These guys are freaking awesome. Eric made it out to me in 30 mins, and was excellent in taking care of my vehicle. The first thing he did before towing it was try to fix the reason why it wouldn't start. He towed my car to its destination AND filled out a report for the place he left the vehicle so they'd know why my car was there. If you need good service, hit these guys up.

They are really great and genuinely care about your vehicle and satisfaction. Our Yukon was stuck in our garage, unable to start or put into Neutral. GM roadside assistance assigned them to tow our vehicle and I m glad they did because they did an amazing job. Dustin was the tow truck driver and communicated exactly what he would have to do to get it out safely and quickly. It took a lot of back and forth and small movements to not only get it out safely but without ruining our grass and landscaping. It was almost surgical how he did it. We are extremely happy with Limitless Towing

My daughter had locked her keys in her car when she and my grandkids went to a birthday party at D & R Playland. Limitless Towing came to the rescue. Eric responded promptly, was friendly, and put them at ease. Within minutes, he had the door open and they were able to be on their way. I called Limitless Towing when I got a flat tire and didn t have a spare. They were great to work with! Very kind, answered all my questions, and sent pictures when they got my car to the garage. Couldn t have asked for a better experience, and thank you to Eric for your great work!

My car broke down on a Sunday and I was stranded at a Motel 6 with no way to get home. Rhett was fantastic and reassured me that he would get me back on the road as soon as possible. And he delivered. I was back on the road by 10 am Monday. Thank you Limitless for getting me home!

Eric of Limitless Towing is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I felt horrible that my car was out of service. He picked up my car with so much care. He was so professional, respectful and friendly. He reassured me that he would take great care of my care. He did exactly what he promised. I am SO grateful. I will sleep well knowing that my car was properly handled. I recommend ERIC!!! We had limitless come out to get cars on two different occasions, Tj and Dustin T. Made it so quick and easy each time! They worked fast and knew what they were doing! Highly recommend this company if you re looking to have a vehicle towed or removed! They took all the stress out of it and made it a positive experience each time!

They were quick to show up and averagely priced.The thing I don't understand is how a tow truck doesn't carry jumper cables. My car could have just used a jump due to my battery being dead, but the tow driver told me he doesn't have jumper cables... right. Makes sense they'd rather tow your car for 150 dollars than give you a jump for 30 bucks or whatever. That's a bit dishonest if you ask me.

I called and received an answer right away. Driver Corey call and notified on ETA and showed up within minutes. Great communication. And driver Corey was friendly and professional. Got my vehicle towed home safe and sound.

Great company. They go above and beyond and I highly recommend. Probably best tow company I ve ever used and that s saying ALOT. They towed a dump I bought from Akron to oberlin that wasn t running and was locked up. I didn t have to touch a thing.

Today (9/30/23) I have the pleasure of getting a tow from Dustin T. I cannot thank limitless towing and specifically Dustin enough for helping me with getting my car to my requested drop off point which was over an hour away from the pickup spot. I think the people at limitless truly understand that when their customers are requiring a tow that the customer likely has had one of the worst days they have had in a long time or even ever as car issues requiring a tow can be draining, frustrating and sometimes even scary. Today I had one of my worst days in a while and required a tow. Limitless honestly was not my first choice when it came to finding a tow company, but as I called other providers, everyone was either not available for me or incredibly expensive. I finally tried limitless s number and everyone I talked to was incredibly nice, they relayed the time they could get to me (and arrive right on time) and had one of the best prices compared to other companies.When Dustin T arrived - he quickly got my car loaded up and honestly cheered me up as I think he could tell me day was not as I planned it to be. He got me to my destination in great time and got me unloaded incredibly quick that even the mechanic at the garage said oh this guy knows what he s doing -Great service - great people - and Id recommended limitless to anyone and they ll be my first call next time instead of going through google s list ofTow companies.Service: Car towing

If you're stuck especially after hours, this Limitless towing lives up to its name! You can count on when all else fails. Eric got out of bed at 5am on call and made the 25 min flatbed trip to our rescue emergency tow. He kept in touch by phone and text until the job was completed.I had to leave my car to get myself and my son a ride home after waiting 4 hours due to my roadside assistance through my warranty company failing horribly to find us a tow. Eric even stopped by my home a few blocks away to grab the keys. He towed my car to the shop, dropped off keys in drop box then sent me pictures to verify.I can't thank these guys enough. best towing experience ever. i have a 9 year old pickup with over 300,000 miles. eric towed the truck and I 75 miles and even gave me a ride home after we left the truck at the mechanics shop. he went way above and beyond! highly recommend this company!
