Tyler was amazing with quick, friendly, professional service! I needed a jump to start my car and immediately went straight to this autozone. Tyler the manager was great testing my battery first to then determine I indeed needed a new one. Within 15 minutes I had a new battery installed and was on my way with the rest of my day. Fair prices and phenomenal customer service!

Real time update - was rolling down Route 80 West with my son headed to Notre Dame Soccer Camp (halfway of a 10 hour drive) about an hour ago when my engine starting hiccupping and my engine light came on. Panic struck!! Pulled off and googled closest AutoZone - 4 miles off of highway. Called ahead and spoke with Josh and Tyler - they said bring it over! Found out it was spark plug 3 and the three of us spent only about 30 minutes getting the right tools to do the job as the spark plug was in the back right of the burning hot engine and very hard to access. Glad to report I have now left store 1691 only 10 bucks in the hole with a car in perfect working order and one seriously satisfied customer (and son)!!! I tried to tip Tyler Lime and Josh Willits but they absolutely refused. Great experience!!

Over the last two years I have tried to teach my daughter about driving and taking care of a car. We moved to North Ridgeville from GA in 2022. We loved our Autozone in GA, and the one in N. Ridgeville has lived up to how wonderful I think they are. They greet you when you go in, and are always willing to help you. Customer Service does matter to them, and I have had this experience with every employee each time I went there. Yesterday it was cold and rainy and Milton helped me from the second I arrived. My license plate holder didnt have any way to hold the new license plate. I needed a repair kit. Milton went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and I was very pleased. My daughter was waiting in the car, but I told her see this is why you go to Autozone when you need something for your car . God bless all the employees there, and thanks Milton for going the extra mile!

Beware of the employee Milton as he will touch your vehicle unsolicited. Milton took it upon himself to start beating my license plate screws with an impact tool. I had to stop him from taking further steps to "help." Milton never asked me my permission to touch my vehicle.Mike V at corporate was entirely unhelpful with my complaint. It was clear that Mike didn't care at all about what their employees are doing or how their customers are effected. If you're a woman, don't even bother, just send a man into literally any other auto parts store for you.

I got a Duralast Platinum AGM Battery here for my wife's car, also put on new wiper blades and got washer fluid, Steven and Tyler helped me out and they were awesome!

I want to thank Milton of the N.Ridgeville location. He was quick, knowledgeable, eager to help and just a pleasant person to assist us with our truck issues. We stopped at the Cleveland Lorain Rd location and they didn t want to assist us. Thank you Milton.

Only AutoZone store I ve EVER been to that DOES NOT HONOR the lifetime warranty on the brake pads that you buy! They tried telling me that there is no lifetime warranty on the brakes that you only get one replacement, so I went to another AutoZone and they swapped my brake pads out right away and said that the other store was wrong! You have a lifetime warranty on the brakes as long as you own the vehicle but it doesn t transfer to someone else if you sell the vehicle! A very very dishonest AutoZone! They just want people to spend more money and lie to their face! NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE!!

Right when I walked in I was immediately greeted by 3 employees. Never has that happened anywhere else. I felt welcome and important to be shopping at this location. I highly recommend and will return in the future.

You will need a supervisor, because they hire employees out of highschool. What do you expect for what they pay. Meijer on third shift pays $16.00

I was waited on promptly coming through the door. The employee was friendly, personable, and helpful. My battery and alternator was tested and tightened. Their was a questionable reading on the alternator and the employee proceed out a new one given a wide range of prices and warranties so I could make an informed decision in the coming days if it proves to be a problem. A+++ service.

Stopped in to get a tail light replaced. The girl behind the counter was amazing. She knew what bulb I needed and proceeded to replace it within minutes. Love this place.

These people have been really great to me every time. As a poor, lost woman in an auto parts store, they have always been helpful. Even when I actually know what I'm doing, they make sure I've been helped. Even when I say something like, "I'm just looking for a new windshield wiper blade. I know where I'm going." or "I'm looking for rearview mirror glue. Damn mirror came off again. I know where it is." They still come and help and suggest which one is better. Some people might be bothered by it. I don't mind. I'm just a dumb girl who wishes she knew what she was doing. I'm learning, but I can always learn more. They know more about their product than I do, and so far, it doesn't even seem like they're trying to up-sale me. Like they'll suggest a product that is budget-friendly just because it works, not because it's the most expensive package of that product on the shelf.I'm very happy with my experiences here.

