We have had the best experience at Weber Automotive! When faced with multiple high priced repairs after buying a used car from a local dealership, Logan, Tony and team really went above and beyond with their work. Tony not only ended up diagnosing a tricky problem that most mechanics would ve given up on then Logan spent countless hours researching and walking us through our 3rd party extended warranty we had purchased at the dealer and fighting for us to get ALL the repairs covered under our warranty at only a small charge to us. They have also provided us with a loaner car free of charge which is a total life saver for our family of 5 that only has the one vehicle that we rely on for all of our transportation needs. We couldn t be happier with the service and treatment we have received and will only trust the Weber team going forward for all of our vehicle s needs. They ve truly taken care of us like family which is something that is hard to come by these days. We would recommend Weber Automotive to everyone!

If you want an honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and competent auto repair shop this is the place to go. They replaced the seized engine in my car at a more reasonable cost than the car dealership quoted. Tony B. kept me informed every step of the way and worked with my extended warranty company to make it happen. They provided a comprehensive multipoint check of everything on the car and repaired what needed to be done in addition to the engine. They provided a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on the new engine and a 3 yrs/36,000 miles on the brakes and a new starter. There were a couple of work related missed items with issues around the A/C compressor needing to be reconnected and a remote starter that went out when the battery got removed, but they stood behind their work and promptly corrected those at no extra charge.

I just picked up my 2004 Honda Element from Weber and it drives like a new car straight off the showroom floor! With 143,786 miles and rusted parts it was a real challenge to repair our car. Honda no longer makes the Element so finding used parts is challenging. The great crew at Weber persevered and gave our car a second life. I moved to North Olmsted several months ago. I was worried that I wouldn t be able to find a good car repair business. I had an excellent car repair shop in Chicago that I had gone to for several years. But I needed an oil change so I started to look for a good place. I read wonderful reviews about Weber Automotive so I made an appointment. They explained everything to me in detail. They even gave me some prices on new tires which I will need shortly. Tony who checked me in was Fabulous!! So personable and answered all my questions. I met Mary who works in the office and she was lovely. And she gave me two carnations on my way out. The waiting area and shop are so clean and neat. So I am ecstatic that I found Weber. They are efficient, personable and trustworthy. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have their car service. FIVE STARS-*****

I needed someplace to fix my headlight. I went to a couple of local car repair shops in North Olmsted and they couldn t do it right away. So I stopped at Weber which I have never used them before and they were very very cordial and nice, and informative. Tony and Mary were wonderful and they set me up for a first thing in the morning repair which I was very grateful for. Thanks all for the experience. This will be my go to place for any future oil, changes or car repairs.

The timing chain had jumped time on our 2014 VW Beetle Turbo GSR. This was a major problem that caused damage to the entire upper half of the motor, broken rocker arms, bent valves, etc ect. The team at Weber gave me an honest quote, kept me up to date on parts ordering, and even handled the machining at their shop. I cannot say enough good things about the work they did and how the car runs now. It's like a brand new engine with lots of power. Great Job!!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I had left a previous review unhappy about miscommunication with pricing with an alignment and ADAS calibration. Mary and Tony reached out to verify what I wanted done or what was to NOT be done. I hope this doesn't reflect negatively on Weber Automotive. They've been around nearly 30 years and mistakes happen. Again, the review wasn't meant to negatively reflect on the business or their techs. I was just unhappy with some miscommunication on pricing. Everything else is pretty top notch.

Don and Tony were super helpful. They sent a nice detailed text message showing the issues with my car and gave a fair price and got the work done quickly. We will definitely be bringing our cars back for any needed service. Highly recommend. Thank you!

It's always nerve-wracking when trying to decide on a new service shop.Based on the positive reviews and conversation with Mary when I called to inquire about repairs, I felt confident with Weber and was very happy with the service.The ability to email forms before dropoff helps with confidence in communication. Being able to write down exactly what's needed elevates it from verbal to set in stone.Our technician Tony called each step of the way to keep us apprised on what would be needed and pricing.They were able to take my car quickly and get it back to me in less than two days.They stuck to their quote and honored a discount. There's a reason that they will be expanding soon and I'm glad because it means that we have a new go-to shop now.Note- It's been difficult for me to find a shop that was able to address electrical issues competently, but Weber knows what they're doing.

Great service! Stopped in late , close to closing time to have the air in my tires checked. I was half expecting them to tell me to come back tomorrow as it was so close to closing time but they didn't. They filled my tires and got me back on the road. So happy.

Great experience. After years of service, my old mechanic retired and I have been trying new service shops in an effort to find my new go to mechanic. After my recent visit at Weber - I believe I have found my new Go To Mechanic. Excellent communication about services needed, timely and accurate estimate, clean and respectful of my vehicle. Service worth every penny!

