Sleezy dealership with shady practices. I came here for a simple tire rotation. Since my last tire rotation was out of state and used with air tools, I had no choice but to go to a shop for rotation this time around. I always do a 360� of my tires before turning them into a shop since I have KO2s on my car and need a rearward cross. I turned my car in at 10am called them at 4:45pm and they said they are finally working on my car. Then, i get a call at 4:55pm saying that one single lug nut (LOCKING LUG NUTS) was missing and they couldn t rotate them. The lug nut was not missing this morning when I checked all of my wheels. My guess is that they were so backed up they decided to remove that lug but and make up that excuse since my car was not ready before close like promised, or that they lost the lug nut and did not want to take responsibility. Either way, I am so angry at myself for even trusting them in the first place when they argued with me over wanting a reward cross rotation. Go somewhere else.

Delt with Mike, who was able to fit me in last minute while being extremely busy for a much needed alignment. Only thing they got wrong was my durango isnt an srt but thanks for the compliment

We were on a road trip from Pittsburgh to Iowa for Christmas and hit the road in the early morning hours. While it was still dark we hit some unknown debris on I-80 that blew our tire. We looked up nearby tire shops and found this place. Craig from Conrad s was super nice & helpful in getting us in. Unfortunately, the debris went all the way through the tire rim & they couldn t help us in the end, but they were very nice and understanding and didn t charge us anything for their time. We really appreciated it.

When I purchased a tire from them, the invoice stated puncture repairs free for life time of the tire. Had a puncture after 3 months and took it to them. They did it very professionally without any fuss and free of charge, including tire balancing. Service manager Greg personally fixed the tire by himself to release me fast. Thank you guys .

This is my second time here in 2 weeks, I had been needing new tires, so I made an appointment for 4 o'clock one day to get two of them done and told them I'd get the other two when I was paid again.I arrived on time and my car was immediately taken back to be services. I thought " awesome this will be quick " and then for whatever reason it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to change 2 tires and rotate them to the front. Not once was I updated on the progress the whole time I sat there. Trying to be understanding and patient, I let it got, every place of business is going to have an off day here and there.Here I am getting the other two tires done, I had an appointment for 9AM dropped my keys off and was informed the tires wouldn't actually be there for the job until around Noon-12:30PM told them no worries I'll be at work anyway ( Same Plaza ).Well its 3PM and I left my vape in my car, so I figured I'd walk over and ask if one of them could grab it or if I could assuming they'd surely be working on my vehicle by now, and to my absolute displeasure, My car has not been touched. It's right where I left it parked. Its been there for 6 hours and nothing has been done. Ridiculous.I was coming here out if convenience, I commute an hour to work, but have an incredibly reliable home owned tire shop near my house, it's just hard to line up with him before or after work, the guy literally runs his business out of his residential garage, where I have had all 4 tires replaced and rotated in less than 45 minutes, but this full blown chain establishment can't change 2 in under and hour and a half?Definitely will not be a returning customer.

I had a couple tires with slow leaks and needed an oil change as well. My schedule is pretty hectic and I wasn t sure when I would be able to make an appointment. Mike said to come in today and they d take care of it while I waited. Mike and Rich were fantastic! They re both very fun and personable. They gave thorough explanations of the work being done to my car, as well as upcoming maintenance suggestions based on the mileage of my vehicle. I even received a video via text of the inspection being performed on my car. They both have a great sense of humor and made my wait much more enjoyable (Mike even offered to help me with the choreography that I was working on while I waited lol). Conrad s is outstanding. They provide fast, affordable service in a fun, family atmosphere. Thank you so much, gentlemen. You have my business from now on

I have been taking my Grand Cherokee Overland for regular service maintenance and repairs it has needed. The staff has always been helpful and their service is impeccable. They stand behind their warranty service as well. I will continue to be a loyal customer and fan of my neighborhood Conrad's in North Ridgeville. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle. Mike and Neil are great. I received a thorough video inspection of my car along with detailed explanation of what work was needed. They were honest, friendly and responsive. I ve been taking my car to Conrad s for about 20 years now and will continue to use them as my go-to auto service providers. Thank you!

Nobody really wants to pay for car repairs, but when you have to you can t do better than Conrad s. Mike at the North Ridgeville store did an excellent job explaining what the issue was, how it happened, and what to do to prevent it from reoccurring all before we agreed to do any work. The repairs were done quickly and done well. Our repair, while pricey, was in line with what we expected to pay. We will definitely return and are happy to tell our neighbors and friends.

Always great and quick service. Mike was very helpful in getting my car back in the afternoon, after I dropped it off at 5pm the day prior. Also, the videos they send give you peace of mind about what is going on. I will continue to take my car there when it requires service.

