The staff at the North Ridgeville store is great. Thomas went above and beyond when my battery died in the Marc's parking lot. Thanks for the great service!

Went in today, as I walked up to the counter, the only customer in the store, the one visible employee picks up a phone, dials out, then asks me to hold on, has a conversation on the phone about a purchase order number, hangs up the phone, complains about the stores slow computers. And I'm still not being helped. Another employee enters the store, the first employee tells him he's going right back out, to deliver more parts somewhere else. I'm still standing there. The 2nd employee walks past me waiting, and goes into the back the first employee complaines about the slow computers 2 more times out loud, and after 5mins of standing there not being helped, I walked out and got in my car, as I pulled away the first employee ran outside and yelled rudely at me. Look I understand that you were doing something, but I had one item, and you could have walked away from the slow computer for 30 seconds and rung me out, or asked the 2nd employee to ring me out. Anything. Instead act like I don't exist and then get mad at me for leaving? Drove to autozone and the same item was $1 cheaper, and I was help immediately. Strange.

Milton here was very helpful and installed a battery the other competing auto stores told me they wouldn't do. He was able to do it in 15 minutes and helped me out tremendously by doing this and saved me the hassle of doing this. Appreciate his effort to help the customer and i'll definitely be back in the future for any other parts.

They were out of stock of what I needed but said they had it at a store farther away but could have it there by 10am the next morning. Paid for it, drove back to the store around 1pm the next day and it wasn't there. They said the driver called off and didn't think they would be back until the next week. Then when I asked for a refund he said why don't you just drive out to the other location like 20 miles away. How about I just never shop at Advance again.

I had to return parts apparently when they make a mistake and give you the wrong parts you have to wait for a refund even though they screwed up. Lost a customer total trash

Stopped in to have the battery replaced in my truck. The 2 guys working there were very kind and helpful. They found the battery that was right for my truck and didn't try to sell me the most expensive one. The one guy replaced the battery and I was on my way again. Very nice to deal with such honest and hopeful employees.

Associate was very nice and helpful. My car s headlight was found quickly in their system just based on the Make/Model of my car.

Always helpful and inexpensive. The guys don't try to push you into buying parts. If they honestly don't think buying the part the large-chain-store mechanic said you'd need, they guide you to a less expensive solution and are just honest with you.I've never had an employee here be rude to me. That's really remarkable. I can't say that about just any store.

The guys here so amazing!! I've had to buy going on 4 batteries all for diffrent cars and every time they have went above and beyond to help! They are always so friendly and seem to genuinely care for their customers! I've never even had to wait too long everytime I walk in I'm greeted and always asked what they can help with even if it's just showing me to what I need! I won't go to another parts store if they have what I need just based on the customer service! Thanks for all the help guys!

I am not a car guy. Typically, I shop here when I need a bulb or other small item. The staff is very knowledgeable. If I say, "I need..." they know right where to take me.Enjoyable place to shop.

I purchased a battery online, went in to pick it up and was amazed at the customer service! I own a Subaru forester and when you replace a battery on a Subaru there is certain procedures to follow, if not all kinds of warning lights come on and the car runs horribly. (I know this as I am a former Subaru service advisor) he plugged a computer in and installed the battery very quickly. No issues whatsoever! Thanks again Kyle for your great customer service, you went above and beyond expectations!

They were very helpful and professional. I always ask for Kirk because he has never steered me wrong. I'm sure the other employees know their stuff. I'm just use to explaining things to Kirk.

Bought a Diehard battery, 75 series batteries started at about $150.00. First one they pulled out had a year old date on it ! Be careful, they obviously don't rotate stock.

Salesman was helpful looking for parts for a riding mower and eventually found a filter that worked. Also saved us money on oil. Luckily they had the parts needed. He took interest in what we needed.
