My daughter was in a real bind. Her car was not working and the owner went above and beyond to help her! He got the car in right away and gave her a great price! He really cared about helping her! They even picked her up when the car was finished which is really important because she s a single mother with no way to get there. I will be giving them all my business in the future, and would highly recommend the shop!

This is one of the best business in the entire city! If your looking for good quality work, Updated auto is the place. Bill, is such a gentleman and cares about his customers. If you have any car troubles, don't hesitate! You'll leave more then satisfied with there work!

Bill his wife and his staff are all fantastic. True professionals. Clean shop, all the right tools, great price for the work. Bill even found a serious issue with one of our work trucks which was misdiagnosed by our "former mechanic". Take the time to go up there and judge for yourself.

Bill, (owner/operator) makes you feel like family. His staff is certified and knowledgeable. Bill takes the time to listen to you, to help determine the best solution to fix any problems. Bill gives me a time line to help me fix the most urgent issues first that will keep me on the road.

I stopped in here on Christmas Eve to have the U joints replaced in my Jeep Wrangler. Being it was the holiday, the owner Bill informed me they were only working a half day. However, he was able to fit me in and get my problem addressed. He even walked me through his shop and showed me the issue first hand while it was on the lift. Furthermore, I was told by another repair shop that my entire front end needed replace. Bill informed me this was not true and even showed me why. I am so grateful for Bill and his team for fitting me in. I look forward to doing business with him in the future.

Great friendly service, they always go above and beyond to do the right thing and get the job done correctly and you vehicle running and back on the road. Work is always explained and prices are very fair. The shop is always very clean and orderly. Overall a great experience!

Was recommended to this shop by someone at the local advanced auto parts store after trying to be ripped off by one of the local repair chains. They took care of the issue for me at a reasonable cost even after getting the part from a dealer. He didn't take a markup (or if he did, it was reasonable!) on the part which the other shop had tried to tell me was double what it cost. ( I knew what it was and had looked it up. Hard to get but same general price everywhere.) Very happy with my 1st experience and will return there next time my car needs service. After having had 2 bad experiences with the "chain" shops I hope I have found the place I can trust!

Been going to them almost 12 yearsNever a problem always done correct .Find And will tell you what needs .Done .Bill runs a great place .Thay are by mulch and more on York rdBy wallings.. he is set back off the road .Building at bottom of drive.all way back.
