The name of this business describes this company perfectly. They handle collision repairs, bodywork and automotive repairs with true excellence. Their office is clean and welcoming. The people are professional, friendly and trustworthy. They are preferred providers with State Farm Insurance Company. My car was ready sooner than I expected. I definitely recommend this business.

We have dealt with Automotive Excellence several times in the past and the result has always been the same....excellent!!! The work that they do is superb and their customer service is fantastic. We will not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

A well maintained parking lot with plenty of spots to drop off your car. They had a box outside with a form and envelope to fill in your details and securely drop off your keys. I didn't see anything to write with though, so be sure to bring a pen just in case. There were two spots dedicated to rental cars for pickup. I dropped off my car and they called me the next day to give me the list of things they could fix and what all was involved. I picked just the things I wanted worked on and they didn't pressure me about doing the rest. The time frame and cost of the repair was in line with the initial estimate. When I picked up my car the lobby was very nice, spacious and handicap accessible. I didn't look to see if there was a bathroom. I thought the price was fair and the repairs are working well. I spoke with Kenny and the lady at the front (sorry, I didn't get your name). They were both very nice and we had a conversation about various aspects of the car repair and a little history about tire sensors and stuff like that. Overall it was a very positive experience and I hope to keep them as my primary car service provider moving forward.

What an amazing company. Our Subaru was damaged by a hit and run driver without insurance just a few weeks before we needed to go to Texas to see our new grandchild. They where so wonderful to deal with, updating us on status, moving it along quickly and constantly calling the supplier to get the needed parts. They where on top of everything. Our looks amazing since they took care of the body works and sensor that where damaged. When I went to pick up my car, not only did they wash it but they filled the tank. What a kind gesture knowing how distressed we where over having it ready to go at the last minute for our Texas Trip. We started going to Automotive Excellence a few years ago for body work on our car after an accident. From the moment you call you are taken care of. When you walk in the door you are greeted so pleasantly. You are then set up with a rental if needed or you can relax in the clean waiting area.Our car looked amazing after the repairs. So much so that we have taken all our cars since for maintenance and or body work.Automotive Excellence is your complete car care family run business. Truly Excellence in Automotive Care. Past week I hit a dog cage that was left on the road with my new car, no body damage but had a good scratch on it.I really appreciated that they looked at the car and told me that we should be able to get the scratch out with buffing it which would be a cheaper option than painting and it came out looking great! Biggest part was I appreciated the honesty and were able to do an option that cost less with good results. They even found a second scratch I didn t know about and fixed that up too. Very pleased and great customer service. Car was finished in about 30 minutes. Probably the cleanest lobby I ve ever been in for a body shop/mechanic. Highly recommended. The people at Automotive Excellence are some of the nicest I've ever met in the automotive service industry. The shop waiting area is extremely nice, and the reception staff make you feel at home. They're upfront with their pricing, and it didn't change once the job was completed. For the work that was done on my van, I think the labor rate was fair. The *only* reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I think their parts pricing was EXTREMELY high. I understand that they want to make money on the parts they sell, but I think their parts pricing isn't aligned with reality. I absolutely will use them again, but I will be more stringent on a parts pricing breakdown.

After years of working with a trusted mechanic, I've been forced to venture out and find a shop closer to my current home. Took a shot with Automotive Excellence and I am very pleased with the result. Look forward to working with them in the future. Service was quick and professional. Prices were fair and the employees are easy to work with.

Great mechanic shop. Saved myself $800 from the Toyota dealership by purchasing my own aftermarket brake kit and having this shop install it. Service was prompt, the brakes work great and I enjoyed sitting in the waiting room and having some free coffee and water. I will be back. Wish they would have been able to wash my car like the dealership does, but honestly, for the money I saved, I can wash my car myself!

I am seriously so happy with my entire experience at Automotive Excellence! I was really nervous to bring my truck in for body work - pretty much the entire right side needed repaired! They did an incredible job and it looks like I have a brand new truck!

From the first phone call to make an appointment to bring my car in, to the final pick up...I have been very impressed with this shop. My car was rear-ended and when I called to make an appointment, the first question they asked if I was ok. The person who answered the call then promised me that he would handle everything from dealing with the insurance company to handling the rental...and he did everything as promised. I also requested that the inside of my car be detailed and I paid for that outside of the insurance claim. When I got my 7 year old red car back...it was like the first day I bought it! I didn't know my car was that intense red and the inside was like new. I am very happy with my experience with Automotive Excellence and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs auto body and/or interior detailing work.

Someone hit my parked car and their insurance paid for it to get fixed here as well as a rental to use while the work was being done. Enterprise met me here with the rental car when I dropped off my car to get fixed. When I picked my car back up i left the rental here which was super convenient and I did not have to bother anyone for a ride.Everyone I encountered here was super friendly and professional and I got my car back super fast and the work was amazing I cant even tell there was work done. I highly reccomend going here. 5 stars :)

The guys here do a tremendous job every time I bring a vehicle to be fixed. They are extremely friendly and up front about all the work they are doing. They might be a little more expensive than others but you get what you pay for
