Nice, fast, and easy !!!Everyone wants to quick oil change it always an inconvenience I know. I was expecting to walk in have someone try and sell me everything. Not here. You stay in your car, drive in, check checks, fluid top off, tire check, immediately start changing oil, checking filters, quick recommendations all while in the car ! Will definitely recommend, pro tip: get a Groupon and get 20% off.

Stopped in for a quick oil change and was promptly greeted by a friendly and amazing staff! I've been to Valvoline's from Kentucky to Ohio and this was my best visit so far! The service was fast. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was informed of all the services they offer and prices as well. I will be sure to visit this location again and tell others to do the same!

Guys were nice and informative. I had the normal oil change and decided to get a transmission fluid change as well. Financially it was hard, but necessary.The staff was courteous and worked well as a team. Like I said, it was pretty expensive, but well worth it to get more life out of my car.

Came in for a full synthetic change today at 3:35 and was helped out by Jeff. Very friendly young guy. They got me in and out quickly. Everyone else I interacted with was pleasant and I will definitely come back again. Thank you guys!

I've been a long-time customer of valvoline.. I've had all cars that I have owned serviced at many locations in the Cleveland area.. I had one catastrophic failure due to oil change negligence.. and now another vehicle close call with a procedure mishaps.. Proper training, or lack of care is an issue at this location.. be careful at North Olmstead, location.. andBrunswick, was the other location..

Valvoline left my Oil filter 4 full turns from being hand tight....bone dry! It's a situation a coupon for a free oil change won't fix

Went for oil change and differential fluid. Only place to service fluid w/fill and drain cap procedure. Waited an hour to find out front fill call is stripped and device can t be completed. Being that they are only location with documentated service, it is my responsibility to replace cap and pay higher cost due to an Valvoline employee stripping cap. Was suggested to go to service station or manufacturer because we don t have tools for that. Great job losing a customer for life.Service: Oil change

They are not professional at all , they didn t pit the air filter back together, which my car next day broke down on the highway because they didn t pay attention, and engine cover is full of oil , its a mess , i will not take any risk and het back thereService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I ve come to this location a couple times now for an oil change. Will is always helpful, willing to answer questions and pays attention to what s going on. They do let you know of any other maintenance due for your vehicle but they don t push if you don t want to get it taken care of that day. The guys were friendly, efficient n thorough. I'm not from the area and was overdue for an oil change, I was in and out n back to the job site fast. Bonus, I was able to get a 50%off coupon so the already affordable oil change was even more affordable. I'll definitely go back when I am in that area. Thanks for a great experience.

This was very fast in and out. They had wonderful teamwork and they all seem to work together without a flaw. Had a few extra steps that I had to do I had a license plate light out and they fixed it yes I had to pay. Very thorough inspection. Very very friendly would definitely go here again. The rating for four stars out of five was it was a little more expensive.

This place was my go to for oil changes.. very professional service each visit until today! Young kid told me to pull up to open bay but proceeded to have a conversation with another vehicle parked next to me, I guess I was supposed to guide myself in to the shop.. A manager obviously frustrated begins to guide me in and says " if your coming in come on" REALLY dude?? that's how you talk to customers?? I will be doing my own oil changes after this and the cost is ridiculous $80.. I see the other reviews and now understand.Service: Oil change

Pretty quick overall. Took about 25 minutes. My oil filter is in an unusual place and hard to get to. Amazing though that BOTH cars next to me were recommended new front tires and transmission flushes. The first car actually accepted a cabin filter change. The second was told they needed one but declined. And it was so nice that both were offered a friends and family discount on all of the suggested services.

Started living in Ohio about a month ago and needed my oil changed. These guys are very friendly and make you feel welcome. I would recommend going here for a reliable service reasonable price and friendly atmosphere

2nd time I've been there and service is always excellent. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.Edit: still been going here for service and it's always quick, regardless of the lines. And every new face has been just as friendly as the ones before them.Another edit:I consistently always have good service here. The techs are always friendly, and honest with what services are necessary and/or suggested.

It's pricey but you are paying for the convenience of getting in and out quickly. Staff was friendly and seemed to work well together to get the job done.
