I must commend the service department for their exceptional work. From the moment I arrived, they promptly checked me in and made me feel incredibly comfortable. Their attentiveness and efficiency were outstanding. I was particularly delighted to find a well-stocked coffee station, which added a touch of warmth and hospitality to the overall experience. It's refreshing to be greeted with friendly faces and a steaming cup of coffee while waiting for my service. This attention to detail and customer satisfaction truly set them apart. I highly recommend this service department for their exceptional service and commitment to making customers feel valued and at ease.

I have always had a great experience when bringing my car here for service. Brooke is excellent, she is great at keeping you updated throughout the day and is very responsive to any kind of special requests. They had my car side mirror fixed one day from the accident and were able to get in an oil change too!

The service was done okay, but after 1.5 hours, I finally asked for an update, they checked and said "yeah, it's done". When I looked at my watch and then at the service report, the report said it was finished 39 minutes BEFORE I asked about it. No one ever came to the waiting room to tell me it was done. No apologies were made to me for waiting almost 40 minutes after it was done.Update: Westside followed up and was concerned about my experience. They did apologize and said they like to be informed about things good and bad.

Thanks to Adrianna for helping me throughout my vehicle service process. I ve been a member with Westside Toyota from last 2 years and every time it s great service.The only suggestion is that, It would ve been lovely if they can match parts pricing with their Westside Toyota parts app portal online pricing. They used to Mach until last year but I heard yesterday that they are not doing it anymore.But overall good.

Had SUV in for routine service. Upon drive-in, Service Advisor Cassie diagnosed an alignment issue. She was super-efficient & pleasant in processing the work order & checking me out when service was complete. I appreciate her willingness to answer all my questions & her great customer service/attitude. I also appreciated their shuttle service - driver Gary was nice. Work was done much faster than expected - a nice surprise. Highly recommend Westside Toyota.

Communication from the dealership regarding expiration of warranty services and subsequent options is lacking but the service representative, Adrianna, was efficient and knowledgeable. The regular maintenance appointment was quick and easy to schedule.

Had service scheduled at Westside Toyota for my Camry. They are great! There was some confusion on my part, in where to go check in. I waited less than 5 minutes when Rick came and took care of me. This was my first time for a service appointment at this facility. Everyone was respectful. You don't find that nowadays.

Great experience. They got my car in early and I had it back in an hour and a half. Exceeded my expectations.Brought my car in for service today, Selena was most efficient in checking me in and keeping me informed of progress. I had my car back in two hours. Excellent service department!!

Was the only one in the garage but still waited over 20 minutes before someone came out to help me. Parts and service were way too expensive. Three people were sitting near me. All four of us were told that our battery's needed to be Replaced. Made me feel that they were earning a bonus for every battery sold. I have purchased or been responsible for the purchase of more than 20 cars from Sunnyside (talk to your sales manager). So I am a faithful customer but this experience was very bad.

I was greeted within 2 minutes of my arrival. Arianna was pleasant and professional. She advised me that the service would take approximately one hour. She texted me 50 minutes later that my car was ready. I was very pleased with the entire experience. (My car was also washed.)

Went in for a standard oil change. Was quoted at about $91.00 for the oil change and tier rotation. I Was then greated an hour later with paperwork detailing extra work I wasn't authorizing to witch I declined. One of witch they mentioned needed replacing was my Fog Light bulbs, they said they were out and needing replacement. I thought that was strange saying they worked just the day before. As soon as I got my car back I checked to see if the fog lights were working and indeed they were and didnt need replacing. So I was lied to, to have fog light bulbs replaced when they didn't even need to be. Did mention each light they wanted $81.00 a piece when they are aquariable at Auto-Zone for 10.99 each. I'm not quite sure why I was lied to. Also not quite sure I want to go back.

Adrianna was a dream to work with, she greeted my very pleasantly when dropping off my vehicle, was timely and informative with updates on repairs, she contacted my warranty company to makes sure if all repairs would be covered and had a rental car waiting for me when my vehicle had to stay for repair work to be done. Adrianna made the whole experience go smoothly!

Great customer service and it took a little longer than expected (there was some sort of complication). I was there for about 5 hours . I was scheduled for an oil change and it ended up that I needed a valve cover gasket replaced, plus the spark plugs were replaced . Brooke was very thorough with explaining everything and was excellent at doing so. She was very friendly and knowledgeable while I asked questions and explained things very well so that I could understand. All in all, it was ok and prices were reasonable. I kept in mind that I need to maintain my vehicle. There was a lapse of communication about the pricing of the gasket replacement, I was quoted $60 less. I had a coupon for $20 off and another 10 was added for the confusion. I spent more than expected and I ll have to come back soon to get a boot replaced which will be another 500+ . I m happy as long as they are being honest with what is going on and they communicate accurately. When I drove off the lot yesterday, something felt a little off but not sure if it s my imagination. When I drive today, if things do feel weird again, I ll call. It can t be the boot because I was told that the tear wasn t urgent. Side note: I thought there was a complimentary video of the service or photos supplied of what needs to be done. I remember when I went sometime last year, that was offered. My observation during my wait time is how much work people needed to get done and I know times are tough for everyone but please, stay fair.

Liked new client onboarding process whereby customer reviews reason for visit when they drive in. Adrienna was awesome. Had mentioned that car squeaks when I back up. Was advised that it was due to parking brake not fully being unengaged. Unfortunately car still squeaks, so that wasn't the problem. Next time I will insist that I get to drive w technician before I leave the dealership.

It s always nice swinging through Westside Toyota. From the second you walk in the door or pull your car into service a friendly staff member is waiting to greet you and help. Just had routine maintenance on my 22 Camry hybrid and it was so fast. Waiting area was clean and you have your pick of coffees or teas as you wait. Thanks again Alyssa at Westside Toyota for the great service!

There was no communication on my truck. Drop it off for oil change and tire rotation and it took 8 hrs and no call on the status. There was issue with the individual checking me out after service. The service center needs training and better communication with the customer.I contacted Toyota corporate about the issues I had at this location.

I had a problem with my car starting. I called they said i could bring it in without an appointment. They immediately started diagnosing the problem. It was my battery. They fixed it within a very reasonable amount of time. Rick at the service desk was very communicative and responsive. I have been going to this toyota service center for at least a decade for my regular maintenance and have always been happy with the quality, scheduling, and service times. I will continue to get my car serviced here.Update: i had to take my car in.. this time because i broke my side mirror pulling out of my garage. I called and spoke to Christine. She has me bring it in. They were able to determine it needed to be replaced. Christine was able to order the part and get it serviced within 48 hours. I appreciate the convenience and the speed.