Been coming here for well over a decade. So long, that I can't even remember. Already great service and great prices. But.... These folks stepped it up. Masks on everybody. Detailed signs on the doors, and not the half witted crumpled up one sentence signs everyone else seems to have. Thank you. No, I do NOT just use this thing to leave negative reviews, like many do. Cheers to the local autozone.

This is a great AutoZone. The people are always very friendly and helpful with my car and truck fixing needs. They always have the parts I need, and if they don t, they tell me to go to the Elyria store as they have more inventory. That s not a problem for me because it s pretty close anyway, and as long as I get the job done that day, I m happy. One time I was replacing struts and shocks and they didn t have them but got them ordered into the store same-day. Their inventory management is always impressive to me. Also their website is great and they always have sales, so if you order online and then pick-up in-store, it s usually cheaper.

Store was very clean and organized. Unfortunately, while I was there, one of the managers was talking very loudly and proudly about how this pandemic is just a flu and mostly a hoax. You are free to an opinion, but there is certain professionalism expected when dealing with other people's health.

Was replacing both headlamp bulbs on my RAM 1500. By the time I got around to replacing them it was close to 9:00. At 8:56 I realized that the Auto Zone associate had made a mistake and sold me the wrong size bulb. I called at 8:56 and spoke with Nick Parent, the North Ridgeville store manager and explained the situation. He was great and realized the his store sold the wrong product. He told me to come to the store and he would stay after hours to replace the product. Well, the problem was, I had the truck torn apart and both head lamp assembly s removed. So getting there quickly wasn t an option. He didn t hesitate and asked me my address and said he would drop them off at my home after he closed the store. I have never received customer service from ANY business like Nick and Auto Zone provided. Can t even imagine going anywhere else now. Thank you Nick!!

They are very friendly and helpful. They also help you install certain items on your vehicle, windshield wipers, etc. They can check your vehicle with a tester (currently you use their tester Covid 19) to check what may be wrong if you're check engine light is on. I'll be back.

Had an issue with a receipt I needed for work, called into the store and Trinita was able to locate the receipt, and even sent me a picture of it so I didn t have to drive all the way back to the store! I wish I could give more stars. Excellent customer service, I will recommend this location to my colleagues, great job

This is a great place to go for auto parts and help with your vehicles. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help. They put windshield wipers on for customers and check the car's computer to check for problems. As a woman, I feel comfortable going there knowing I will be treated with respect, and they will do their best to solve my problem or sell me the correct product. They also have a rewards program for products purchased.

Found out I was down a headlight the other day, right before a big trip. And I am honestly hopeless with cars. Staff here helped me find the bulb I needed and Malachai installed it for me, as well as walking me through it so I could learn for myself. Always get great service here and truly appreciate the staffs help!

I went to auto zone Sunday night for a headlight buib for my ram truck. When the clerk told me there were 2 options I said how can we tell. He went out to my truck and spent the next 45 min Taking my headlight assembly out and fixing the buld. It was truly amazing that he did this for me. I would have never gotten it myself. I will forever do all my business at autozone. The guy was awsome. Thanks again man.

Came in and milton promptly helped me find everything I needed and more! When finding parts for my car he actually told me that I wrote down the wrong engine size and even went outside to make sure I got the right parts the first time. I will forever do my auto parts shopping at autozone from now on. Thanks again for everything Milton !!!!

We pulled over from the turnpike when our wiper broke during a downpour. Alphonso helped us pick the right wiper and he even installed it for us in the rain! We're very grateful for his help and we were back on the road in 5 minutes.

Helped quickly, bought my parts and took advantage of the tool loaner program. They give you 90 days to borrow their tool, with a deposit, return tool get deposit back don't return they keep deposit.
