Had a great experience at Autolika . They have a great selection of German cars. The sale went smooth as silk. They were very good people to work with, they were more than fair on my trade in and quickly took care of a couple of issues I had with the car before I left the lot. I can t say enough about my salesman Milo. He was the best salesman I have ever worked with. If you re looking for a German car look no further, Go see Milo .

My daughter bought a car at this dealer. Volkswagen CC. When we arrived, the seller was Markos. From the moment we arrived, a very kind and calm gentleman took great care of us. I must highlight that at that time there was a gentleman of Cuban nationality who helped me a lot. He told me he is a friend of the owner and goes on weekends to help him. Cuban was a great help to me because I don't speak English although my daughter does. El Cubano had knowledge of cars and he answered all my questions. Two days later I took the car to my mechanic and he confirmed that everything was up to date and that nothing needs to be changed. So far so good. Thanks to Markos the seller and Cubano. The owner of autolika was also very friendly.

We had a great experience with Autolika and Milo made the process easy. If you re looking for a quality used Audi or VW you can t go wrong. They ve got some other great looking cars too. We drove all the way from Columbus because of their inventory and they made the trip worthwhile.

**update (because I don't know how to add a new review) but due to unforseen circumstances we had to shop for a replacement car for my daughter. We knew we were going to go right back to Autolika and they delivered again!!! We truly cannot say enough good things about this dealer and specifically Milo. When we work with him it is like being with family. Thanks again for the clean beautiful, safe and reliable car!!**Original review**Typically buying a car is not my idea of fun but Milo at Autolika made it a blast. We went to look at a couple of their cars for our teenage daughter. The 1st car we test drove the check engine like came on almost immediately. Milo got one of the auto techs on it and they quickly diagnosed AND FIXED the problem. Not only that but they took my husband on another test drive with the computer hooked up to the car to ensure that there was no issue. We ended up being there beyond closing time but you would have never known, Milo did not rush the process. Autolika is a great place to buy a used car! Thanks Milo and we might have to take you up on your offer of showing us the city sometime ;)

Amazing place! Beautiful cars at competitive pricing. They service all cars they sell before listing and even do brakes and timing chains to make sure they are good to go! Couldn't be happier with my A6 after driving a few cars. Milo and Nick went above and beyond to make sure I'd be happy with my new vehicle. They were both very honest and patient with me. Thanks for everything guys! I will most definitely be back in the future!

In 2016 I bought a 2008 Dodge Sprinter 2500 3.0l Mercedes Benz Diesel engine, 170wb cargo van from Autolika with 267,000 miles on it I was able to drive it another additional 363,000 miles in the 5yrs I owned it which totaled out to being over 630,000 miles . I put more miles on it than the original owner. That was impressive!!! I got more than my $$$ s worth out of it being a local courier delivering packages. It s now 2022 & I just upgraded & bought my 2nd truck from Autolika . A 2012 Mercedes Benz Sprinter 3500 cab chassis 15ft mini box truck . It has 224,000 miles with same engine as my other Sprinter. I expect to get at least another 300,000 miles out of it or better. So in my experience I will always go back in future at Autolika .Milo is good salesman to buy from & Nick is very good mechanic!!! Thanks!!!

Went in and talked to Milo and couldn't be happier with my experience here. Bought a Passat, all of the important maintenance was taken care of, and had the easiest car buying experience of my life so far. Great price and great shop. If you want a European car, talk to these guys and you'll be happy!

It s hard to find good trustworthy people these days. You know, the kind of people who do the right thing, stand behind their word, and truly care about others. Well, I found some. Everyone at AutoLika is absolutely amazing. I personally dealt with Milo, but they all care so much and are some of the best people I ve ever met or had the pleasure of doing business with. I wasn t an easy customer at all, you can ask Milo! But they never gave up, put in a ton of extra work, and went far beyond anything they were expected to do, and I can t put into words how much I appreciate them! They sold me an incredible Sprinter that runs great and for a great price. Honest, Fair, Dedicated, and just great human beings who care. Thank you all so much for everything. I ll never buy a vehicle from anyone else. Period.

Can I say that I never thought in a million years that I would be driving my dream car!!??? Absolutely not!! Well folks as of yesterday I am!! Autolika is amazing!! They helped make my dream a reality. They are upfront and honest. They are not pushy and work with you. The crew is beyond friendly. My husband and I searched all over Northeast Ohio for my now EOS. We could not find one that was worth it or a dealer we felt we could trust. I was ready to give up until one Sunday they made their schedule work and opened for me to come in and do a test drive, when they don t usually open on Sundays. I no longer gave up on my dream and purchased that following week. Thank you to Milo and Nick. You guys Rock!!!

