Caliber Collision did a great job with my Jeep but looks brand new! I had it less than three week when someone backed into it while it was parked on the street. I was so disappointed! Now it is back it it s original beauty. Everyone at Caliber Collision made the process easy and painless from rental pick up and return to scheduling. Highly recommend!

I wish I could could give them 10 stars, I have never been in an accident and the people at Caliber especially Steve helped me understand the whole process with getting my car fixed and insurance involvement. Amazing body work and paint matching, quick service! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

Amazing experience from the first second! I started out at the Wadsworth location and it was a nightmare. So glad I moved locations! From the beginning to end a solid 10 experience! Will definitely recommend to everyone!

Overall pretty good,, after picking up car found some glass and wife commented window visor was flapping on drive home, which I fixed myself,no problem,I would recommend them...

I brought my car in on 10/01 and was told it would be a few days. I did not get my vehicle back in nearly 3 weeks. I was also ignored about actual issues my vehicle was having after the impact of the deer which was mainly on the underside of my vehicle. I explained the car was much louder and having issues with the RPM since the impact. Was told there is no way that a deer could have caused those things. Well it did and prior to the impact the vehicle had no mechanical issues. Now I can be heard from 2 miles away and the car can't even get up to speed properly...Hey I got a new bumper though!!

Very quick, friendly and kept me well informed throughout the repair process. Hope I don t need to use you again but I would ask to please use Caliber to my adjuster if I was in another accident.

TOP NOTCH SHOP!!! I was very nervous about all the safety features that needed repair after I hit deer with my 2020 Highlander. When I went to the shop to talk to them about the repairs etc, I was emotional and stressed about the work about to be done. Joe, the store manager met me at the counter and talked with me about what they do there. First of all, this shop has been around for many years when even my father talked about it being good back in the 80 s. Joe has been there this whole time and takes pride in his shop and employees workmanship. He not only talked about the work, he took me in the back where I could see work being performed and how they do a complete and quality repair including how they paint. I was very impressed and would recommend anyone to take their vehicle there.

About two weeks ago a deer ran straight into my driver side door and front fender. I was recommended to Nagy's by my State farm agent. Dropped it off and they were nothing but great. Joe and Ashley kept me up to date and the job got done quicker than they thought. The door and fender look like new and they went above and beyond and cleaned the car, both inside and out. Highly recommend them for you body work needs!!

Caliber Collision is everything you would hope a car shop would be...professional, clean, respectful, helpful and able to answer ALL the questions I had.Our 2017 Honda Pilot was in an accident when a car spinning out of control caught our bumper and caused a tire on the opposite side to burst and pushed the other tire up against a concrete barrier. It wasn't major damage, but there was damage on several sides of the vehicle.They kept me up to date on what they found and let me talk to a mechanic about some specific concerns I had that I wanted them to look for because some of the damage was subtle and might be mistaken for wear that was preexisting but wasn't.They listened...looked and adjusted the repair accordingly.Our daughter had to use Caliber a few years ago and it was the same great service then.I would never want to need their service but I'm so thankful for the work they did. It was excellent. I highly recommend this shop.

We used Caliber after our truck (2018 Dodge Ram) was in an accident! My experience with them was beyond amazing! From the day I called them to see if they could take our truck they literally took care of EVERYTHING from getting it picked up and transferred to their location calling me as soon as it arrived to literally letting me know EVERY single step of the process of the repair. I NEVER had to contact them one time. Even when it was delayed awaiting for insurance approvals they contacted me just to let me know the status which to me was the beyond portion. I have never worked with a company that was so professional and so on top of EVERYTHING like they were!! I will use and recommend them going forward for ANY need we have on our vehicles!! Was very happy with body repair work they did, but the inside of the vehicle had some sort of cleaning residue on the dash, rear view mirror, console, personal items, entertainment screen, etc. It's like the sprayed the interior but didn't wipe it all down.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

A collision center you can trust! Everyone on the caliber team is amazing. Everyone is always super friendly and they keep you updated throughout the entire process. Caliber Collision is my go to auto body shop! They do exceptional work in a timely manner. Customer service was polite and kept me updated about the timing of my repair every step of the way. Even with a national shortage of parts my car was fixed and back to me in no time. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and professional. When I picked up my car it looked 100 times better than it did when I dropped it off. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Norton to anyone who needs repairs on their vehicle. Wait late update I took it back in fixed it right up!!! Thank you again for fixing it quickly. And explaining the issue!Got my car fixed there having issues with my car. Had my car for 2 days after they fixed my front end. Car over heated and couldn't drive it. Have to take it back. Didn't do it properly taking the air out when replacing my coolant container.

I am totally satisfied with caliber collision from start to finish! Their body work on my truck was A++! My ride was in over a month as parts had to be made and shipped to caliber! I was updated weekly by the same person in which I really liked!!! I highly recommend caliber collision and will return! Hopefully not from another accident!!! From start to finish, they were so amazing. They helped me get my car towed (which i was having a very hard time with my insurance company to do). They gave me constant updates on it. I wrecked the front of my car when I hit a deer, and you would never be able to tell. Looks great, and runs just like it did. They even delivered the car to me when it was done. 10/10, I would recommend this place to anyone. Erica at the front desk helped me so many times with this, thank you!!!!

Great experience, granted it was on the other guy's insurer's dime. Was pleasantly surprised Caliber detailed the interior of my car, and appear to have washed the whole exterior. Not gonna lie, the interior was nasty (from the previous owner I swear lol) so Caliber saved me a good $120-150 on detailing. Oh and the body work was flawless. I don't write reviews often but I just picked my car up and feel compelled. Recommended based on my experience!

First rate operation. Professional, friendly, made everything so easy! Got my car back in less than a week and the work was beautiful! They detailed it for me too. Hopefully I won t ever need collision work done again but if i do I will definitely take it to Caliber!!

I took my car to Caliber Collision because I was hit from behind and the driver took off. The rear of my vehicle was damaged/hanging. I had just gotten the SUV 2 months prior. I read through many reviews for different body shops and Caliber came out on top. There were a few hiccups in the beginning due to lack of communication, but after that was cleared up, in the end they did a fantastic job making my SUV look new again. I would definitely go back if I need work done. And I would recommend family/friends to go there too. Thank you Caliber Collision for a job well done!!!Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

I have been involved with auto body and mechanical since the seventies.A family member was in the auto body business since the sixties and was highly regarded in the area for auto body restorations and custom painting and involved in two local body shops and custom vehicles for over fifty years until his retirement.My recent repair by Caliber collision of Norton is what a repair should be when completed.No real evidence of the repair and the difficult task of matching metallic gray paints was very good, particularly since natural aging of gray metallic paints can be a challenge. I have seen and been involved with both the good and bad in the auto body business here in Summit County and was a technician and an adjuster for many years. Having no knowledge or experience with Caliber Collision prior to recent insurance referral you dont know what to expect because I know what professional repairs are and normally would have these repairs done and handled myself. The repairs to my vehicle at Caliber Collision of Norton was regarded as an A+ repair.Service: Body & Trim

Joe and his staff are awesome at what they do! I recently was in a accident in my work truck during the last years COVID-19 out break. I had the work done at his shop. They made the process so easy with getting a rental truck and the work they did was outstanding. This was the cleanest and most professional repair shop I have visited. I was able to get an estimate very quickly from Joe and was able to schedule repairs for the week of my vacation.
