This was my first experience with Gerber Collision in North Ridgeville, and it was excellent. I brought in my 2018 F-150, which had been damaged down both sides. Many shops wouldn't take the vehicle being an aluminum body. Thankfully, Gerber was able to perform the repairs. The staff was friendly and efficient, always kept me updated on their progress, and the work was flawless. Everything is lined up perfectly, and the paint looks as smooth as glass, just like it left the showroom. If I need repairs in the future, I'd definitely go back as well as recommend them to anyone. Great service all around.

Have a visit with them tomorrow to get an estimate on the small damages done to my vehicle. Rocky was very kind on the phone with me setting up a time to come in and get an estimate. Even though I can t get it actually fixed until middle of February I m so far very please looking at all the reviews and comments about this place. Will post my own experience after my car gets fixed. Just wanted to say how kindly I was treated on the phone.Edit: Had my estimate and the customer service in store was phenomenal. Rocky was very helpful and I told them how much I appreciated them for all the help for it being my first time having to deal with something like this. Will add another edit below once I have my apt and my car is fixed!

South of Square Collision in North Ridgeville have been wonderful! We went there for a small fix when our car was hit in a parking lot, then ended up coming back shortly after because our car was rear-ended. It was extensive damage, and Doug and his team fixed it perfectly. You could never tell anything happened! They are so kind and fair. It is apparent that they care about their customers and want to do the best work. We definitely recommend South of Square Collision Center, and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a great experience with getting my pathfinder repaired. Staff was friendly to deal with and kept us informed every step of the way. They did a professional repair job and the car looks great! This is a company that focuses on Quality and customer service. It was a pleasure to work with this company. Thank you! Keep up the great work.

As a local auto detailing and ceramic coating facility just a few miles up the road in Avon, we had a customer who needed their headlight door refinished on their 93 Mazda RX7 that was in for a 5 year ceramic coating, Brandon took care of needing a new headlight refinished asap, and it turned out fantastic. Our owner is former auto refinisher and he's very meticulous when it comes to paintwork. We are beyond thrilled with the results (and so is our customer!) An excellent experience every step of the way. It's easy to schedule an appointment, They worked with my insurance efficiently and effectively and left no surprises when it came to the repairs, so it was nice being able to just drop my car off (with a rental waiting for me), then pick my car up when the repairs were completed with no fuss in-between.When I received my vehicle, it was in perfect condition and even washed and waxed (with a clean dashboard and mats).I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone looking for repairs.

It took a couple of months to get in. I am not complaining at all. The staff was very nice and professional. They texted updates on their progress and actually returned my vehicle to me early. I would highly recommend them.

I used Gerber's first off because they are a certified Nissan Body Repair Center and came highly recommended. I accidentally left my tailgate down while towing my RV. Needless to say, I earned a new tailgate and hinges. Rocky and the crew at Gerber's did an amazing job restoring my Titan to like new condition.My truck was clean and ready to go when they promised and the process went very smoothly.The team at Gerber's gave me complete confidence and peace of mind that I was in good hands as they took care of each step along the way to full and complete satisfaction.I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family at any time.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a accident with a side swipe and my car was damaged so badly. I had taken my car in the 31st of august by the 2nd of September it was in the shop. It was brought in the 13th to start work and then today the 15th I was able to pick it up. It looks brand new and they communicated everything clearly. I couldnt believe how nice of a job they did on it. I m so thankful for everyone who works here and how hard they work to keep the cars pristine and getting them done correctly but efficiently. They were loaded with cars so I m surprised how fast they did it. I inserted a picture of right after the accident and how it looks now. I would highly recommend them to anyone. And if I ever get in another accident hopefully not I will definitely be using them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had repairs done by Gerber but on my returning of my vehicle there was new damage. Damage was done by Gerber's. Advised them and the took rubbing compound to fix the issues. I advised that was not the way the vehicle was dropped off. i will check when i clean it up at home and ask for corrections by Gerber. I went here because they work with Nationwide, the other person's carrier, and I had to go there for an estimate. When I walked into this really nice shop, in terms of the clean and modern interior and was greeted by the friendliest body shop person (brunette woman) ever, I was impressed! They were helpful and when the quote said they were getting genuine parts directly from the dealer, I decided I was in the right place. The whole process was super easy and they even had the Enterprise representative and car at the shop for me. That was service plus! Then, the car was finished a day early and they even gave me a goody bag, as well as sending me a thank you. Saying they were extraordinary is an understatement. Take your vehicle here!!!!! Thank you South of the Square Collision Center for being massively better than other shops!