Bought a car from Autolika and had a wonderful experience! My friend and I were very thorough in our test drives and inspections. During the couple hours we were there we were never rushed or pressured to make a quick decision. Milos was super pleasurable to work with. Friendly and personable. Highly recommend!

I bought a Volkswagen Tiguan from them and I have to say they where an awesome bunch of guys I ask for them to take care of two things and man there was no gripe at all they took care of the issue internally I highly recommend buying from these autolika huge selection of nice and reliable cars tank you for everything!!

Sold me a vw cc that started having issues with starting within a week of purchase. Hard starting that would come and go. I tried calling to speak about the matter, but milo rudely told me that they don t do service and only sell cars and hung up the phone. Eventually, after nobody could figure out the hard start issue including 2 visits to the vw dealer, the engine locked up just at 80,000 miles. I had purchased and only drove 7000 miles on this car. Milo told me they did timing chain on the engine, and if that s true then they must have screwed something up!!!

(16y.o M) I was in the market and found 2012 Audi a6 (117k miles $13k) I loved the car and was very close to buying it knowing that the maintenance costs would be high. Before I bought the car though, they salesman informed me of just how expensive the repairs COULD be. He actually sold me on not buying the car because he didn t want to put me in a car that could be troublesome for me financially. The car was in excellent condition both mechanically and cosmetically. I had it inspected by a mechanic to make sure it was in good condition.I am so thankful that he was able to save me from buying the car. I am impressed that the salesman disclosed this information knowing that he would lose the sale.Overall, they are an excellent group of people that are honest, flexible, selfless. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car. They will not steer you wrong.Thank you so much Autolika!!!

Absolutely Perfect service and beautiful cars. Milo was the most helpful salesman I've ever worked with. Extremely willing to do whatever we asked and needed.The Owner was a great guy. Any issue we had with anything he changed immediately for us, and for completely free before we bought the car. Would absolutely recommend purchasing a car here.

I purchase a vehicle from this dealer September 2023. It's ran for 3k miles and blew a headgasket. Could the dealer have known this? I didn't think so untill my mechanic said the car has stop leak in it. Now I'm stuck with over 4 thousand dollars in repairs. Shady place. Buyers beware

If you are looking to get into a quality automobile and want to deal with a dealership that cares more about you and your wants and needs than just making a commision check then you definitely want to check out Autolika. Milo was hands down the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Nick and Milo have made me a customer for life. Purchasing a first car for my son today was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made! Keep up the great work guys!

Milo was fantastic! Down to earth, real, and fun to work with. While he has many cars to put you into, he listened to our needs and showed us the cars in the range we wanted to be in along with the model that would be best for our needs. No pressure, honest and easy to work with. After visiting many other dealerships (Large and Small) this was 100% the best experience we could have asked for. Thanks Milo!!

I purchased a car here about a month ago and only have great things to say. I'm out-of-state and found the car online. I inquired about the car and Milo was understanding and easy to work with. He's the kind of guy that likes to work fast because they have so many cars. I understand how some people might not like that, but I never felt like he was pressuring me to move forward. He was upfront with everything. If I'm ever in the market to buy another car, I'll definitely be checking in with Milo again.

I was truly impressed with the inventory they offered, Milo was one of the most professional salesman I've ever dealt with at a dealer. They are definitely a class act and will gain my business again. We looked at the car and put in a credit app, the next day we came to take delivery the paperwork was ready and it was a quick process. He found us the best rate and made the process much easier than any other dealer I've dealt with. I LOVE my new Mercedes R350 and the experience I had at Autolika.......check them out if your in the market for a European car. Once again these guys are a GREAT dealer.

I have been doing business here since 2012. I have purchased five cars from here and have had nothing but good experience. Purchased three for my own use: CC, Tiguan, and an Audi A5 which I am driving and two for employees of my restaurant. Honest people who will do everything they can to make your purchase a success. Nick the owner and Milo s the sales person work well together and like I said do everything they can to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

These are solid people! I recently purchased a sprinter from them and I couldn t be happier. Milo got the financing done quickly and Nick was happy to fix the few small issues that I noticed when I test drove. I developed an oil leak a few weeks after the purchase and they gladly replaced the oil filter housing for me. They are very knowledgeable about the cars they sell and they seem to really make the effort to take care of people. I will definitely purchase a car from them again.

I am grateful to them because they were extremely honest with me about the condition of the cars. My understanding is the owner is also the head mechanic, and so they have a real working knowledge of what s going on with their cars and how they can help people find a good fit. I would recommend them to any friends who are looking for a car.

Bought an Audi A5 here. Milo is a very good salesman. He is straight to the point and will not pressure you. Nick the owner, is very informative and knows these European cars on the back of his hand. Great place to buy a European import with a wide selection.
