Horrible experience, multiple significant issues encountered during the repair process. Despite clear symptoms of steering damage, the shop failed to adequately address safety concerns, opting for minimal repairs and exhibiting poor communication throughout. The resulting work was amature, with unresolved issues persisting and additional damage discovered later. Lack of professionalism and disregard for customer safety, makes Collision Auto a regrettable choice for auto repairs. I strongly caution against trusting them with your vehicle.

I had an accident, and got several repair estimates, Straightline collision was the least expensive for the same Job that every one else had. I called and was able to set up an appointment immediately that same week. Professional and honest leadership and Staff. They offered to set up my car rentals. They gave me a date of completion. On that day I picked up the car and was happy with the results. I would recommend this shop to every one.

6/26/23 I dropped off my Lexus LX570 that had bad rock chips in the front bumper, 6/30/23 My Lexus was back in my driveway. paint was immaculate and matched... Great Service Steve the Manager does a fantastic job. His team did my 72 Mustang Ram air paint job matte black and side hockey stripes exaclty how I asked them to. Its perfect work and on time for the exact price he quoted. I'll get all my work done here. I'd recommend these guys to anyone!

This place gets 5 stars from me!! I got hit and my car was messed up in different places. I went to multiple shops to get estimates and they were all asking over the price of the check that was given to me by the insurance company but the owner, Chris, of Straightline Collision was very reasonable and worked with me on the price and accepted the price of the check. He was able to get my car in the same week, when the other shops were backed up 2+ weeks. I got my car back in two weeks and it looked brand new & they even cleaned the interior of my car too! This shop is the place I will be going to from now on if I ever need repairs done in the future. Thank you Chris & Straightline for all the help!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

As someone in the car business and a true car enthusiast myself it was a great experience with these guys at Straightline. The owner Joe and Steve came highly recommended from other enthusiasts and dealerships, they were able to repair my bumper and match the paint on a very rare car that is in my collection. The owner of Straightline made this process extremely easy and affordable. The day I brought my vehicle in to be looked at, he gave me an estimate 25% lower than any other local repair shop. They ordered the part that needed replaced in advance and had it painted before asking me to bring it in to minimize the amount of time the repair would take. When I scheduled the drop off and pick up my wife had to work leaving me without a vehicle. When hearing this, the owner offered to drive me home when I dropped the vehicle off and pick me up when it was complete. After the service was complete, you couldn t tell the vehicle had been in an accident and he charged me less than the original quote when the work was done. I would highly recommend this repair shop to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle; they are professional, timely, and affordable.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These folks are simply fantastic. I've had them perform repair work on my own vehicles and those of my family. Having worked with both Joe and Branden, I've had excellent customer service experiences on multiple occasions! The quality of their work is superb, and the pricing is competitive with places that can't begin to touch their quality. If you value high-quality work, great customer service, and fair pricing...don't pass up Straightline!

Got car back the first time , didnt know a piece was missing until my daughter came home. Called them and he said it wasnt a manufactured part and he didnt know how to put it on . So he purposely left it off with telling us , like he tried to hide it .. Slapped him with the manufactured part number to let him know it is a part and then from there his customer service went from 10-0 and we were clashing everytime we talked The owner became very spiteful of us afterwards . Oh yea and he said i slap women around and i beat women .

Had some work done on my Audi s6. The color is mythos black and very difficult to match. But the work came out super. Steve the manager was an extremely professional guy to work with as well as the auto body mechanics . I hope to have these guys work on my next restoration project. Highly recommend!

They did a great job repairing and painting both of my bumpers. There were holes in both of them and you would never know! Some other repairs and detailing were done for next to nothing as well. They provided a loaner vehicle for over a week to be sure the job was done right and I could still keep life moving! I d recommend them to friends and family.

I had some paint work done on my truck. Paint match came out perfect, They went above and beyond. They detailed the truck nicely and brush touched some of the chips.Joe and the guys in the shop were great to work with actually had the truck done sooner than quoted.Thanks guys

The back-end of my car was hit by a drunk driver, leaving the bumper, trunk, and exhaust system damaged. Given the make of my car, I was told to go to a shop that specializes in this brand and a dealership recommended Straightline. The work was beautiful and completed promptly, given the damage. They were kind enough to lend me their loaner vehicle for around 2 weeks so I could get back and forth to work. They gave me some great advice and explained everything, given this was my first accident. I would recommend them to anyone! I hope my car isn't involved in another accident but if it is, I'll definitely be back!

Very unprofessional!!! Went in and I spoke with the manager Steve about a estimate for my repair, explained him what I need showed him pictures about the damage what need to be done. He gave me his business card and told me to email him vin # , pics . and he s gonna send the estimate trough email. I haven t got anything from them so after 4 days I called them to ask if he had chance to made the estimate. When answered ask to speak with Steve I was told he is gonna call me back in a minute. It s been 2 days since and they still waiting for a call!I m talking about just a estimate!! I imagine what it would be like to do a repair with them.That s not the way to treat a potential customer!

Glad I found this place. They finished a complicated repair (that other body shops told me wasn't possible to do at all) two days sooner than expected. They even fixed unrelated rust near the damaged area, which was beyond what was asked of them, and they didn't charge me for the extra labor or materials. In fact they charged me less than what we agreed upon and the quality of the work was impressive. Look no further for a trustworthy body shop that gets the job done for a great price, thanks Steve.

Straightline fixed my pickup truck for me after a minor accident. There was more structural damage than what I originally thought and they worked with the insurance company to make sure it was done right. Brandon was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed of the status throughout the process. They guided me through the entire process and even arranged for my rental car to be picked up from their office. I would highly recommend Straighline for any of your Auto body needs.

Straightline Collision center is the best auto body shop I've ever worked with. Ask for Steve Orlando, he will take care of everything you need. Worked out everything with my insurance company and made this process super easy.

Straightline was very competitively priced and did a great job. Two things I liked the most were, they did not exceed their estimate, and they provided a loaner. Steve, the manager, was complete in his estimate and professional. I would recommend them to others.

I would never recommend this autobody shop to anyone. I made a deal with the new owner of this company for 300$ to square up the front end of my 2011 Subaru Legacy Outback. They took my car into the shop and a couple days later they call me with a 2000$ estimate. It was too much for me so I took my car back but I still had to pay 150$. Every body shop has a free estimate, but with me it cost 150$ just to get my car checked out. Even though I only made a deal for 300$ to square up the front end of my car. I understand that it costs money to install my car into a frame machine but they raised the price up which I don't understand and I don't agree with this.

My mother had her 1998 Mercedes Benz restored here and they did an outstanding job. It has been almost two years since the work was done and the car still looks like new!!

They made a wonderful frame repair to my 19 year old Jeep. Steve said he was confident that I would be pleased with the result and I can confirm that he was completely correct. I m pretty sure that I will be able to drive it for 19 more !

Very helpful owner. Great customer service. I waited few days but they deliver my car to my house and even fixed couple small things that I didn't asked.:)! Will use them again definitely.