I took my car out of winter storage and asked Weber s to check it over, an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately they found a problem with the rear suspension, what made it worse was they don t make the part anymore. Jason work hard for a solution. Once he figured it out, he throughly explained what they were going to do, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. It was completed in the time they said and for the price they quoted. BTW, like the dentist, it did hurt, but had to be done, lol!Great service, very professional and I would highly recommend Weber s for all your car needs!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Very customer focused from front office to mechanics. Able to detect and repair common and not so common issues and concerns before major problems occur down the road. I brought my 2009 Impreza in for a full synthetic oil change and the AAA inspection service they were offering to all their customers, including a tire rotation. They also drove the car through the car wash next door. This was a really good deal for 89.99. My car inspected out pretty well, I only need to schedule a gear oil replacement for the front and back. As I ve written before this is my favorite care repair facility. You can count on them to perform service competently for a fair price.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

We were able get in the same day for an e-check. Everyone was nice and professional. Convenient location. They even offered refreshments and wifi. They gave us a folder about the services that they offer. We will definitely keep them in mind for future business.

My wife and I have taken our vehicles to Weber for years and we wouldn t trust anybody else. Everyone who works there is professional and just genuinely nice. They treat you more as a friend than a customer. This time James helped me with tires, brakes, and suspension with leveling kit. He took the time to explain all of the options in detail and answered all of my questions with enthusiasm. They finished the job in a timely matter and left me with the truck looking and driving like brand new. I choose Weber for all of my BMW repairs and service. Their technicians are highly qualified and management always treats me professionally yet with a bit of flexibility when the need arises. The professionals at Weber have been taking care of my twin turbo BMW for many years now. Maybe you should give them a try and see how excellent their service staff is. Could save you some time and money while keeping your special car running at it's peak performance.

Nice and honest folks. It's hard to find shops that fit that bill these days. Prices are a little on the high side but not too bad, and it's more than made up for by them not trying to sell services my car doesn't actually need and good NAPA warranties on many parts.+ Quick service. They did a rack and pinion replacement, including outer tie rods, wheel alignment, and steering programming in a day and a half including parts orders+ Availability. As far as I can tell, there are only three people who answer the phones, and each of them is plugged into the work. This way of working is far better than other service centers that try to stick you with a single service rep and use software that keeps all other service reps disconnected. You can reliably get hold of someone who can update you on the status of your vehicle. This feels weird to praise, but somehow other places just don't get it.+ Honest and transparent. They took extra time to answer all my questions and break down every aspect of the price. This meant a lot to me because I'd just previously had a real bad experience at a dealer service center.All in all, I have nothing negative to say. Everything about the service on my car was made clear to me before work was done, I was provided evidence that the repairs performed were necessary, and expectations of time to complete and price that had been initially set were met. All the people are professional and respectful. To me, that's just the way a car service business should be.

As always, service from front office to mechanics is excellent. Weber Automotive provides a complete bumper to bumper inspection outlining all aspects of your vehicle. This type of inspection gives you a heads-up on what routine maintenance will be necessary going forward. It is always best to know beforehand what it is going to cost to maintain your vehicle in a proper and safe operational manner.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Brakes, Oil change

The service was excellent. Everything was well explained, and Weber sent an email with photos of current parts that needed repaired/replaced. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and professional. My only issue was with the price, which seemed very high. I don t know what standard prices are right now with inflation, so take that with a grain of salt. Overall I would recommend Weber Automotive.Service: Brakes

Our family has been using Weber for decades without anything less than stellar service. Jason and Mary behind the counter are always friendly, knowledgeable, and totally transparent when it comes to the work being done. Tony and the crew in the garage really know their stuff. I ve never walked out of there feeling like I didn t get what I paid for. The servicing that was done on my car initially seems to be okay so far. They were responsive and informative. I pretty much had a distasteful experience with just one individual, Tony.The only issue that came out of the repair was a speed bump clanking noise that was not previously there. I recorded proof that the noise was coming at acceptable speeds lower than the posted 15 mph over a speed bump, at similar speeds as before the repair, and they literally did not believe my evidence as they couldn t replicate the noise themselves. I took my vehicle to another service center that was able to replicate the noise, and they stated that the struts were the culprit. Upon taking this information to Weber, they stated that their repairs and parts were perfect. They instead proceeded to gaslight me and stated I was going too fast on a speed bump when I was actually going at safe speeds based on information that can be found online and based on the posted sign itself. They took no accountability and it became just plain awful. They kept charging me for test drives when it was really their fault for inducing the speed bump noise in the first place.EDITDo not go here, period. In the response below, they are lying that they told me the struts were defective from the beginning. They never said anything. Just cheap tactics to cover themselves. I also never yelled at Tony. Complete liars. How disgusting and disgraceful. You were gaslighting and being rude. They went over speed bumps at reasonable speeds but never the actual bumps that made noise for me. I encountered noise at as low as 5 mph.

Weber performed a comprehensive inspection on my honda. I was pleased with all items checked. I will return when need maintenance on the vehicle. Staff were efficient and professional.
