I highly recommend York Road Automotive to everyone. My car was repaired here almost 4 years ago after a rear end collision with damage to the rear bumper. The repair was beyond my expectations. The paint was blended perfectly and you would never know there had been damage and repairs. The quality of the workmanship at York Road Automotive speaks for itself. Years later and still you would never know there had been repairs. I had the car back a week ago for exterior detailing and I am more than pleased with the results. Every inch of the exterior had been cleaned, waxed, and polished. My car seriously looked like it could have been sitting in a showroom when I picked it. Honestly, best experience with car repairs I have ever had.

The quality of the repair work was excellent and all staff members were very courteous and friendly . But it took over 1 month for my car to be repaired , so timeliness definitely needs improvement

Had my car detailed here, and they did an absolutely amazing job. It hasn't been this clean since I bought it. That's saying a lot considering I own three Bernese mountain dogs who are frequently in my car, usually bringing in mud end dirt from the trails. They did an exceptional job.

I cannot say enough about Chris, Tony, and all the great people at York Road Automotive. I've not had the best luck with my vehicles, and they always do impeccable work. I picked my car up today and not only did it look brand new on the outside, but it looked and smelled brand new inside as well! Seriously, it looked like it did the day I bought it. Thank you to everyone at York Road Automotive for doing such outstanding work! You have a customer for years to come. Whenever I have a problem, I know where I'm going. Definitely recommended!

Do not risk it! My car was returned unfinished while we waited for a small part to arrive. I picked it up in low light and things looked ok. The next day I noticed mismatched paint colors, poorly fit seams, tail light bolts not tightened. I called multiple times about the part that is still missing and the other issues. They never called back and never called about the missing part. It s been over 6 months. They obviously have no intention of complete it the job. Find a better option. Any option will be better.

I would highly recommend them. I needed body and paint work.They did an excellent job. The quality of work was a true 10 out of 10. I went to 3 other shops before I gave them the keys,So glad I did. We trusted York Road Automotive with two of our vehicles that needed body work done. They are incredibly organized and took great care of us. They were transparent about the challenges in automotive repair right now (i.e. part acquisition) and also what work was worth my money to repair based on car value. They did absolutely quality work, have the most thorough and friendly staff, and back up their work with a warranty. Normally, car repair can be stressful, but they really made it an easy process. Really appreciate them all and the work they did for us. Highly recommend!

04/15/2023 After an accident on 480 my Ram Truck was a mess from front to back. York Rd worked its usual magic and the truck now looks better then new. Supply chain issues make the process a little longer then it should be but having patients is worth the final result. The quality of work here is pristine08/18/2022 They are the standard. I've taken every car I own their for any bodywork needs.Absolutely the best service from a body shop that I have ever had. They went out of there way to make my experience a great one. Wonderfully pleasant staff. It starts with a cheery receptionist, continues with a customer oriented service technician who genuinely seeks to ensure your satisfaction and willing to work with your desires. I had an accident with my 'work car' this past winter which had to be repaired out-of-pocket. Tony was willing to meet my request that the car needed to look good but not the added expense of replacing graphics. I got the car back looking factory fresh and within the agreed budget. The turn around time on the repair was surprisingly quick. I couldn't be happier! And when you're ready to pick up your car, they bring it to the front door.I recommend having them do your repair. You'll receive exceptional quality, piece of mind with the information you receive during the repair, and a pleasant experience.

I brought my vehicle in for body work. I had to wait 6 weeks before they gave me an appointment to bring the vehicle in for the body work/repair. They NEVER called to inform my on the progress of repairs, they NEVER returned any of my calls. After over an additional 11 weeks, finally one of the women that work there took my call, she said that nobody had actually worked on the vehicle, they simply took the front end apart to have a technician look at it but, that would not happen for another week, maybe longer, the owner was on vacation and work could not begin without him because he is the one that decides what needs to be done.Needless to say, I had the vehicle towed to a more reputable repair shop. Ever since Bill retired and left his business to his inept son, the shop is a joke. Even the woman that I spoke with stated that she doesn't understand how the York Auto Body stays in business.Run as far away from this horrible business. Customer service is something that they do not know or understand.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

York Road Automotive has always been there to help and will never price gauge you. In fact, sometimes they will even help with a real quick fix. We took a ton of cars for details there and are very happy with the results. Chris is great to work with and they are reasonable in pricing. My car lost a battle with a light post and they were great! Their communication was exceptional and they made me feel confident in their knowledge and skills. When I got the car back, it was all clean inside and out. My car was fixed several days ahead of schedule. They took the car back to factory-perfect quality. Everyone I spoke with was very kind! Cannot recommend this place enough.Note: the owners bring their dog to work often. He's a very sweet boy who loves being pet and is very chill! But if you have a dog allergy or a young child who may be scared of dogs, I suggest calling ahead to see if the dog is there that day.

The York Road Automotive team did a great job repairing my truck! Everyone I dealt with was very personable and the truck looks great. I was pleasantly surprised how fast they were able to complete the repairs as well. Hopefully, I won't need any future repairs, but if I do, I will use York Road Automotive!

I do not live in Ohio, but had a car injury in my travels. So my insurance co recommended this place as a member of their network. They knew I had planned travel to leave the State. They were fast, and did good work. When there was a challenge with a replaced part, it was quickly resolved. I received great customer service and it is a joy of be greeted by Zeek, the dog, when you enter. Zeek is the sweetest and smiles at you...literally. Recommend!

Absolutely awesome! Tony made sure everything was to the T with getting my car back to where it used to be. And even more happy when I seen the results! Not only did my car come back fixed but in my opinion came back looking better. They vacuumed out the inside, washed the outside, mounted my front license plate that's been needing done for a while now, and fixed my antenna that a car wash broke off. All at no extra charge to me. And not only do they give candy to you THEY HAVE THE SWEETEST OFFICE DOG EVER! THAT SMILES AT YOU!!! THAT alone deserves 5 stars. Always, always perfect. Highly recommend!!! Never ever had a problem and will always go to them