Our vehicle was involved in a 3 car accident and our vehicle sustained damage on both the front and back end. This Gerber location was able to very responsive, and able to work our car into the rotation a good 2 to 3 weeks earlier than other locations and auto body businesses in the area. Brandon was an excellent communicator -- consistently communicating with us at a high level throughout the entire process. The staff also assisted us with a rental vehicle, handling both the pick up and the drop off. We've had our vehicle back for a few weeks now. We are very pleased with the work. They returned our car to us very clean -- inside and out -- and we could tell they even cleaned the floor mats. They exceeded our expectations. Thank you Brandon. Thank you to the entire team. The staff at the North Ridgeville location are amazing. The main customer office was clean and inviting. After my car was rear-ended, they guided me through the process and kept me updated along the way. They were courteous, friendly and accommodating. The body work (which included sensors) was done efficiently and effectively. The repair costs were affordable - I would definitely recommend this shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I spent 30 years in the Auto Dealership Business managing service , parts and body repair departments, I have been out of the business for 15 years. My insurance company referred me to South of The Square Collision. I found them to not only be extremely professional , but very friendly and enjoyable to deal with. Their facility is neat and clean and all their employees welcoming. Their finished job make the car look brand new. They handled everything with my insurance company and the car rental company. I couldn't be more pleased. Because of my background in the business, I am often asked by friends and family to refer them to automotive facilities. I brought my Toyota 4runner to South of the Square Collision and I am not sure where to begin my praise. From the start of the process the entire team was very professional, understanding and caring. The people and business have loads of integrity and will go the extra mile to make you (the customer) happy and confident. They set up a rental car for me and made it extremely easy to continue my life and career. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the entire exterior had been washed and wiped down and they also vacuumed the interior and cleaned all my floor mats. My car smelled fresh and clean like it was just detailed, I was blown away by this customer service! Upon departure they also provided me with a little care package which contained some snacks among other things. The thought is in the details with South of the Square Collision Center and it really makes a difference when you're in a tough situation. Thanks for everything, you guys are the best!

I had to get my front end fixed after a hit and run. Dropped my car off on a Tuesday, the worker Doug in the office was amazing gave me an estimate, made sure a rental car was provided, they basically tied all the loose ends with the insurance so I didn t have too. Took about a week, they called me on the third day to notify about the work being done, and what day I can pick up my vehicle. I picked my SUV up on the 7th day. My car looks brand new, the workers did amazing job l, they even cleaned up the inside which was a great surprise. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs car work to go to them for awesome customer service, and amazing handy work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

South of the Square did a fabulous job on my car!! They came recommended to me by my sister, and I am very happy I took the recommendation. They were honest, gave excellent communication throughout the process, and my end result was better than I could have hoped for. Doug the manager was very friendly, and made any time we had to spend there pleasant. The painting that was done by Mike was perfect, and you would never have known that I was rear ended or that the car was in an accident. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs collision repair!!

I took my vehicle to South of the Square Collision Center after my vehicle was hit by another driver. The entire experience with South of the Square was incredible. Everyone I spoke with during the process was professional and courteous. They kept me informed throughout the process as my vehicles was getting fixed. After getting my car back you could not tell there was any damage. The work was completed on the day they originally estimated, they cleaned it completely and even got the undercarriage cleaned. I would highly recommend using South of the Square Collision center for any work needed on your vehicle. I would not take my cars anywhere else after such a great experience. Thank you South of the Square you have a customer for life.

A large tree limb landed on the roof of our brand new 2020 Rav4 during a storm. The damage was awful. South of the Square collision in North Ridgeville handled all of the repair concerns from the rental car to the return of our repaired car. Doug and his staff kept me informed of the progress being made and did a beautiful repair on my car. Looks like it never happened! Perfect! Returned the car to us cleaner than when we took it to them and on the day they promised to return it to us!They were prompt, professional and sympathetic to our plight. I will be taking all of my cars to them if my cars need repairs.We are very satisfied and impressed with South of the Square! Great job guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Overall an excellent experience and highly recommended. Top-notch customer service was provided for my both of my vehicles needing repair. I had an small issue the payment from my insurance company that the manager, Doug, was more than willing to work with me on. When it was time for me to pick up my first vehicle, I was unexpectedly treated with a goody-bag with a mug, a couple of treats and lifetime warranty that guaranteed their work. On top of all that, South of the Square Collision Center went way above and beyond my expectations by washing, vacuuming and detailed my car before I drove it off the lot. My experience with them made me feel like a Very Important Person (VIP). They will be my first and ONLY recommendation of automobile body repair centers to all of my friends and associates within the Cleveland area...Well done, South of the Square Collision Center, well done indeed!

