This company SCAMMED me. I came in for a alternator on my truck. They changed the alternator but the alternator was either bad or not the right one as it stopped working the next time I started my truck after I got back home to Chicago. I spoke to the manager or owner about it he said send the alternator back I'll pay you the money no problem. I sent them the alternator by UPS. He said he would send me a cashier's check for the refund. NEVER sent anything then didn't reply when I texted him about it. So I had to make a claim through my bank which I'm waiting on.Attached photos of everything.DON'T GET WORK DONE at triage

Excellent service, great communication.The high pressure pump on my truck broke down in Oklahoma, took it to the service, they changed it, but did not clean the tanks properly and with Freightliner recommendations. After several days it broke down again on I80 West and this was the nearest service I could find for the tow truck to take it in. They accepted it right way, no wait, explained me what was done wrong, videotaped it and took pictures before doing anything as a proof and sent it to me, moreover, contacted to the service in Oklahoma on my behalf trying to get a refund at least on the part and got their approval ( before that they were refusing to pay me back). Sent me videos and more proofs how it is supposed to be done for me to use that to get my refund back and finally put their valuable comments in the invoice, which helped to get full refund from the Service in Oklahoma. They were so nice that did not let my driver on the road took him to the hotel and picked him up afterwards.Guys, thank you sooo much for your professionalism and the best attitude. The truck is running great and I am going to use your service for all my trucks in the future, but I hope I will not have to see you soon.

Charge air line broke on our truck.They knew to diagnose the issue over the phone right away.Very professional and on the top of the game, fair with the price got us back on the road pretty quick.I would definitely recommend.

Worked with Dan and he was great. We were in the middle of hauling a load to West Coast. Got my 26ft box truck in there immediately without a wait and it turned out we needed to do a forced regin. He also gave me some advice to minimalize this from occuring again. Also, he did not charge us anything outrageous or try and Rob us. Next time we come thru Cleveland we will definitely support and get a PM.HIGHLY RECOMMEND. THEY WILL NOT ROB YOU!!

This place is amazing! Very reasonably priced! If you are in the area look no further! They took my driver right away at 7 pm and replaced the alternator of a Freighliner in 30 min! Yes! 30 min in and out! I cannot thank them enough! The best experience I ve ever had with a repair shop! Like seriously! These guys deserve 10 stars! I will forever be in debt to them!

As a truck driver it is getting increasingly hard to find quality work this shop was a god send when i blew a turbo boot right off the exit to their shop it was close to quitting time not only did they get me in but they got me fixed up and out in under 15minutes!!!! Trust me fellow truckers this is the place to go if you are in need of service and your in the North Royalton area they have room for truck and trailer as well so no need to find a place to drop your trailer tell em i sent ya Service: Exhaust

These guys were great. It's a small shop and even though they had a lot going on they got me in right away and got me on the road quickly. Highly recommend them.
