Good prices, can save $$$ using the perks, I use them when changing oil in my vehicles...plus gas perks can save at the pump. Take time to download the app and save!

I went in to buy a battery since my car had to be jumped. My work told me to put it on their account and the commercial department wouldn't help me. Said batteries were "retails gimmick" and walked away. I then asked the retail side and he looked at my car and said it would take over an hour and they aren't allowed to do work over an hour. Went straight to AutoZone and he replaced my battery in 15 minutes. Needless to say they are losing a commercial account and a retail customer. Switching to AutoZone for all of our commercial and our family's auto needs.

This location still has that old school feel of an autoparts store! The staff has been a great help with things I've needed to keep the fleet on the road and towing cars!! Only downfall is the 7pm close time!

They may not be smiling and bouncing behind the counter but they were friendly enough to be helpful and helpful enough to understand I needed a part today and let me know there was a Carquest warehouse I could pick up the part from just a few miles away. I saw other reviews complaining they weren't friendly I didnt know they needed the cheerleader to sell you parts. This is more than likely going to become my number one location for my wife's car because no one carries half 2010 Forester parts I need.

Purchased a battery online for my mother's Jeep since it was close to her house. The website says they will install batteries, wiper blades, etc. But when she arrived the guy behind the counter said "we do not offer that service here". NONE OF THE FOUR MEN WORKING THERE WOULD INSTALL HER BATTERY! Seriously it's probably a 5 minute job. What a joke.

This is not a true advanced auto it is car quest. You buy something from here it does not show up on advanced auto, not sure why they would not state that when you order threw them.