I had some damage done to my car by a BIG tree and took it to South of the Square Collision Center for repair. Mostly because they were so close to our home and they gave me a fair quote. From beginning to end they were very kind, easy to work with and very efficient. They communicated daily with me on the status of my vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle they sent home a little care package. It is those little things, like washing the car, freshening up the inside, and the care package that made the experience enjoyable and worth it! Not to mention the work they did to fix my car looked flawless!! I was very impressed with South of the Square Collision Center s customer service and would highly recommend using them if you need any work done on your car!!

South of the Square staff does an excellent job from start to finish. When I first called and explained my situation, the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and got the ball rolling with the insurance company. When I arrived to drop off my car, they already had a rental car ready and waiting for me which I really appreciated. When I came to pick up my car after the repairs, they had also cleaned the inside of my car! In regards to returning the rental, I simply had to leave it with them and they handled the rest. The staff is kind, they make this process as hassle free as possible, and I left feeling like I had a brand new car again! 10/10 would recommend this business to others.

I do not typically write reviews but the service at South of the Square (North Ridgeville) was exceptional! The staff was extremely personable and informative. I was able to schedule my repair quickly, within a week of getting my estimate. They had my repair done within 2 hours of dropping it off. Additionally, they assisted with rides to and from my place of employment and even cleaned/washed the car. 100% would recommend!

I brought my car to South of the Square after having been involved in an accident. It required extensive repairs and significant time to fix (2 weeks), but they were extremely diligent with the repairs and communicative with me throughout the whole process, and very kind and courteous. The service I received at South of the Square in North Ridgeville was excellent! I had never had to deal with collision damage on a car before and they made everything so simple! The estimate was fast and when the repairs were done, it was done perfectly. My car was cleaned inside and out and my teenage son even commented on how good it smelled. My car hasn t looked this good since I bought it 5 years ago! The goodie bag was an extra bonus! It is the little things that make a difference! The customer service here is fantastic and I would recommend to anyone to go here for any work you need to have done. Thank you so much!

I took my vehicle in for a fender bender. The process from the start with them was great. I came in without an appointment to get an estimate and they took me right away. They arranged everything with insurance even my rental car. They kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle and had it done on the time they estimated. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. They even gave me a small gift bag when I picked up my vehicle as a thank you for using them. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Excellent service! My vehicle was in a minor accident on a Thursday. I took my car in for a quote Friday and back in Monday for the repairs. By the following Thursday I got my car back in perfect condition. The staff was awesome through the entire process. They explained all the details and made it so simple to understand the process and made sure a rental car was available for me without any hassle. Some businesses act like the customer is a problem, you won't be treated like that at South of The Square they go above and beyond expectations. They Are Great!

Good people and great service. Worked with the insurance company and dealership for me. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my car back with a FULL exterior and interior detail. Looked like it was fresh off of the showroom floor. They even fixed a piece of trim that was damaged unrelated to the accident. Couldn t ask for better service, I have taken all of my damaged cars here and always will. Keep up the great work!!

We had 2 of our cars in for repair at the same time (backed into one with the other in the driveway) and we are beyond satisfied with our experience from beginning to end!! We were leaving for vacation so we dropped both cars off and they were ready when we returned. Both looked in showroom condition after repair and rather than make 2 trips to pick up the second car, one of the guys took the second one home for us so we only had the one trip to make!!Extremely friendly, professional, and kept us in the loop when we were gone as to the progress on both cars.All paperwork was neatly folded and organized into a nice slim folder with business cards attached for any future correspondence.The facility is very clean and nicely decorated and everyone we dealt wiith there made us feel like we were their only customer!! If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. South of the Square is a top of the line example of how any business should be run!! Highly recommend!!
