I ve newly visited this establishment four times.The employees are knowledgeable, and what they may not have instantaneously, they will find your answer.Polite, and very positive attitudes.Store is clean and welcoming.Prices competitive or lower.Visit them first .

Price gouging on batteries is really high at this store. A battery was priced there today at $189 and other o reilly stores have the same one for $125. They will not match prices very rude.

Had a great experience in the North Ridgeville location a few weeks ago. Store manager Zues was extremely helpful and friendly. Installed a new car battery for me and was extremely friendly especially toward my little one that tagged along with me. Will definitely return for any further parts purchases.

I was driving through and needed a new battery. One guy installed the battery for me, in the freezing rain, and the other guy chatted with me about the weather. They had me back on the road in 5 minutes.

Pretty good service always have the parts stay away from AutoZone because you're dumb as a box of rocks

Went in to get a battery replaced since it s right up at the top of the street. Employee said they don t do that type of cars battery. Took my business elsewhere. Wanted to give them a shot but unfortunately they were out done.

Got the run around! Had to drive a hour to pick up a part I was told was there and was not. Went to another store half hour away from there to be sold the wrong part. Had to return it to the store to go back to the original store to get the right part. And only took 2 days to get a part they had in stock.

The best auto parts store is North Ridgeville, the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a hub store so part come usually same day if not in stock. Thanks

They went out of their way to help me in my situation. I'll be back MANY times. The employees were very courteous and helpful, oh and they give veterans discounts. Oooo Raaaaa.

Oriellys is one of the best around. Usually I go to the North Olmsted store but North Ridgeville had the part I needed. Always friendly and efficient.
