking like it was fresh off the lot fixing all the standard Chevy rust, getting the spray liner in the ned and on my step tubes, and deleting the badges and stickers I wanted left off. Can t recommend them enough!!! Thanks a ton!!!

Collision prose has done all of my body work for many years. Aa always Jack and his crew did an amazing job fixing my truck window. Only did he fix my truck window very affordably. He also cleaned up the very sticky mess on the window and car from the tape used to hold the window up until it could be repaired.

Jack and his team did a PHENOMENAL job. Not only did they make the seamless repair but they also washed my car, cleaned the inside of my car, and gave me an extra tire pressure valve no extra charge. Super kind people and phenomenal work. It literally looks as if nothing happened to my car at all. Thank you so much you guys!!

I had waited 9 months to get my new Highlander. Had less than 100 miles when someone clipped me in a parking lot. Salesman at Summit Toyota (Mike Malloy ) referred me to Collision Pros. They hooked me up with my rental and took care of my repairs. Honestly, it looked as good if not better than the day I picked it up. The workmanship was outstanding. Talked to the owner (Jack) who personally followed up with me on the vehicle. He made sure I was satisfied with the entire process. I got in an accident 2020 and was pointed in the direction of this company! They fixed my Rav4 up very beautifully and I was so appreciative. Just a few weeks ago I went in for maintenance and my washer fluid reservoir was apparently cracked which was one thing that was damaged from the accident. Contacted Jack and he ordered the part and fixed it for me no problem and no charge at that!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks. I appreciate the generosity and kindness (:

I had a great experience at collision pros. Jack fixed my car door when I was still having issues with it that another body shop messed up two years ago. He fixed my car door in the amount of time he said he would. I was having trouble getting insurance to cover and he was a great help with that as well. Would 100% recommend and if I have any other issues requiring body work would go back. And to top everything off- they cleaned my car so it looked fantastic when the work was finished.

We ve (unfortunately!) needed our car repaired twice this year & both times the team at Collision Pros has gone above and beyond. The staff is kind, patient & helpful, they went to extra lengths to source specific parts, fixed every issue with the car & returned it almost CLEANER than when we bought it!