Scheduled an oil change and found out I had a bigger issue under the hood and that my car was unsafe to drive until it was fixed. Mike offered to drive me to work and got my car back to me within a couple hours for a repair- something I thought would take at least a day or two which was great! Neal drove me home after I dropped off my car to get serviced. Amazing service and very attentive to customers. I know I can always trust Conrad s whenever I need work on my car.

I have always had a great experience going to Conrad s in North Ridgeville. The guys there are very professional and dedicated. Especially Rob, who is honest and down to earth. He s willing to take the time to explain all options and costs. I also appreciate the videos sent to me showing me the problem areas. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle there. The coupons in the mail also help.

Speedy service with an excellent crew that always accommodates! I have referred many people to this location (Center Ridge, N. Ridgeville), expressly Rob, for services. All have thanked me agreeing with my referral. It is a busy place, so appointments would probably be helpful to aid in your experience! I have seen walk ins show up and they are also taken care of, but for timely response, it seems to help! You cannot go wrong with Conrad's. Even though I have bought no less than 15 sets of tires here, they make sure I know of their impeccable service to the lifetime of those tires before I walk out the door!

As I ve been a regular customer for many years place has gone down hill since management changed. I came today to put air in one of my dual tires and the pump outside didn t have a nozzle long enough. I went outside and asked if they could run a hose outside with a longer nozzle and they refused to even though I bought the tires from there and had them install them!!!

I went to Conrad s because I thought I had a hole in my muffler. Mike, one of the associates was very pleasant and provided me with great service. When I took my car in, it was very busy but Mike was able to fix my car in under an hour and have me on my way! Very impressed! Affordable and fast service! Thank you Mike and Conrad s team members!

I am a repeat customer and Conrad's makes the automobile experience as painless as possible. Appointment set online easy. Drop off vehicle and then get a video of the work needed. Then reasonable prices. Simple things like an air filter not 2 times the price but at auto store pricing too. Very satisfying experience.

This establishment has certainly earned my respect and business for over the past 20 years. I currently have an older high end car, I have literally saved thousands of $$$ instead of taking it back to the dealership for their routine and needed repairs over the past 6 yrs. Very thorough to explain exactly what is needed and never tries to "upsell" me something that is not in my best interest. Mike, the manager, is the current manager. This establishment has earned my business and trust.

Location was great. From out of town and had car issues. Ryan at this location was great took care of everything and went above and beyond the necessary steps to make sure my car was road safe again. Cannot recommend this location enough the people were fantastic and work top notch.Ryan-Thank you again for all of your help with getting my car squared away I cannot explain enough how great fun I am for all you did to help me.

Just needed oil change/filter and tire rotation. They recommended replacing 2 air filters. Sure. Waiting another 30 minutes to find out they didn t have one of the filters in the size needed. Had to come back an hour and a half later to get proper filter put in. Would recommend you provide free WiFi for waiting customers.. UPDATE: wow! Very impressed. Within a couple hours of posting this Conrad s calls me after reading my review. Gave me a discount on my oil change, apologized, and told me how to access the WiFi in the store! Great customer service! Thank you! Will be back for sure.

Very courteous and professional associates - no pressure. Had a nine o'clock appointment - was told it would take about an hour - car was finished ten minutes ahead of schedule. A video regarding the work done was sent to my phone. Very pleased - will definitely be back.

They're pretty cool. They wanted $110 to replace our radiator hose. We got it done for $80 somewhere else, but Conrads fixed our tire for free, so that was awesome.We've been with them for awhile and they've worked on a # of our vehicles. I trust em as far as I can throw em. They're super local and have been good to us thusfar. I recommend.

All of my experiences here have been positive. I have been coming here for a few years now and always see the same faces. The stability witnessed tells me the guys are doing their job which can be verified by the work they have done on my vehicle. Great job guys!

The manager Rob is awesome! I needed new tires for my van and he suggested two options. I chose Michellin and it's like I'm driving a new van. Before I left, the battery light came on along with a warning message. I went in to have them look at it. Rob and another tech checked it over and determined my alternator was going bad. Rob gave me a good deal and he said they could take care of it right away. It was done exactly when he said it would be. Rob and his team are honest, good and quick. I appreciate they put the customer first. I will continue to take all my vehicles here. Thanks Rob!

I just bought tires at Conrad s in north Ridgeville oh. I was very happy with my experience. Every worker I dealt with was pleasant. Courteous and helpful. They also honored a price match with Costco via their price match on line tool. 4 stars Conrad s !!

Amazing customer service. Price matched Costco! Great price for alignments, and large selection of tire brands. You also get to use the free air to inflate your tires, whether you buy something or not!Shout out to Mike for being awesome!
